The place was great, had everything you could possibly need. Super comfy place in a very nice neighborhood like Palermo Hollywood. Miriam the owner of the place and the staff were super friendly and helpful as well.

The location of the property is good

This host was not helpful in resolving issues that came up and not very honest. Initially, she told me that I could check in at 2 PM and the apartment was still not ready at 3:30 PM. The apartment was extremely hot and I asked her about the air, she told me I have to flip the master controller and it will work. The system never worked properly and on the last day when I reminded her again she asked me to stay in the apartment so she could send someone to take a look. I did not want to spend my last vacation day waiting for her system to be fixed for the next guest. If you’re staying there anytime when it’s even remotely warm you’ll feel like you’re in a furnace. When I told her the safe in the apartment doesn’t work she said the last person must’ve taken the key. A day and a half later she dropped off a set at the security desk which were also the wrong ones and proceeded to tell me she has many keys but not to worry because the building is very safe. That’s unacceptable, the safe was never fixed for me to use. She had forgotten to refill the coffee pods so she asked me to buy coffee and she would refund me. When I told her how much I paid she said that’s too much (when she had never given me an amount) and gave me about 1/4 of what I spent She asked me to deposit dollars for her in an American account so that she would receive a better rate. I did so to help her but I should not have. She is scamming Americans

The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy. It was very spacious. i would highly recommend booking. it’s in a great and safe location. It has a gym, coffee shops and restaurants on the first floor.

I don’t have any negative to say about the property.

The apartment is great in an unbeatable location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Its very well equipped, has a cute little balcony. We will definitely stay again on our next visit

This is an apartment or condo building, not a hotel as the name indicates. There is a beautiful rooftop pool and lounge area. The apartment is well appointed and the neighborhood cannot be beat. We would actively try to stay here again! We didn’t bring cash to pay. Booking.com does say the apartment takes cash only, I should have paid attention. The owner was very nice and patient as we worked hard to find a cash machine that would take our American ATM card.

The information about how to reach the host is actually the front desk information of an apartment building. The host did not leave keys and I couldn’t figure out which apartment I had booked. The front desk guys were amazing and looked at pictures, identified the floor mat and called the owner. It was no big deal but I recommend contacting the owner in advance to confirm details. She is extremely nice and accommodating.
