Close to ocean and boardwalk area.

If your looking for a place that’s in the very middle of all the action, steps from the beach, very short walking distance of grocery, parking is literally right across the street, Walmart and Target runs are within 2 miles, then this is the place! This is 1st floor, right off the elevator, (there’s a ground floor). Pools inside and outside are awesome as well as the lazy River. If I had to comment on one thing that may be of importance to some, the internet situation there is not great. Very poor reception. Enjoyable stay, highly recommend, Frank was quick to respond!

We booked this condo for 3 nights with our family of 8. We all slept great and comfortably, we all had enough room to not be on top of each other and it was super nice only being on the 2nd floor. Easy access to the beach and pools. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and beach. Everything is within walking distance which made it nice. It was great having a washer and dryer to use especially with all the kids changing clothes 20 times a day. The only issues we had was little things in the condo being broken like the toilet paper holder, the knobs on a few drawers were off, and there were scuffs on the walls. I read a few reviews and they complained of being charged for things they didn’t do, so my husband and I were super particular to document everything out of place upon arrival so we could have the proof it wasn’t our fault. Also, the key pad to enter the room was finicky, we would put the code in and most times it would select a different number so at one point we locked ourselves out for a few, I don’t recommend trying to get in the room when you’ve had a particularly long or stressful day as it might send you over the edge lol Other than that, check in was super easy and we really enjoyed our stay!

Closet was filled with paint, items used to paint stick, covering for painter, dishes not clean. Need to invest in a better iron. Location great. Great ocean view.

We had a great Myrtle Beach vacation staying at this condo. We came to see the ocean and this place was perfect. We could see the ocean, watch the sunrise on the balcony, and walk right out on the beach. There was a lot to do within easy walking distance. It was nice being able to take stairs in and out of the building and not have to wait for the elevator if we didn't want to. We all slept well, and it was plenty of room for our group of 5. I messaged the host a couple of times and he answered all my questions.

Was Pretty Dirty may want to consider a different housekeeper one bathtub does not drain half full when you get out of the shower plastic chairs on the patio that I thought were going to break tried to touch up paint throughout the condo with a totally different color paint

When looking at rentals this placed looked perfect for our group. Other than having a place to be and an oceanfront property it was nothing like I was expecting. Pictures are not up to date on everything at all. In all honesty everything just felt dirty. We were told before check in to not use the sleeper sofa, even though it’s listed as such in the description when talking about beds, to only use air mattress along with beds in living room. The living room furniture is stained and dirty looking. If a designer did the living room it had to be when units first opened, old furniture it felt like. The king mattress was horrible! You couldn’t barely move and it sounded like a rusty door opening and closing. Loud and very uncomfortable. Nasty stain on the mattress cover. Sheets were clean but bed spread didn’t smell clean. After kids took first shower noticed the drain was super slow. It was full of hair that I had to pull out. The guest shower was the same way. The master bathroom had a bad odor the whole time. Looks like pee or stains in the back on the floor. You pay a cleaning fee but not much felt really clean. Listing shows a pic with beach chairs, umbrella and toys. That was no where in the condo. We had to go buy extra stuff since we thought that was in there and wasn’t. Going back and reading listing, it states balcony has table and 2 chairs. Three plastic chairs was all there was Overall location by ocean, food and boardwalk was good and luckily there were plenty of stores close by to get what we needed. Hate to leave a bad review but people need to know what they are truly walking into when paying this kind or money.

The view and location was wonderful! Inside of property could use some updates, but it worked fine for our family. Response time when we had an issue with the back gate was excellent. As soon as I called and left message, I received a text with the correct code. Really appreciated the fast response!

King mattress needs replaced… had a little bow to it . But we had a great time and would definitely go back .

Literally disgusting when we walked in. Our WHITE bath mats were BROWN and covered in dirt. My son’s feet turned completely brown on the bottom merely from walking around on the floor. I have picture proof of all this but don’t see a place to post this here. The towels reeked of smoke. After I complained, I was given an appointment time the next day for somebody to come clean and they were over 30 minutes late. We weren’t given new bath mats, towels were just placed on the floor instead. The replacement towels smelled like smoke too. The beds were so loud one of our family members slept on the couch because is a light sleeper and kept getting woken up every time somebody turned over. A repair person came (another appointment we had to have somebody wait in the condo for and took away from our beach time). It was determined that the beds were so loud because there wasn’t a box spring underneath. A new one was ordered but not delivered until several days into our trip (a 3rd time somebody had to stay back in the condo interrupting our beach time). Finally, the property manager had the audacity to scam the insurance company (that you are required to pay $50 for up front and make a claim that we broken the couch bed (which we never used, only slept on the couch itself) so that he would get a payout of over $1000. I know this is a scam because this is the second time we stayed here (didn’t have as many problems the first time and thought it was worth staying again because the location is awesome) and the time before they submitted a claim on us for breaking the garbage disposal which we also didn’t use during that stay. Literal scam artist.

We got in around 7:30 only to find a property that was run down, unclean (dirt, crumbs, food, soiled walls, and MOLD in bedrooms. Contacted owner immediately who said he’d send cleaner out asap, told him we didn’t want to stay and he said we had “too high of expectations”. For almost $3,000 what we expected was clean and sanitized. This unit was not. Cleaner came and told us the wonder doesn’t pay for deep cleaning. Once we found the mold the owner finally agreed to refund us and we left at 9:30 pm with four kids to find a place to sleep. Pics are not updated. Unit is old and not well taken care of. Thankful owner refunded, but only bc I was going to let health department know about mold, prior to that he was not budging.

Great location. Easy check in. Lazy river was out of service, but indoor pool and hot tubs were nice. View from the balcony was amazing. King size bed was very noisy. Overall was pretty clean.

The family was looking for a quick break and this property fit the bill. From the beginning, the property owner was very responsive and communicated well. We had an issue and were unable to arrive on the original planned night - a quick message to the owner and it was handled. While our trip was cut short due to a schedule change on our end, we were still able to spend two days here and enjoyed ourselves. We walked pretty much everywhere we wanted to go, with great locations to eat and stores to shop, within a few minutes of the property. The beach was nice and the property view was as well. The lower floor location made it easy to use the stairs for quick access, although the elevator was never busy when we needed it. Would stay here again when returning to Myrtle Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the unit. The first floor location was perfect for easy access to the beach without having to rely on the elevator which was busy often. The hotel was clean and the lazy river area was thoroughly cleaned every morning. The views of the beach were spectacular!! and you could not ask for better location.

The room wasn’t terrible, but def could use some better beds. First off let me start by saying we aren’t picky people by far, but could definitely been cleaner when we arrived. My daughter dropped a toy under the dresser and we found a used razor, trash, and femine product. The grounds keeper was ignorant to non-Caucasian visitors, yes we are Caucasian. He also locked the gate an hour early for the outside and shut the pool down early every night. Then there were the cockroaches. This was the craziest part. We stayed on the first floor and they were scaling the walls towards our room. They were in the pool and around it also. We did not see any in the room however, this left us feeling uneasy and itchy all week. This place had tons of potential, but it definitely has been neglected for many years.

Great location, staff interaction was good, beds comfortable, would rent again. I would recommend to family and friends.

This condo is extremely in need of deep cleaning, updating, repairs, and improvements. Amenities in the kitchen are lacking. Not a comfortable stay for many reasons. Pool area, balcony beach view, and location were the only positives.

The location of the property cannot be beat. Perfect view of pool and ocean. My 85 year old grandmother was able to sit on the balcony and watch my son play in the pool and on the beach from the shade of the balcony on the 1st floor. The property is spacious and has good amenities. However, updates are needed. The beds were terrible and need replaced. They squeak so loud every time you move you can hear it in the other room. I was constantly afraid of waking up my 1 year old. Also, the vacuum is broken.

Second time renting from owner. Location and close to boardwalk. Not to mention rip tide open air dining. Condo was clean and quiet

Loved the views from the balcony. Rooms were clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and couch. Loved having a full kitchen. Would stay here again.

Very clean unit, although a little outdated, right on the beach. Easy access to the beach and the pier. Enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful view and clean rooms. Had all the conveniences of home. A couple of chairs on the balcony would be nice to fully enjoy the view outside. Very nice place to stay for the weekend to enjoy with family.

Great view of sunrise every morning. We will return. Everything very easily accessible in and around condo.

When asking questions received a quick response from property manager. Since the condo was privately owned the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. We had a great vacation and will recommend

The unit was very clean as described. The beds were comfortable and the furniture seemed adequate and comfortable. The last review before my stay was quite ugly and I was slightly nervous but once we arrived all my fears were gone. This unit has a beautiful kitchen and nice tile throughout the main areas. Unit seems to be kept up very well. Parking is slightly inconvenient but it’s just a block away straight across from the hotel so not a real complaint. While our unit was great I will warn that if you have chemical sensitivities be cautious. The property used some pretty strong smelling cleaners. The unit was not bad just coming in and out of the lobby and elevator area. We never had any trouble waiting for the elevator etc. The stairs are also right outside your door so we used them as well since it’s only one floor up. Owner was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this unit. We did not get to enjoy the beach as much because the recent hurricane had made the beach very rough because of all the broken up shell debris but that will probably be resolved quickly. Nice lazy river. Very convenient location close to everything.

We loved the condo, it had everything we needed, it was spacious and clean. The view was awesome, oceanfront, 2nd floor right above the lazy river in which my grandsons loved. Staff was really nice and helpful. We had an amazing time except when they made us evacuate a day early due to the hurricane, but I will be back!

Recommendation is to not stay here until the unit is redone from ceiling down to the floor. So many issues with the unit. They were brought up to the owner and was told it was a busy summer and they would be fixed. But these issues went beyond a busy summer and would require an entire rehab of the unit. Broken furniture (chair - arms were broken and very sticky, table - the chairs to the table came undone when you moved the chairs from the table, couch - no cushion left in it, it was like sitting on the floor), broken light fixtures, hair on floor, bed, and in the refrigerator. It was really hard to justify our hard , earned money to stay here, definitely not worth the money. The entire complex needs a major overhaul as well. Had to wait on average 10 minutes during prime elevator time to get on it. 1/2 the time the card to get into the complex didn't work, had to request a new one 3 times. During check in and check out, no carts were available and the elevator was so backed up we had to take multiple trips up and down the stairs. Also parking is 2 parking lots away and was so full ppl were parking on the grass. If you didn't park in that lot you were told your car would be towed.

It was a short stay but a pleasant one..
