Lots of space for everyone! We had 12 adults and 7 children and two infants. Walk in closets work great for port a crib- - master bedroom - bathroom is very nice. Lots for children and adults to do within the house. It was great. We fit a small car and two other cars in the three car garage and three cars in the driveway. I was told they don’t like you to park on the street. But there were other cars parked on the street. There are a few neighbors with signs up in their yard that makes it obvious they don’t like Airbnb’s in their neighborhood but we had no problems. I don’t think we ever saw a neighbor. It was perfect- bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. We ran out of both. And a suggestion is…. a new couch is needed in the family room.!!!! Super Great!!

Beautiful home, perfect weather, pristine, comfortable, clean, convenient, easy, fast, and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone interested in this location.

After sending several confirmations for a heated pool and receiving confirmation that it was - our pool was not heated, in fact the heating system had been broken. The property manager said he had inspected the property and made no mention to us that the pool’s heat was broken and looked like it had been broken for some time. The pool also looked as if it had not been cleaned in a week or two, furthering the fact that management knew something was off with the pool (but still did not reach out to us with this information). This was very frustrating as we could have chosen another house had we known this in advance and received zero warning of the situation. The property manager said he would approve a refund and I have started that process. I book many vacations for friends and family and this was a very upsetting experience and hope there is something done in the future to resolve these issues. If my group were different and we had kids for this extended weekend stay and there was no pool this would have been a disaster of a stay.

The property was great. Large and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. The only negative was that the instructions for the pool heater were not clear about the fees to use it. Be aware, if you turn it on even 1 day, you're charged each day for your ENTIRE stay. We were there 8 nights so could have been very expensive. Fortunately, the management company was great and adjusted our bill and only charged us for the 3 days we used it instead of the 8 days.

Lovely home and plenty of space for everyone, but I would not go back. The quite hours on the app said 10:00 to 8:00 with smart home technology that will alert the owners if it gets too loud. When we got to the house and MANY of the neighbors has yard signs “Homes not Hotels”. That was very uncomfortable unloading our car knowing the neighbors are not happy we rented the house. Then inside the house there was a note that said quiet hours start at 9:00 pm and the neighbors call the cops often. If cops are called we would all be kicked out. This was very nerve racking for us. We rented the house because we have a big family not a rowdy family but big. Having to get out of the pool by 9 because we were worried the cops would be called by the neighbors was not enjoyable. Unable to use the fire pit for s’mores at night because we weren’t sure how loud was too loud also a waste of a listed amenity. The whole weekend left my family feeling a little uneasy about be there and we definitely did not feel at home.

This home is much nicer than the photos lead on! Had a wonderful stay!

House was great. Only complaint was dishwasher did not work very well. Size of house was perfect for 20 people.

Thanks for allowing us to stay at your property. We had a way too short weekend getaway for our sister graduation. The house is just beautiful! Our kids love the swimming pool and we love how thoughtful of the property manager to leave great goodies for everyone even our fur babies! Overall, we love it and hopefully we will visit Again! It was all perfect.

Great rental. We stayed here with three families. 6 adults, 9 kids. Plenty of space and really fun games. The kids spent most of their days swimming in the pool and playing corn hole in the backyard.

Lots of great individual spaces inside house. Lots of amenities: heated outdoor pool, pool table, foosball table, gas bbq that we used every night, etc.) House is updated and bathrooms were very nice space.

We loved how spacious the house was. WiFi was better than at home (perfect for work from home / remote learning get away). Beautiful pool. Pics do not do the property justice. We highly recommend!

Beautiful property lots of amenities to make your stay great.

Nice getaway, the kids enjoyed the games and adults the pool table which kept everyone occupied. We all enjoyed the pool in the 110 degree weather. Overall was a great stay with family/kids.

Loved the cleanliness and space. Perfect for large parties. Was a bit concerned we’d be too loud since the neighbors are in such close proximity, but it was alright. Pool was also super refreshing for the AZ heat! Would definitely recommend.

Plenty of room for two families. Could use some updates/renovation, only reason not giving 5 stars. Home had everything that we needed. Decorated quite nicely.

The photo of the backyard on this property is not the actual backyard of this house - but the real house is better ! Similar layout, but the backyard includes a patio that provides shade from the AZ sun all day long including a space for outdoor dining as well as a couch / loveseat area. The pool area is surrounded by tall, lush plants and trees, including an orange tree which makes the space feel like a cool escape from the heat. The house functions fantastically for multiple families or a girls weekend with a big kitchen / family room area, formal dining area and a game room along with a 3 car garage. The kitchen is missing a few basics, like a cookie sheet and knife steel, but otherwise has plenty of dishes, pots and pans, serving dishes and utensils.

Convenient location for golf and spring training baseball. Good value for money.

Our team of 12 rented this home. It was amazing. 3 baths. Could have used another. Also a shortage of mirrors so it’s tough for women to get ready other then the baths. Plenty of room to spread out and tons to do. The teens loved all the games. Would definitely rent again!
