Simone was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made our stay very pleasant and his communication was brilliant - you couldn’t ask for a better host! The villa was exactly as described and in a lovely location with a small market and nice restaurant just a 5 minute walk. There were some great things to help make our daughter (10 months old) comfortable as well as lots of things to keep the adults entertained! We had a really lovely time. There is a lovely beach nearby with more nice restaurants, which are family friendly. The villa isn’t too far from the airport (about 25 mins), set your sat nav for the restaurant: La Sardina Loca and it’s the next left on the main road. Big towns are just a short drive. A beautiful location, lovely villa and super hosts - thank you so much!

We had a wonderful week at Can Rafalet. It was spotlessly clean, and so well stocked with everything you could ever need. We found the beds comfortable and wooden slatted blinds at the bedroom windows so we slept really well. The neighbourhood is quiet but not remote - there's a lovely restaurant 100m away, as well as an excellent supermarket. Our teenage boys were kept entertained with the pool table, dart board and ping pong table, which was handy for October days which were a bit too cold for the pool. Simone was a great host, who kept the pool and grounds spotless throughout our week. He was on hand for recommendations and help. One recommendation we have is to take a day trip to Formentera and visit Playa de ses illetes - stunning! Thank you Simone for a really lovely week.

The villa itself is in a lovely setting, amongst the mountains en route to Cala Vadella and, although there are other villas in the vicinity, it has a surprisingly remote feel. The interior of the villa is quite rustic, in keeping with the surroundings, while the exterior is excellent with a few differing zones that look slightly hodge podge from the photos on Vrbo but work excellently. We had a lovely stay in the villa with our two children (4 months and 4) and our friends and their 20 month old, the villa is perfect for families with young children with a variety of different playpens, bouncers, multiple high chairs and pool floaties. The only thing drawback with the villa was the owner, whose conduct left a lot to be desired. On the day we checked out he could not make it to the villa at 11:45AM to checkout so he advised us to leave the keys in the letterbox and he would handle everything, mistake. The villa was left tidy but not scrupulously clean (as you would expect after a week long stay with three children under 5 and given a clean is included in the cost). Admittedly also a few pots and pans were left accidentally dirty and some water based felt-tip pen marks were left on a table but the owner felt this gave him carte blanche to place the blame on many of the tired items of the villa on us. Given we were not there for the checkout there was very little we could do. I understand it has been a tough couple of years for owners of holiday homes and many of them are feeling the strain but this was too far. When we returned home we received a msg via Vrbo from the owner who, having perused the CCTV of the entrance to the property, accused us of breach of contract by having extra guests with "permanence of residence", threatening a lawsuit and that action had already been raised via the Guardia Civil. Indeed, we had visitors to the villa, as we have in multiple locations across the globe. When we highlighted these were visitors rather than guests the owner became aggressive and accused us of lying. The contract is unclear, if we were not allowed visitors, why was that not made clear? If we were not allowed visitors, why, on the two instances the owner saw us with them did he not make it clear either? No parties is clear and completely understandable. If the owner could not meet us at our checkout time why was he coming up the road at the exact time we were leaving? Lovely villa, great holiday, owner left a bitter taste at the end.

Everything was perfect for our stay : prompt and efficient communication with the owner - Simone is a great host and very helpful - our late flight was not a problem - nothing was missing for baby - very good beds and equipments - calm and relaxing environment - even better than in the pictures - so a perfect stay - to do again !

This villa has all you could ask for for a family with small children, it’s a cute rustic villa with wonderful and well thoughtout outdoor facilities. The pool isn’t heated so I took wetsuits for the children (nearly 4 and 8 months) and my older son was in the pool most of the day all days (in late sept). There are lots of lovely additions like the herb and veg garden and astro turfed area with additional ‘ibiza style’ seating; the kitchen had every appliance you can imagine and the vendors were very attentive with our requests. For us personally the villa was too remote though, it was walking distance to a great restaurant (open from 11am - 1am, 6 days a week) and a well stocked supermarket, but the beach (Cala Vadella - very beautiful and worth a visit) was down a very steep hill so not walkable especially with 2 kids, and getting a taxi - wow that was a challenge! We had hired a car (thankfully) and the beach was only 5 mins drive, nearest town San Jose was 10-15 mins drive. We did have some lovely days out, this side of Ibiza is truly beautiful and the villa was right in the hills so the views were stunning. If you want to get away from it all and to a peaceful and beautiful place this is definitely the one, it was just a bit too remote for us personally which is why I’ve given it 4 instead of 5 stars. There were also quite a lot of mosquito’s so take repellent! :)

The entire outdoor area is absolutely perfect, with so much space and different sports / leisure options (table tennis, darts, billard, vegetable garden, great barbecue etc.). Also, the pool is very nice. The villa is very well equipped and perfectly clean. Simone has been a great host and was very responsive in case of questions or technical issues.We had 2 great weeks in this villa!

My husband, our two grown up daughters and their fiancés had the pleasure of staying in this well equipped spotlessly clean villa from 15-22 June. The grounds make this villa with private swimming pool, different seating areas, bbq, pool table, table tennis and darts. It even has a small vegetable garden which we were welcome to use during out stay. It won’t be for everyone as it’s a little off the beaten track with very little around but if you hire a car or book a taxi then Ibiza is your oyster; for us it was perfect. Also, thank you to Simone for meeting us at the villa to run through things, he is a lovely guy to deal with. We all had an amazing stay. The only thing I would add to the villa is perhaps some plastic tumblers for using outside as we broke a few while we were there but I’m being picky!

We are just back from a lovely week at Villa Can Rafalet. The villa has absolutely everything you could ever imagine you would need. This was a big positive for us as we were travelling with a newborn and a toddler. Following feedback from a previous guest there is also now a baby bath which was very much appreciated! The owners obviously take a huge amount of pride and care in this property and everything is pristine. The outside area is amazing with plenty of sun and shaded areas. The views are outstanding. Simone was so welcoming and helpful in the run up to and during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

My wife and I just spent a full month living in this beautiful villa for our honeymoon. Everything about this place was amazing. The villa itself is beautiful and the surrounding area was too. A short car ride or 15-20 minute walk brought you to beaches where you could catch both sunrises and sunsets depending on the direction you went. The villa itself is located in a nice, quiet area of the island. It is situated almost half way between Sant Antoni and Eivissa making it easy to access all of the major clubs, restraunts, and shopping areas. To top it off, the house is taken care of by Simone and Arianna who made us feel right at home at all times. Simone is very friendly and welcoming and available to resolve any issues or concerns 24 hours a day (not that we had many, but the one time we needed him he was there in 5 minutes). Housekeeping came in weekly and left the place sparkling clean. We felt like royalty the whole time we were there. Thank you again for this wonderful experience. We will return to this beautiful isle as soon as we can.

We stayed at the villa for 1 week travelling with 4 adults and a 4 month old baby. We had a great time and the villa is absolutely lovely! The outside space is fantastic and it was great to have diversions of pool table, darts and table tennis. Inside the villa is quite small but everything was beautifully clean and well maintained. The master bedroom is huge but the other 2 rooms are quite small. The villa was well equipped for our baby the only thing missing which would have been useful would be a baby bath as it was extremely difficult to bath the baby in the sunken bath in the master bathroom - we bought a paddling pool in the end and used this! The location is great with amazing views. We did struggle to find the villa and would recommend directing taxi or sat nav to the La Sardina loca restaurant which is very close by. We looked at lots of options and this villa was more expensive but in our opinion was worth the extra costs for all the facilities available. Hosts were very helpful and on hand all the time for any queries.

Eravamo una coppia e ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa splendida casa dove non mancava nulla. La tranquillità e il bel tempo ci hanno permesso di passare giornate soleggiate in piscina e mangiare sotto il portico. Tanto spazio fuori dove c'è anche un orto. Vicino c'è un supermercato e un buon ristorante. Al mare andavamo a piedi circa 20 minuti.

Nicely located in a very private location with great views out over the hills. Very quite and peaceful. The villa and the outside pool area are all very well maintained and in perfect condition. Everything is very clean and tidy. The owners are on hand to assist with any issues and help out at short notice. The local shop is nearby and is well stocked with a fuller supermarket about 15mins drive. The local restuarant is just round the corner and has great food and service at reasonable prices. A good range of local beaches nearby. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful restful time at this lovely villa. The house and grounds are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Our children spent a lot of time outside in the warm pool and playing darts and pool. This place has spectacular views and feels very safe, homely and comfortable. Make sure you book the water before you arrrive. The villa is amazingly equipped, with everything you can think of in the kitchen. We took advantage of the lovely vegetable garden, eating as much as we could😃! Just around the corner is a great little supermarket..good for morning pastries, fresh milk and ice cream. Local restaurant Sardina Loca is a friendly, hip, buzzy place to while away a few hours in the evening. Simone and Arianna are very friendly and available for any queries, beach recommendations, restaurant ideas etc. I really enjoyed our chats. They made us feel so welcome. I cannot wait to return!

A beautiful, clean and very well equipped villa with lovely, kind hosts! We had a family week here and it really exceeded all our expectations in terms of comfort, facilities and security. Simone and Arianna made us very welcome from the time we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A great villa for families with very young children as facilities excellent. Good location with Spar supermarket and great restaurant just down the road. Certainly would book again if visiting the island!

Myself, partner and 2 friends spent 1 week in this beautiful villa. Our stay couldn’t have been better! The villa is set in a lovely remote area surrounded by lush green mountains yet only round the corner from a handy spar shop and a lovely restaurant, plus the beach was only a 10 minute walk away. Our host Simone was so lovely too and extremely helpful! We will be back in the future :)

We had a brilliant stay at the villa and Simone and Arianne were so helpful with any queries we had, quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay a good experience. We took our 2 small children and they had a great time, loved the swimming pool. The outlook with the mountain is gorgeous and we especially liked the bath in the master en suite, which had a retractable roof above it. It was clean spacious and had a very handy shop and restaurant in a 5 min walk. We will def be coming back another time - thank you for everything

E’ già la seconda volta che veniamo in questa casa tenuta molto bene e molto pulita. La piscina è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno con sdraio e sedie con cuscini è molto confortevole. Il supermercato si trova a 3 minuti a piedi e vicino c’è pure un ristorante dove cucinano degli ottimi hamburger. La cucina è superattrezzata e i letti molto comodi. La spiaggia di Cala Vadella è molto vicina e volendo si può andare anche a piedi. Arianna e Simone sono molto disponibili per qualsiasi necessità e sicuramente ritorneremo in questa meravigliosa villa. Rosa e Mauro

Bellissima proprietà, curata nei dettagli con tutti i confort, proprietari cortesi e sempre disponibili, supermercato a soli due minuti a piedi, il mare a tre minuti di automobile, questa ultima è raccomandabile per visitare le zone limitrofe.

An unforgettable experience! The villa is truly cured in every detail, with panoramic view and with complete privacy. At night it's lit by coloured lights is in the pool which on plants, really romantic. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay (even the thermometer for wine and cocktails!). The mattresses and pillows of the bedrooms are of high quality. The large and very comfortable sofa is perfect for watch a movie in the evening, even with home screen and the dvd blue ray 3D with 4 pair of glasses available. Also there are many entertainments, like play staion, playing cards, electronic darts, billiards, table tennis, satellite tv with all channels in the world, and more connected to the tv for internet with all sports, you can't really ask for more! The supermarket is just 3 minutes ' walk away. This villa is really amazing! Located near the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza, is also close to the highest hill on the island, where you can enjoy the scenery of the island. The small organic garden is easily accessible with fresh spices and vegetables very flavorful. Simone and Arianna are very positive and helped in every thing we needed. Very professional with maintenance of the villa during our stay, but without disturbing our privacy. What about more, after so many experiences in the villas that we had, that's for sure the best we have been to. I recommend this villa over each other, for couples or families who want to have a relaxing holiday with every confort and with loving owners. Thanks Arianna and Simone for this wonderful stay. A fantastic location for a wonderful holiday experience. Simone was very focused on ensuring everything was perfect, from places to eat and visit to the supply of produce from his cottage garden. We had great time at this very well equipped villa. We did struggle a bit with the brickwork bed as you had to be careful getting in and out! Simone was very welcoming and the villa was spotlessly clean. I would definitely go back

We stayed at Simone's villa for one week with two small children, and really enjoyed our stay. Location is great, with views of the hills, walking distance from a small supermarket and a 3 minute drive to Cala Vadella, a beautiful beach (for children as well!). The house is well equiped, we especially liked the accessoires for small children. The place looks even better in real life than on the pictures. The owner is really friendly and helpful, and goes out of his way to assist. We would recommend this villa to everyone looking for a quiet place to stay!

It is a very nice villa with a big swimming pool. It is well mantained and has a great vegatable garden. The manager who also is the owner is very friendly and does his best to make you feel at home. There is a small supermarkt at waking distantance. We had a great stay and we Will surely go back. It is a great place to go with a family. Fam. Karim , Amstelveen, The Netherlands
