We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. We searched listing on two platforms for days until we found this one that met all of our criteria. It is located in a favorable area within walking distance of the ocean, the complex has three pools, the A/C is cold, and we were allowed to bring our dog. As a bonus, the host was great to communicate with. Their restaurant suggestions were outstanding.

Upon arriving on the island, we easily picked up our parking pass and headed to Ocean Breeze/Tree Tops. The villa was very clean and perfectly furnished in beach themed décor. We were so happy with the supply of the basics and then some! Spices, cooking oil/spray, sea salt and pepper grinders, soaps and shampoos, laundry/dish detergent, etc. Sounds silly, but so many rentals do not provide these things. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella was available for use. Beds were made with crisp, white sheets and were very comfortable. Towels provided as well. Owners were very quick to respond...not that we had any issues, but we wanted to let them know about a broken towel rack (happened prior to our arrival) and they got right back to us. Villa was pet friendly, and our lab Charlie enjoyed the soft dog bed and beach walks. We loved the villa pools in the afternoons when the beaches got too hot. We rented bikes and rode to the beautiful beach each day (~6-7 minute ride) and out to dinner each night (favorite close dinner/brewery place was The Bank!) The backyard made you feel like you were in a jungle paradise...palms and Spanish moss everywhere. We love how bike-able this island is. We felt safe letting our teens bike to the beach and Coligny for ice-cream and coffees on their own. Overall, we had a blast...we would definitely recommend 100% and would stay in Unit 2 again in a heartbeat!

We had a 4 day trip to Hilton Head and really enjoyed this VRBO. The house had plenty of room & 3 pools on the property. We walked to the beach, Cologny Park stores, and to The spa for massages. Really good location. We cooked in a few times & enjoyed the property.

It was bigger than we thought it was going to be. A very homey and comfortable. Close enough to Alder beach fora fun dog walk and coligny beach full of shops and restaurants. Our dogs were comfortable and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Lots of paths to walk the island or ride bikes.

Lovely experience! Very clean and walkable to beach. The beach wagon was a nice touch too.

Very nice property. Really liked the beach stuff provided. Not a bad walk to the beach even with a small child. Bed spread had burrs on it and could have been cleaner.

Just what we needed. This villa is located by the least busiest part of the beach, which we loved. Lovely bike paths as well. Hope to come back sometime again.

The condo was the perfect place to relax after exploring Hilton Head all day. It immediately felt homey. The beach wagon made it simple to pack up and go enjoy Coligney Beach. The pool at the complex was never busy so the kids loved being able to play as much as they wanted. Shopping and food was a nice bike ride away. We would totally stay again, thanks for having us!

The property is well-maintained. It is convenient to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. Our stay was very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beachside condo. It was a quick walk to the beach and we loved being able to bring our fur baby! Well stocked, clean, convenient to everything on the island. Would stay again!

The property was clean, quiet, comfortable, and best of all, pet friendly. We were apprehensive that our dog would be uncomfortable and wouldn't like different surroundings. She seemed to enjoy the time together as much as we did! She was comfortable at the townhouse, and absolutely loved the walks on the beach.

Our first family vacation, and first trip to the ocean for our golden retriever. It was a perfect place for this - the grounds of the property were very pet friendly with lovely walks and plenty of squirrels! Only 10 mins to the beach, which is a quieter section, but also only a 10 minute walk to Coligny circle for the shops and restaurants and busier section of beach. Beach chairs and cart provided came in very handy! All in all a perfect place for us!

Very comfortable property. Nice location, reasonable walk to the beach or you can drive to down to Coligny. Owners were very responsive. Would stay here again if I come back to Hilton Head.

Good location

The condo was clean and the bathroom renovations were beautiful! The location allowed for walking or biking to the beach, restaurants, Coligny. Having beach chairs available was nice, as well as the use of the beach wagon. As a past condo owner on HHI, I would recommend that the owners consider replacing the carpet especially on the stairs.

Nice quiet area. Easy access to connecting roadways for outings.

This was our 2nd year staying with Dan and Nichole ! They are great and very responsive to any of your needs ! The condo is well equipped and clean! Super convenient and comfortable for our pets as well! We love it and will be back !

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The property is great and included beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella. We took advantage of the bike discount count and we truly had the best week!

We really enjoyed our stay. First off the hosts were very accommodating. Any need we had was taken care of or addressed. When we got to the place it was great! There was plenty of room in the place, access to the beach in walking distance, and it was a quiet area. Shows and restaurants were also in walking distance. Great price too, we would definitely consider staying here again.

This unit is as advertised. Easy location near entrance to complex thus shorter walk to beach. Good quality beach chairs, umbrella and cart provided. Everything one might need is provided. Owner terrific to work with during rental process. Our family and two dogs will return!
