Clean and comfortable place to come home to after a long day of sightseeingz

Thank you so much for hosting us in your lovely home! We felt so taken care of, from check in to check out, you were responsive when we needed to add a day at the end, ALL the food and snacks you put in for us were soooo appreciated (eggs, milk, juice, ham, cheese, bread, wine, crisps, chocolates, wine!!!), and the kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked. The neighborhood felt very safe, and was also very quiet. I would highly recommend this “home away from home” to anyone! Thank you!!!

Great stay, wonderful apartment! Caroline and John took care of us in incredible manner. On the first of January (!) I sent an E-Mail, if it would be possible to enter the room at 9 a.m. instead of 2 p.m. on the 2nd. I was really ashamed to ask but the answer was, there would not be a problem. Also there was some food and a bottle of wine to consume for free and and the elegant rooms were really cozy, so we really hope to come back here some time. Thanks Caroline and John!

This flat is absolutely perfect. Caroline was very welcoming and John was incredibly helpful with check-in. The flat is so lovely and is in a perfect location. The kitchen was thoughtfully supplied with snacks and breakfast items. We loved being able to relax there after a busy day of touring London. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay.

We stayed in Caroline’s flat 4 years ago and enjoyed it so much that we wanted to return. It was immaculately clean and came with eggs, bread, butter, orange juice, ham, cheese, potato chips, candy, breakfast cereals, and a bottle of wine. She provided guidebooks for London and suggestions for dining in Pimlico. There were many books and board games in the bookshelves. The flat is centrally located close to the Pimlico and Victoria tube stations. We were able to relax after a day of sightseeing and there were ample covers on the beds for a comfortable sleep. The washer/dryer was convenient with the soap provided. We did have a mix-up in communication when we first arrived but it was quickly sorted out. All-in-all it was a 5 star stay.

John was helpful, check in was nice and fast, place was clean and have everything we needed. Even provided snacks coffee, cheese, bacon for us. Perfect place to stay in London

Very nice apartment, has a homey feel without being overstuffed with knick knacks. Accomodating hosts who provide everything you need and lots of thoughtful extras.

The appartment was beautiful and suited 5 adults perfectly. The welcome package was greatly appreciated after a long day's travel. John answered all our questions and showed us how everything worked. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London.

We are a family of five, with three teens, and our stay was wonderful. Caroline was phenomenal with communication right from when I booked this accommodation until our arrival. John met us on the day of arrival. He toured us through the flat and they kindly provided snacks and breakfast food. Thank you for our stay. It was perfect!

The property was spectacular and just what we needed for the three of us in our traveling party...one with some ambulatory challenges. The flat was was nicely adorned and appointed; the kitchen was well stocked (pots, pans, plates, bowls, coffee, and utensils); and, the beds were comfortable. Host provided welcome goodies; great information for access to the public transportation (buses, tube, trains, and taxis); information for siteseeing, and many other things. The flat was close to public bus stops, the Tube, and was conveniently close to several great restaurants, a super market, bakery, and shop where one can purchase Oyster cards. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will stay here again next time we are in London.

This was a cute apartment in the heart of London. Quiet neighborhood but walkable in a few mins to everything you need. John was very kind and helpful upon arrival and departure. Has everything you need and they were kind enough to leave basic food for you too! The beds were a little uncomfortable and the bathrooms are quite tiny, but otherwise the stay was great!

What a great place to stay. I stayed with my husband and parents for a week - we are already talking about how this is where we’d stay the next time we come to London. Caroline has thought of everything a guest needs and the location is wonderful.

beautiful apartment in lovely area if london within walking distance of many attractions and also easy access to underground. very clean, comfortable with a great welcome package of supplies to get your break off to a good start. lots of complimentary toiletries which helps in terms of not having to pack too much. communication prior to our stay was very good and John, the concierge was very helpful and pleasant. only minor downside is the bathrooms are very small but didnt detract from the overall experience. would highly recommend. we had a lovely stay, thank you

The Flat had all the charm of the area with easy access by foot or tube to all the sites. The host and “concierge” were very helpfully with assisting with our preparations and stay.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this flat. Caroline was an excellent host and we really appreciated John’s help both in the check in process and giving us tips for the area. The flat was as advertised and is in a great location. We especially appreciated the food and treats, what a lovely surprise after a long day of travel!

The apartment was lovely and the location was great. There were treats and staple foods waiting for us upon arrival which was so helpful. The owner and property manager were friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend it.

Just like many others, we found this flat to be a perfect home away from home while our family of four was vacationing in London. Response time from Caroline and John was very quick. Check-in was very easy. John met us and gave us the tour. The flat is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood just a short walk from some incredible restaurants, shops and public transportation. It’s also an easy walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Parliament. We had some troubles getting a table for four at several of the recommended restaurants without a booking. That might be something to consider if you can plan ahead. Incredible stay! Can’t wait to come back!

We spent a week in this flat and enjoyed the nearby restaurants as well as the location near public transit stops. Very helpful assistance from John, the concierge.

Not only was the location just perfect, an easy walk to Harrods, the hop on hop off bus, pubs, Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station but the apartment was amazing. Caroline and her concierge John had everything ready, we arrived from a 24 hour trip from Aust to a cozy and inviting apartment. There was breakfast waiting (cereals, milk, bread, jam, ham etc and most importantly plenty of coffee and T bags lol Caroline was so lovely in our communications before we left Aust and John was amazing once we arrived. Thank you both so much will absolutely recommend your home to family and friends it really was such a great start to our overseas holiday. Cheers Sue & friends

We landed in London very early in the morning from Boston. Caroline graciously allowed an early entry and John was there to greet us with a smile and an informative tour. What a lovely flat! You will want for nothing - a bottle of wine, crisps, bread, butter, sliced ham, cheese, milk, juice, tea, coffee, candies, and I'm sure more I am forgetting :-) You can rest and have a snack or a meal before heading to the grocery store. There are plenty of books, games, and pamphlets to keep you busy. The beds were comfortable and two bathrooms were handy. We used the washing machine and the rack to dry our clothes overnight. There is a dryer component but we did not use it. The only issue we had was a noisy neighbor - no fault of Caroline's! When I contacted John, he came out in the wee hours to talk to the neighbor and he sorted out the noise issue. He and Caroline were more than accommodating and Pimlico is a wonderful neighborhood. Thank you both for your hospitality and understanding of the noise issue. We appreciated how you handled it.

Located between Pimlico station and Victoria station, this lovely 2 bedroom flat is perfect. A short walk to pick up essentials but not needed as bread, butter and milk were supplied. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Caroline’s place is a great friendly location with the big sites within walking distance as well as many restaurants, market, coffee shop, pharmacy, etc., and she is very helpful and responsive to inquiries. We were very appreciative of the wine, snacks, milk, juice,etc. that she provided as well. Home away from home! Thank you!

SUPREMELY COMFORTABLE AND FABULOUSLY LOCATED.

The warm welcome from Caroline and Jon in this lovely flat in London was second to none. The apartment was well outfitted for our stay. It was VERY Clean and well cared for. The flat provided nice linens, pillows and toiletries, very comfortable bedrooms with good mattresses, roomy bathrooms, a washing machine, well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a charming, cozy common area furnished with lovely seating. To our surprise Jon had coffees, teas, fresh milk, cheese, sandwich meat, bread & butter and a lovely bottle of wine for us on our arrival. A thoughtful, surprising and generous welcome for our group. The location was fantastic. We walked everywhere (whilst pushing a wheelchair), all the main sights were easily walkable, as were great restaurants, pubs, cafes and coffee shops on every corner very close by. The bathrooms were generous in size by London apartment standards as were the bedrooms. There were two pretty outdoor areas we would have enjoyed had the weather been warmer. The streets around are fairly quiet, (street noise was not in issue inside the flat) it's a safe, upscale neighborhood with fantastic access to the city. Thank you Caroline and Jon - we would highly recommend your flat to visitors.

I visited here with my partner and two friends of ours. The communication with the property manager was good, and we were met upon arrival by him. It is a quiet neighborhood that is both walkable and close to public transportation. The apartment had everything we needed, and they even left us some snacks which was really appreciated. Would come again.

We spent 5 nights in this comfortable apartment. The location was perfect for easy access to the tube into London and also on foot to the local shops and restaurants. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for accommodating myself, my brother and sister in law, and my 2 teenage nieces. There were some very welcoming touches from the host (wine, bread, butter, cereals, milk etc). I would highly recommend this apartment for a stress free stay in London.

Outstanding location with close bus/tube access to central London. Safe, quiet neighborhood with great local restaurants n a short walk. Owner readily available to respond throughout the process. Apartment was ample size for our family of 2 adults and two teenagers. Easy walk to Thames , and walkable to central London
