Property Smelled wonderful with beautiful flowering trees. Condo had everything we needed snorkel beach chairs cooler. Lots of clean lien and beach towels. Property Never felt crowded, plenty of parking. Near Charles young beach great for children 5/6 . Easy check-in process. Da Best shave ice and ABC store 2 min drive.

Place is very clean and well ordered. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Washer and dryer is a plus. 2 individual packets of laundry soap were provided and appreciated. AC and fans are awesome! Beach equipment including towels, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, snorkeling and tennis gear, child life vests were all provided free and this is a huge plus. Even freezer packs for the cooler. Really nothing we couldn't find among the kitchen utensils and cookware. BBQs are just a few steps away with free propane provided. It's about a 6 or 7 minute walk across the street to some awesome beaches. The location is far enough back from Kihei Ave so you don't hear traffic. The backyard area is very cool with a large lawn and coconut trees/flowers. It's shared but feels very private when on the individual lanai. You can't see the parking lot or any other condos from the back. We left the curtains open all the time. I really preferred this to an upper floor. The place is within walking distance of a few restaurants and stores. ABC Store (my favorite) is up the street to the left and has a large deli with fresh cooked food, Poke, hot malasadas and musubi. For driving, condo is close to the Piilani highway if you are heading south, upcountry or to West Maui. Kihei has some great places to eat including a couple of food truck lots. The owner was super responsive. I sent a text with a question and they got back to me right away. Very reasonably priced.

Bill was easy to communicate with. Condo has all you need. Close to charley young beach. The beach items came in extremely handy, as did the kitchen items used for cooking and making coffee. Great vacation rental.

I enjoyed my stay at the condo very much. The place was newly renovated and super clean. Also the patio and landscaping outside are lovely.

Perfect place for us to stay with our 18-month-old and four year old. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants; groceries a short drive away. Condo was clean and comfortable and well equipped for basic cooking. Beach toys and pack and play too. also it was nice to have a pool on site. Thanks Bill and Lauri!

We had a great time at Bill & Lauri's place. Everything was clean and we loved the location close to all the spots in Kihei. Beach chairs and umbrella were invaluable and the snorkeling gear was a must!

The condo was just what we wanted.. Great location, clean , & well maintained . Had a little issue checking in because the entrance code had not been updated. But I was able to reach the owner and he was able to update it quickly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at your property! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach chairs and umbrella were so great to have for the beach (I could see a wagon being helpful if more things were needed at the beach given there is a walk to the beach). It made our time on the beach so relaxing and enjoyable! Everything was clean and ready for our arrival! The keyless entry was fantastic as we didn’t have to worry about a key! The pools are on the smaller side (which for us wasn’t an issue…just a note for those looking). Bill was very responsive to any questions I had! Thanks for a wonderful stay!! It was a great first trip to Maui!

Everything was just as described. Great location, clean, well stocked and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with Bill’s condo. The condo itself had everything we needed (except a kettle for us tea drinkers😉), with plenty of beach accessories and was very nicely decorated. Clearly some thought was put into making the condo feel comfortable. Bill was very responsive to any questions I had. Our first VRBO experience and overall a very positive one.

Owner was quick to respond to questions. Very clean. Set back away from the street so it’s nice and quiet. We never heard any of the neighbors even though all of the building seemed to be occupied. Cooked several meals there and everything we needed was provided. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a washer/dryer

We love our rental home away from home. The place was clean and had everything you need on vacation: fully stocked kitchen, bunch of beach towels, beach toys, surfing boards, snorkeling masks, beach chairs, umbrella, extra sheets, blankets etc. It’s 3 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, the property has 3 pools. Grocery stores and restaurants are in walking distance. The place is perfect, don’t think twice and stop your search… JUST BOOK IT!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Bill’s property. It was comfortable, central and safe base for our Maui trip.. it may seem pricey with all the fees and taxes, but this is Maui. And for what it is, this suite is very reasonably priced. The beach supplies (chairs, cooler bag, toys, towels, etc) is a great amenity. Access a great beach just by crossing the street. The suite was clean but not sparkling clean… snd we don’t expect it to be with rentals — the important thing is clean sheets, towels and clean enough for everything else. Bill was also a very responsive host, and check out instructions are clear (and simple!). I highly recommend.

The location of this condo is fantastic. Walking distance from a great beach, shops and restaurants. With the car we drove around the whole island to all the highlights. Property itself is nice although the complex is somewhat dated. Te condo itself was refurbished a while ago, which is nice. Communication with the owner was fast and convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is very well equipted and especially the lanai is an absolute plus. Location is great, easy beach access and good spot to start trips to various parts of the island. Would definatly reccomand.

The condo is great - updated beautifully, lovely lanai to hang out on, a few minute walk to beautiful Charley Young Beach and conveniently located in Kihei close to Wailea, Kahalui and 20-25 minutes from either Lahaina or Pai’a. Hope to visit again soon. Hosts are great and a text message away.

We had a two week stay at Bill and Laurie’s condo and it quickly felt like home. It is well equipped with for all our daily needs. The complex seems to be well run and is quiet at night. The check in process is seamless. The cleanliness of the condo and the well groomed grounds met our expectations and any staff we happened to interact with were friendly. We can’t think of anything else our hosts could have done better!

Equipped with extras (great beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and a few extra kitchen/grocery supplies 👍); owner very responsive and quick to deal with any problem; on-site manager great!; however this unit needs some improvements on cleanliness. Great location and well kept grounds.

We had a great time on Maui. The property is close to the beach and well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable. All appliances worked perfectly. Well stocked with towels, beach equipment, dishes, etc. No complaints!
