A great villa located high on the Kas peninsula offering fantastic 180 degree sea views and amazing sunsets.

Enjoyed our stay in Villa Aspasia. Nice open sunset view and well laid out spacious interior space. Good option for a quite luxury time, still 10mins drive from the Kas centre.

Haus mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten modernen hellen Zimmern und Bädern, großer Wohnküche, Klimaanlage, WLAN, Aussicht aus allen Zimmern aufs Meer, Essen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf Oleander, Palmen, die Bucht und Infintypool mit Dusche, (Boden bei Nässe rutschig, Vorsicht!), private Parkplätze, Auto vor Ort nötig zum Einkauf in Kas und dem dortigen Markt ca 7 min , gelegentlicher Stromausfall. Das Schwimmen für erfahrene sportliche Erwachsene im klaren Meer, über Pfad unterhalb des Hauses, ist bei ruhigem Wellengang ein Erlebnis.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Aspasia and would highly recommend it. The location and views are stunning and the prime position and clever gardening means that all of the pool area and patios are not overlooked at all. The villa is really lovely, there is so much space and it's well stocked and maintained and the outdoor areas are immaculate. We really enjoyed Kas - eating out most evenings in either the main harbour area or the marina. We also visited the local beaches, which are so easy to access and the waters are as blue as a postcard! We hired a car and personally wouldn't have been without it for easy access, but we saw the local minibus regularly. Andreas and his team were helpful with every question or request we had and made the trip really easy - even through these 'Covid times'. Brilliant find and we would go back at the drop of a hat!

Amazing villa with a stunning view. Very spacious and a delight to have stayed there. Location is great with easy access to the main town via the regular dolmus (4TL per person). Taxis back at 35TL also good value. Andreas and his team were very accommodating in arranging things for our (very) early arrival. On the whole, I can't recommend this villa highly enough!

As soon as we arrived at the villa we new we were in for a treat. The villa was spotless and the view was amazing with a great sized pool. The only thing i would say is you do need a car as its a little further out from Kas than we thought and didn't fancy doing a food shop for 6 people and carrying it back on the bus. We were also really impressed with the property manager and gardener who could not do enough for us. All in all a great villa in a great location.

We have just spent 12 days at Villa Aspasia, we have thoroughly enjoyed every minute and quite sad to be back home. The villa itself is clean and well maintained and beautifully positioned with an amazing sea view. The sun loungers are not those shown in the pictures, however, the new ones are far nicer and very comfortable! The location is perfect, although we had a hire car for part of the holiday the bus stopped outside the villa, every half hour, to take you into town which worked really well. We ate at several different places, all of which were lovely. We spent a day on the sea with a lovely Turkish couple on Bartu Boat, we were well looked after and enjoyed their lovely food, on the penultimate stop swam with a turtle which was the icing on the cake that day. Definitely recommend this day trip. The Turkish people are extremely laid back and friendly. The Friday market is also worthwhile as is Marina Leather. Our thanks go out to Andreas (villa owner who was more than helpful in booking, transfers and car), Cuneyt (local agent, very informative and helpful) & Aydin (gardener). Well done Team Aspasia! :)

We have just spent the last 2 weeks in Kas at this beautiful villa. The weather was spectacular and the villa with its amazing view was the icing on the cake. It has 3 very good sized bedrooms all with ensuite. There are also 6 extremely comfortable sunbeds to sit on and soak up the sun and 2 parasols to protect you from the heat of the day. All in all, a great place to relax. The dolmus stops right outside the house which makes getting into town simple and cheap - 50p each way. Kas was a wonderful place which we will definitely return to - we much preferred it to Kalkan where we had previously stayed, it seemed more authentic and less "British!" Do visit the Friday market if you get a chance, great selection of fresh produce. We also went on an island hopping trip with the Bermuda boat which was fabulous and great value for money. Marina leather is also best for great quality handbags! Andreas was also extremely helpful with information about car hire and transfers. Very quick to respond to emails. Enjoy your holiday, the villa won't disappoint. Feeling quite sad that my wonderful holiday is over!

Mediterranes Traumambiente. Blauer Himmel, blaues Meer. Gepflegte, großzügige Villa in ekklezistischem Stil. Ausstattung perfekt. Kas ist ein ganz besonderer Urlaubsort. Junges türkisches Publikum und intellektuelle Großstadt Türken machen in diesem romantischen Örtchen Urlaub. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist die lange Anreise per Auto und wer in der Villa Aspasia wohnt kommt an einem Leihwagen nicht vorbei. Und: nehmen Sie sich Kaffeebohnen mit. 1 Kilo oder besser 2, wenn Sie zu sechst sind und 14 Tage bleiben. Wir haben in Kas Supermärkten vergeblich gesucht. Es gibt nämlich einen ganz tollen Kaffeevollautomaten, der aber ganze Bohnen mahlen will.

Kas itself is a very nice seaside-town. Still very authentic and not spoiled by mass-tourism lime some such towns in Turkey. Villa Aspasia is on a peninsula just adjacent to Kas. It is with car only 8 minutes till Kas-downtown. The villa is very nice. Very good set up and laid out. We enjoyed the privacy especially. The sunset is wonderful, because Aspasia is on the most west peak of the peninsula with a fully open sea-view. Mr. Bunge, the owner of the house, is also very nice person, very helpful and friendly. Before and during our stay he was always avaliable to us and supported us with organisational matters like rental-car etc. We spent our vacation Aug 2017 at Aspasia and planning to repeat our stay there also in the next years, once again.

Es war eine wunderschöne Villa mit erstklassiger Einrichtung! Küche excellent ausgestattet! Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer! Wuerde immer wieder kommen!

Wir waren komplett zufrieden, alles war ordentlich und sauber, wenn etwas fehlte oder z. B. kaputt war wie die Waschmaschine, dann genügt ein Anruf und alles war am gleichen Tag erledigt. Wir werden wieder kommen. Der Blick ist ein Traum und die Lage sowieso, Einrichtung aller Räume sind geschmackvoll und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Auch war es mit unseren drei Kindern sehr gut, so viel Platz zu haben, WLan und deutsches Fernsehen waren zwar nicht notwendig, aber angenehm zu haben, v. a. für unsere Kinder. Und das schönse für mich war die Ruhe und der Sonnenuntergang.

Wir (5 Personen) haben 7 traumhafte Tage in der Villa Aspasia verbracht. Schon die Betreuung im Vorfeld (Mietvertrag, schriftliche Informationen, Unterstützung bei der Anmietung des Leihwagens) war hervorragend. Von der Abholung vom Flughafen bis zur Übergabe der Villa am Abreisetag hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Wir haben die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer verbracht und können uns gut vorstellen wieder einmal dorthin zu fahren.

The villa lived up to our expectations. The only thing that does not come across is the size of the pool, so we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was bigger than the photo suggests. In fact the terrace around the pool is larger than the photo gives the impression. Inside the villa is well catered in terms of equipment and space. Everything was clean and well maintained. The garden is lovely with plenty of bougainvillea, oleander and oranges growing - though sadly not ripe while we were there. The view is so wonderful that we competed for the trying to capture the best image! We ate out at Manzara restaurant which is on the Peninsular and using the dolmus bus service, which stops outside the villa, we went into town and ate at a variety of places including the new Panorama 101 and the Maya Steak House - not disappointed.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa genossen. Die Villa ist wie auf den Fotos angezeigt, hochwertig, sauber. Das Personal vor Ort war zuversichtlich uns sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung Kas ist einfach Traumhaft. Ein tolles Örtchen, in dem kein Massentourismus herrscht. Die Menschen sind sehr gelassen und nicht aufgesetzt freundlich. Der Vermieter hatte sich von Anfang an, um unsere Anliegen gekümmert und uns immer schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Vielen Dank Herr Bunge für diese tolle Villa und das uns die Möglichkeit gegeben wurde, einen so tollen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Die Villa Aspasia liegt auf einer Halbinsel vor Kas, die im wesentlichen mit Häusern ähnlicher Art bebaut ist. Die Terrasse des Hauses ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und bietet einen spektakulären Meerblick. Die Villa hat 3 Schlafzimmer für jeweils 2 Personen. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Alle Schlafzimmer und das große Wohn-Esszimmer sind mit leistungsstarken Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Die Küche ist modern und vollständig ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung der Villa hochwertig, modern und sehr ansprechend. Neben der Top-Qualität des Hauses ist der Inifinity-Pool ein Highlight. Auf der großen Terrasse mit überdachten und offenen Bereichen gibt es eine Draußendusche. Die Aussenalagen sind sehr gepflegt. Ein Grill steht an der Vorderseite de Hauses zur Verfügung. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es zahlreiche ähnliche Häuser, die aber so angeordent sind, dass sie die Privatheit auf der Terrasse der Villa nicht stören. Bademöglichkeiten und der Ort Kas sind am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Kas ist ein sehr entspanntes. und malerisches Städtchen mit sehr freundlichen Menschen, zahlreichen Restaurants, Geschäften, Bars und einem großen Angebot an möglichen Unternehmungen. Die Organisation des Urlaubs klappte einfach und reibungslos zunächst über den Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer in Deutschland, der auch Mietwagen und Transfer vom Flughafen oragnisierte, und vor Ort über freundliche und präsente Ansprechpartner, alles auf Englisch. Insgesamt bietet die Villa eine luxuriösen Rahmen für entspannte Tage mit Familie oder Freunden in einer reizvollen Umgebung.

Mein Mann und ich waren wirklich urlaubsreif und fanden in der Villa Aspasia einen Ort, an dem wir vollkommen ausspannen konnten. Das Anmieten des Hauses und des Mietwagens, der Transfer, alles hat stressfrei geklappt und war perfekt organisiert, der Vermieter engagiert und verlässlich, die Villa niveau- und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und großzügig,... doch unser Platz, war auf der Terrasse mit dem Traumblick von diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde, allein dort sein zu dürfen, haben wir als so erholsam empfunden, dass wir gar nirgends anders hin wollten, hier konnten wir einfach nur sein!

Die Villa ist wirklich so wie sie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist. Einfach traumhaft und Entspannung und Erholung pur. Selbst zu dieser Jahreszeit war das Wetter traumhaft. Meist um die 26 Grad und der Pool und das Meer haben für traumhafte Abkühlung gesorgt. Mit dem Dolmush kann man alles gut erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer ist wirklich sehr nett. Der Transfer zum Haus war völlig unproblematisch. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen. Sicherlich kommen wir noch einmal wieder :-)

Einfach nur toll! Von der ersten Anfrage über die tägliche Leichtigkeit im Umgang mit dem Haus bis zu einem schönem Kontakt mit dem Gärtner, der gute Tipps gibt und immer einen Witz auf der Zunge hat. Das Haus an sich ist hochwertig, sehr gut ausgestattet, gute Raumaufteilung, sehr ruhig gelegen. Von dem infinity pool konnten wir jeden Abend Sonnenuntergänge und spaeter Sternenhimmel geniessen. Also, bitte nicht alles gleich durchbuchen, weil wir ja noch mal hin wollen. Vielen Dank von der ganzen Urlaubsgruppe. Auch an Aydin.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder, haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Aspasia verbracht. Jedes Detail des Hauses war genau so wie beschrieben. Die Anmietung lief absolut reibungslos, Der Vermieter hat für uns auch den Transfer vom Flughafen organisiert. Als wir am Abend in der Villa Aspasia ankamen, stand unser Mietwagen vor der Tür und der Kühlschrank war mit einer Grundausstattung gefüllt. Der kleine Ort Kas mit vielen kleinen Restaurants, ist am Abend ein Genuss. Aber auch die weitere Umgebung ist sehenswert: tiefblaues Meer, kleinen Buchten und die Berge sind ein Traum. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Meine Ehefrau und ich waren sowohl letztes als auch dieses Jahr wieder zu Gast in der Villa Aspasia in Kas. Bevor wir jedoch die Villa selbst und natürlich die wunderschöne Stadt bewerten, möchten wir zunächst einmal ein großes Lob an den Vermieter aussprechen. Er selbst ist sehr zuverlässig und sehr souverän in seiner Arbeit. Jeder Kontakt (ob telefonisch oder per Email) verlief rasend schnell und vor allem reibungslos. Zudem wurden uns vor der Anreise sämtliche Unterlagen wie zB Infobroschüren/Karten/Mietvertrag etc. zugesandt, sodass wir zum einen den Mietvertrag zeitnah an ihn zurücksenden konnten und zum anderen auch genug Infomaterial für unseren Urlaub hatten.  Um aber auf die Stadt und die Villa selbst zu kommen...kann ich mit einem Wort nur TRAUMHAFT sagen. Kas gehört für uns beide zu den schönsten Orten der Türkei. Und in Verbindung mit der Villa Aspasia verleiht es dem ganzen noch das gewisse Etwas. In der Villa selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist von A bis Z voll ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse oder den jeweiligen Zimmern ist phänomenal. Hier wurden wir täglich vom Gärtner besucht, der uns zum einen jeden morgen frisches Brot brachte und zum anderen sich natürlich um den Pool und den Garten kümmerte. Tagsüber verweilten wir in der Villa und zum Abend hin sind wir dann mit unserem Leihwagen, welcher uns von der Autovermietung zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, entweder in das Zentrum von Kas, Kalkan oder zum Kaputas Strand gefahren. Die Autovermiertung lief ebenfalls über den Vermieter der Villa. Wir können dieses Reiseziel mit ruhigem Gewissen jedem Urlauber wärmstens ans Herz legen. Wir sind froh darüber, ein solches Fleckchen Erde gefunden zu haben und hoffen darauf noch in den nächsten Jahren in dieser Villa zu Gast sein zu dürfen.

Villa Aspasia is a clean, well equipped and spacious villa on the spectacular Kas peninsula. The views from the pool terrace are breathtaking, especially at sunset when you can sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun disappear over the horizon in complete peace. All appliances and furnishings were of a high quality and the owner was very helpful when we had questions, even going so far as to telephone me when I had made enquiries by email. The peninsula has several swimming platforms directly into the sea where the snokelling is pretty good and there are one or two 'secret' coves if you explore off the beaten track. We had a car and so travelled to various beaches, such as Patara (great ,fun waves for the children) and Kaputas (safe cliff jumping for the brave) and also sometimes just pulled the car of the main road and would have a small cove completely to ourselves. We thoroughly enjoyed a boat trip organised by Andilfi (details in the villa) and even snorkelled with turtles, squid and lots of colourful fish. We found that restaurants out of town were quite often better value for money and thoroughly enjoyed a meal at the Manzara restaurant in the Cachet Hotel within walking distance of the Villa. This was not cheap but great food, fabulous cocktails and very friendly staff made it a lovely experience. The villa owner Andreas arranged car hire and transfers from the airport for us at a very good price and it all worked extremely smoothly. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this lovely villa and would not hesitate to recommend it highly.

July 2009 - We really enjoyed staying at Villa Aspasia. The terrace is really wonderful with fabulous views over to the islands and the pool a delight. The villa is really well set out and is comfortable and kept very clean. The kitchen, dining room and living room are beautifully done and we liked the local touches... Turkish carpets and cushions etc. Thanks for organising the pick up which could not have been more efficient. Mehmet organised a really splendid day out for us on a gullet, fish barbecued on the diving deck, lots of snorkling in hidden bays and past the sunken city - a memorable trip. We loved Kas which is ten minutes drive away - wonderful shops and a great Friday market, but more importantly we loved the general atmosphere and huge range of good places to eat very reasonably. Oba's Garden and Bache were our firm favourites. The culture of the region is really rich and we all felt we will need to return to see more at a less hot time of year. Thanks for providing us with an excellent base.
