Location, Location, Location. Everything you need is right here. Clean, cozy & all the beach essentials you need in this cute space. Perfect for a couple or if you're solo. I will definitely be stay again.

I spent a lot of time out and about. I really only used the room to sleep and shower. Very close to the beach!

Walked in to balloons and wine!!! Both host are AMAZING!! View from room although from a side angle was BREATHTAKING!! Room very clean, everything from beach towels, cooler, beach chairs are there to make your stay a little extra special. I would definitely book again.

The unit was clean and tastefully organized. Although small, it was adequate for my wife and I. However, I'd only recommend it for short stays. The unit isn't really setup for cooking. There is no oven, and only has two burners. The big problem however is parking. Although listed with a parking space- this is not the case. Afterword I was informed that the parking was "first come first serve". This is disingenuous. The owner needs to be upfront and forthcoming with renters.

great spot and very good bang for the buck. some minor maintenance issues and key system a hassle (plus only one set so had to coordinate even a stroll down to the beach).

Easy to book- I had an emergency need to come to the island, and the process could not have been smoother. The property is clean, by the beach and minutes from the airport. There I was a strong cigarette smell in the hallway, but not in the room! Happy to find this spot

Really loved the space, super clean and great view. The only glitch was when the island went into black out on Wed 4/6 There was no communication from the owner at all to check up on us. We had no lights, AC, functional fridge or use of the kitchen. I reached out to her and she said yes, it's all over the news, it's a black out and that was it. In the meantime we had to go and buy ice for our food in the fridge and some candles. She finally asked us if we needed anything two days into the outage on Friday 4/8 and so ice and lanterns were finally delivered two days after having no power. The power came back on the morning hours of Saturday. But then went back on that same day, so I was still grateful at least attempt was made to make us more comfortable, but it was pretty late in the game. It was a bummer not to be able to make coffee or food during the outage, or have a warm shower, but we were able to reap the benefits of the condo and its amenities for at least a few days of our stay. I totally understand black outs are nothing within the owners control, but more prompt attention would have been appreciated .

It's private and secure, and is within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants so it leaves you desiring nothing. A perfect vacation spot for two. Nilsa and Manny were great and the communication was perfect. We had complimentary waters, wine and beer, as well as beach chairs, towels and a cooler we could take to the beach. I'm a local and highly recommend this location! All the stars!

Not a thing was needed the apartment was perfect for a beach vacation

We liked the location and that it was right on the beach. The bed was soft and amazing. The room had nice decor and lighting. Loved the mirrors z.

We loved our stay. The condo was just the right ght size for the two of us and centrally located to everything in Isla Verde. We had a great view from window of the beach and a nice deck to greet the morning sunrise. Our month went too fast. We would definitely retain in the future. Thanks. Nilsa. Pat and Dave

Small studio apartment enough room for two direct access to the beach on an amazing spot. Extremely close to the airport and within walking distance of restaurants. We enjoyed our time there and wished we were there for a longer period of time. The off street parking was a plus. Manny was extremely pleasant to deal with and Nilsa was very accommodating since we arrived on an early flight. The balcony was a plus! Having the ability to listen to the ocean day and night was very memorable. I would definitely book again when I return to PR.

This place was perfect for the few days we were there- definitely small but had everything we needed- we used the beach chairs and umbrella which was a nice feature- I was so happy to have the extra water bottles Nilsa left for us! It was very hot the week we went and when we arrived we were so thirsty. I sat out on the balcony with my coffee and read my book! I loved having the beach so close to us! Everyone was easy to get a hold of and checkout was a breeze. Thanks again

The studio apartment was AMAZING! Nilsa and Manny was very nice to us. Check in and check out was very easy and we had a great time. Beach access was private and super nice. Comfy for 2!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!

The property is very nice and close to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our time staying there and will definitely come back and stay there whenever we go to PR! It is small but very clean and it has everything we needed (stove, fridge etc) with amazing view and access to the beach.

The rental rate was below the average for such a nice unit. It was located on the ocean with an excellent view and convenient to major highways. It was compact but had everything I needed or could ask for. Any problems that arose were immediately taken care of. I would highly recommend Nilsa to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

We stayed at Nilsa's studio apartment on the last 4nights of our stay in Isla Verde, PR- and it was absolutely the best ending to our holiday. The owner is such a sweet person and is always available over messenger. The studio is spotless and amenities provided are perfect. It's a small studio but its perfect for a solo traveler or couple (max 2). The view is amazing! And I wish we had more time to walk around the area, where we saw some beautiful old houses. Its very convenient, as there are restaurants on the main road of Isla Verde blvd that we liked, as well. Loved the stay and felt super comfortable! We will come back next year! Free parking and a complimentary bottle of wine was the best way to enjoy the view!

We just returned from our stay at this cozy Ocean view studio. This cute condo exceeded our expectations. The view was breathtaking. The property is impeccably maintained. The beach is so clean and organized. The staff is great and they welcome us with a complimentary bottle of red wine which was a plus! We will definitely be back!
