This was my first stay in Brighton and Hove. I was completely unsure of where to stay, what to do, etc., but wanted to try a different location than my usual London stay. I located Jame's property after much research and found the amazing reviews. I truly lucked out! From the moment I booked, James was AMAZING! He provided recommendations that were all spot on and helped us to create a wonderful anniversary get away. Up to the moment of arrival, he was stellar with communication - including meeting us to help us with our bags to the property! I have stayed in several VRBO and similar properties and never encountered someone as helpful as James. With regard to the property - oh my goodness - it was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. The property was very clean, centrally located, and had every thing we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Our only regret is that we did not book enough time so we could have at least one day to sit and enjoy the property for a full day! We were on the go so much. But it was great to come "home" to every day and to wake up in and start our day. We WILL be back! Thank you, James!!

This unit was well located, very comfortable and had a great view. The kitchen and bathrooms were excellent. Everything top drawer.

The apartment has an incredibly beautiful 360 degree view of Brihgton. The furnishings are exclusive, modern and very tasteful. The location is ideal for exploring Brighton and Hove on foot. Supermarkets and great restaurants are nearby. James is an excellent and personable host. He gave us lots of tips and was always available. We started our southern England tour in Brighton and it was an absolutely great start to a wonderful journey. We would like to come again. Then hopefully with more sunshine ;-) .

A wonderfully bright and classy apartment in such a convenient location. It’s peaceful although the seagulls party all night!

Nice penthouse suite with walk in showers, great views and great location. I would have liked for the beds to be softer but this does not detract from everything else being great..highly recommended.

Easy access to the beach and all the amenities and attractions.

Super flat, just a short walk to the sea one way and restaurants/shops the other. Great space for two couples given the two spacious bathrooms. Great vantage point for the new year fireworks but only the hardy could survive the terrace in the gale! James was a fabulous host - so warm and friendly. I’d love to go back one day.

Fantastic accommodation that can’t be faulted. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for the family and views to die for, even in the winter. James was also an excellent host from the welcome to departure, providing local tips and access to a priceless parking space. If in the area would definitely try and book again!

This is a great property. The views are spectacular, the space is clean and efficient but also comfy with everything you need. It’s so well managed we not only had great communication before arrival but they checked in while we were there via text too.

Ideal location for Beach, Bars, Restaurant's and Shops. Lovely Comfortable accommodation, with great views, topped off by host James who made us most welcome. Will be back next time we visit Brighton.

good range of food, eating and drinking places nearby ample space for stuff could have used another shower mat as v slippery in shower unable to use the microwave without instructions but not really needed We were a very elderly group and some thought for this attracting this group may help your business. We have ample time and money to spend

Brighton was vibrant. Shops close by. Heritage and seaside great.

Very comfortable flat with amazing open views over Brighton and the sea. Kitchen has everything you need, and the bedding is excellent. Bathrooms also to a high standard. The lift makes it accessible to those not wanting to exercise up and down five flights. Personally I do, but my wife takes the lift, as will most people. There’s nobody above or on the same level, but even within the flat the walls seem well soundproofed. A 24 hr small convenience store, and a Co-op almost literally at the door, and a Waitrose 100 yards away are brilliant. Then there’s all the wonderful independent shops that Brighton offers. The sea front is a gentle five minutes still away. Communication with the Host is excellent. He supplies clear, full arrival instructions and was very responsive; although we had no issues. We had a relaxing week and would recommend this amazing property.

This was the perfect spot for our 10 day visit. We so looked forward to retreating to penthouse after a long day and awakening to sunrises and sea views each morning. We could not ask for a better spot to spend time with family and friends, our only regret is that we could not stay longer. Our host, James was the best going above and beyond even before our arrival. Can’t wait to visit again!

Apartment is in a great position close to everything and well placed to enjoy all that Brighton and Hove have to offer. Loads of space and facilities with the icing on the cake being the amazing terrace with those views. James is a great host providing helpful information and great communication all through our stay.

This is a fantastic penthouse apartment in a great location just a minutes walk from supermarkets, restaurants, the beach/sea, bars and shop. James is a great host and very responsive before and during your stay. The apartment has stunning views and the apartment is well furnished, clean and very comfortable. If we were to visit Brighton again we'd definitely re-book this!

My Wife and I stayed here with our 2 young children and Mother-in-law. On arrival we were met by our host, James, who supplied lots of local knowledge and was very helpful and easily contactable throughout our stay.The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, comfortable and with views to die for. One of the high points of this apartment is the large terrace which gets the sun all day long. Local amenities are on the doorstep with a Co-Op across the road, Waitrose down the road, 24-hour shops nearby and plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants. Overall a great stay - we hope to be back.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the penthouse, it was as described & had a fantastic host, James was a mind of information about Brighton & super restaurants. It was in a good position for all amenities & we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you James x

We booked this for a 10 night stay . Absolutely Fabulous in a great location got the seafront and shops . Light and airy inside fabulous picture windows with great views of the coast and beyond . Quiet but central . The kitchen is very well equipped if you wish to cook . A real home from home . Amazing power showers , great design features , beds comfortable, good linen . WiFi and impressive range of tv channels . Lovely outside terrace to take in the sea air . James the host was most helpful. An outstanding 5 star rental , we will return

Fantastic property in a great, central location in Brighton. Not only a Penthouse apartment, but one with a great outlook towards the sea, and outdoor living spaces that provide fantastic sunshine. We had a great stay and the owner couldn't have been more accommodating.

Although, we were minutes walk from sea front and all amenities we felt like we were on our own dessert Island. We have never thought of down sizing but we would be very happy living there. The penthouse is very comfortable and the owner has put a lot of thought into his guests' comfort. We hope to return.

We had a fabulous three night stay at this lovely apartment. Wonderful views, perfect location. Lots of excellent pubs, /restaurants and shops very close by. Beautiful, quiet, cosy apartment with great views of the sea and Brighton skyline. Location great - 5 min to the beach, 15 min walk to the Dome and 25 min walk to the pier. Well worth booking the parking space.

This is our second stay at the Hove Penthouse. What a delightful place to stay while visiting Brighton/Hove. The host, James, is very friendly and helpful. The location is superb and the unit is clean, well furnished and has TERRIFIC VIEWS. A great place to visit.
