all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The property was clean , beds were comfortable, breakfast was more than ample with a variety of choices,bed was comfortable.

was a nice clean property. had a good breakfast bar also.

Under the heater in our room there was a leak and the carpet was soaked. there was also some trash in one of the trash cans when went to the room. I’m sure someone forgot to empty that trash but it was a little disturbing.

It was a nice comfortable room.

We had a suite that had two tvs. unfortunately neither tv worked properly. there was no tech available until the next morning to fix the problem. they couldn’t give us a different room because there was no manager.

Location and the room was very nice and clean.

The issue was no one taking care of my complaint about the room and simply passing the buck

Upon check in I could not hear the girl..she's behind plexiglass so I stepped to the side so I could hear. She rudely said PLEASE step back behind the glass. Which in this day and time I understand But not one of the employees had a mask on despite signs all over the property mask required. Then not only was there tile missing in the bathroom but ants in the room also. Very disappointed in our stay.
