This is a great condo! Perfect location, quiet but close to the beach and downtown. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Nice clean unit with good location. But it is an upstairs unit with no elevator making it difficult for seniors to haul luggage upstairs. And the kitchen lighting is poor. Keep in mind that a 75 y/0 male is writing this review.

We were in town for a dance competition so this location (about a 2 minute walk from the convention center) was ideal! But we were still so close to everything else and didn’t use our car once! As a self proclaimed clean freak, this place was great! Very clean and had cleaning supplies available to keep it that way during our stay! Comfortable beds, cozy living area, and fully stocked kitchen!

Very nice, spacious and clean. The only thing I had a problem with, was their is no tv in the bedroom.The property did compensate me for this so I am happy. I will stay there again

Loved the location of this property and how quiet it was. One block to the convention center and five blocks to the beach. This property is older and it is really showing it’s age. The beds were hard as rocks and the unit just wasn’t clean. Cobwebs in all of the corners and dirt along the tops of the baseboards. One wall had a foot-long gouge in it that hadn’t been repaired.Either the bulbs were burned out or they weren’t strong enough but the kitchen was a dark hole. We had to take one of the living room lights and put it in the kitchen to be able to see.

Centrally located. Erin the manager was very helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

Great little location off the main touristy area, but easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Living room furniture is pretty worn, especially the couch (sofa sleeper not usable) but everything else is very nice. Wish there were 2 bathrooms & laundry but I knew that when renting. It'd be nice to have ceiling fans for some air circulation too. Overall, a quaint little condo worth checking out!

The unit was super clean and met all our needs! Walking distance to downtown//the beach was a major bonus! Only wish there had been a fan or ac in the unit was it got rather hot while we were there, but overall, it was great!!

The location was perfect! Close to all activities. The condo itself was clean and the kitchen was stocked well. The property management staff were fantastic. Few things…. With there being no access to the laundry room 7 towels for a family of 4 that are staying an entire week did not work. Also the hida couch is a hazard. It looks as though they tried to zip tie the wires at the end of the bed part. This is a huge safety issue, and was not usable during our stay. There is no fixing this “antique” couch it needs replaced before someone is injured.

Clean, comfortable, and just a short walk from the ocean. This was perfect for my family of 4.

My best friend and I decided that we needed a weekend to ourselves to relax away from children, pets, and partners. The condo was the perfect place! We spent 3 days and 2 nights which was plenty enough to enjoy the beach and everything Seaside has to offer. The condo itself was perfect! Not being able to access the WiFi was a downside but a beneficial plus for our parts haha. We want to thank the condo owners for giving us the best space needed for a weekend of relaxation! Thank you!

Great little apartment for my family. We have 3 teens so it was nice being within walking distance of the shops and the beach!

We loved being two blocks from the boardwalk/beach and two blocks from town. It was a perfect place for what we wanted.

For the price this was a great steal!

Had a great time in Seaside celebrating our 50th Anniversary. Very comfortable accommodations. Especially enjoyed the well stocked kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for every meal!

Was very impressed with this condo. It is just two blocks from Promenade, 1-1/2 blocks from Convention Center and easy walking to restaurants and other attractions. The condo's decor was nicely done. I am sure the place has been recently updated. Carpet looked new and kitchen had stone countertops. It was comfortable and met our needs. Was also impressed with the management company for this unit. The check-in process was thorough, fast and easy. We had a glitch with our internet and they were quick to respond and get us up and running.

This property is located close to everything in Seaside. It was very clean and quiet. The only thing that I would have liked to have was a couple of fans to help cool off the property but it was unusually warm during the time that we were there.

My husband and I stayed here a week in September 2018 and loved the updated carpet, kitchen flooring and bathroom. Very close to downtown Seaside Oregon as well as the beach. We REALLY liked the ease to access both. All kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses and appliances worked perfectly. For the few warmer days, an electric fan was available which really was a relief. The recliners in the living room were perfect to flop and relax in the evenings. TV worked fine. Bed was comfy. Plenty of hangers in the closet. The only downside was when we moved in and climbed the 15 stairs more than 10 times. Blame us for bringing way too much stuff. Our knees aren’t what they used to be. Next time, is there a downstairs condo we can rent? Otherwise, we loved the condo.

Loved the condo. Very clean. You won’t be disappointed as the pictures are not as nice as the actual condo. 5-10 minutes walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.
