Loved the private garden and swimming pool. The breakfast which was set out for us every morning was a lovely extra touch as was the laundry which was done once during our stay.

The kitchen could be updated more and would like a washing machine so could wash our own clothes

Free shuttle is available for guests. We were met at airport at 9:45pm and arrived to the villa about 10 pm. Ryan, the property owner, sent us a couple WhatsApp messages with detailed info and pictures in advance. Villa was open, everything is prepared, so arrival was easy. Ryan visited us next morning and provided full info about villa and shared an absolutely great recommendations about island activities and places to visit.

Ryan was great, available anytime we needed to answer questions & he provided daily suggestions of places of interest to visit as well as quality restaurants to enjoy around the island. The villa was in a great location & the team providing the continental breakfasts each day, as well as cleaning the villa, pool & garden all did a fantastic job & couldn’t be faltered.

The property doesn't worth neither the high premium or the high score that it has here in booking.com. The exterior of the property is decent, but everything else needs a major renovation. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all to get back to the bedrooms, I wouldn't stay there again. I also feel a bit cheated for the amount of money we paid (similar properties on the island cost less than 1/3rd of what we paid) - I think we were misguided from the high rankings of the property here.

I booked the three bedroom villa for my parents, sister and fiancé and myself and my husband. I liked that there was a main house, but each bedroom was its own villa and allowed each couple to have their own private space to escape. property was large and peaceful and gave us a break from the busy island and mainland bustle. Ryan had solid connections with a lot of day trip activities and provided daily suggestions on what to do during our stay. my sister and her fiancé and my husband did the afternoon visit at the Samui Elephant Home which cares for seven retired elephants, five we saw and it was a really peaceful and powerful time spent with them. we were picked up by the home and we’re provided three hours learning and walking around the property before bathing them and sitting down for an early meal. super awesome experience that wasn’t abusive to the gentle giants. additionally the free laundry service was super nice to have since I accidentally packed less close than I needed for this leg of the trip!

the villa is not near the main entertainment areas of Samui, so having a car or arranging car transfers or booking a van for your group for outings is a must. this was ok since I knew my family would mostly want to relax and take it easy at home the majority of our stay. Ryan has connections with a local car service that you can book and it’s a very stress free way to travel about the island. I rented a car, and while I’ve never driven on the left side of the road before, the slower pace of samui made it easy to get around. when it came to our check out. Ryan also was able to liaise with the rental company and was able to get our deposit back and transferred it to us. they required either a passport for deposit or cash, and I’m glad we went with the cash since we would not have made our ferry transfer had we waited. his help was very appreciated and something he certainly didn’t have to facilitate for us.

Ryan & his team is amazing. they did all the best! I can totally recommend this accommodation.

Our host Ryan went out of his way to ensure we had the best time on Ko Samui Island. Ryan was fully honest with any issues that came up and dealt to them quickly.

Ryan was an exceptionally good host - we have never experienced such great communication and super-friendly interaction from before arriving until leaving. It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted with all the helpful suggestions and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble and the daily check-ins were really appreciated. Thank you!

Great villa, lovely view, pool was nice and clean. As it says in the description, it is not close to anything besides the beach which is about a 10 min walk. There are a few shops and restaurants here, but not much going on. They recommend you hire a car or scooter - definitely do that if you’re comfortable driving in Thailand. We were given a number to a taxi driver by Ryan and the service was impeccable. Fast response and quick arrival. Ryan gave us a lot of tips for things to do every day and responded fast to the few questions we had. Wi-Fi is good and fast, TV with streaming options too.

Everything was good, specially Ryan the host. Helpful for every issue or question that we had. Villa is not the newest but the grounds are amazing, wonderful pool and the garden which was taken care of everyday. Also we took the scooters from Ryan and explored the island all over. Breakfast lady and the mister on the security are also amazing and kind. Breakfast was good: fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt and jam. All in all would come again.

You need scooters for moving around islands.

It was in a beautiful location with spacious rooms. Ryan was so helpful, thoughtful and went out of his way to help us - even after we’d left and were trying to get ferry tickets. His recommendations for trips were great; all have a good discount. The pool is fantastic and we are missing it already. Breakfast was excellent. It really is a brilliant stay - Ryan and his family will really welcome you and help you to have the best time on this beautiful island.

it is up an hill. you must have a vehicle. But it is not a negative as it was well advertised

Ryan and family are superb hosts, always positive and proactive with suggestions and support. The villa is large with comfortable separate bedrooms and a big pool. Ten minutes walk to Chong Mon beach and to a strip of local restaurants and convenience stores. A great base for exploring the island.

Ryan the host is extraordinary. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and see if we were alright. He helped with getting to see a doctor for instance and immediately replaced a broken aircon and toilet seat. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the beds sleep very well. Ryan is not a 10 but an eleven. His positivity is unseen and he could be running the royal family's household. The accomodation itself I would not give a 10 out of 10 but is still very nice. It could do with some painting here and there and the some parts of the kitchen (the stove and cupboards) are a bit worn out. That said we did not do much cooking other than eggs. For food mr eung nearby is very nice and the panda app is great for budget friendly delivery to your doorstep. The beach is a steep walk but we managed fine with our kids. You can avoid this by renting a car or scooter. For us this was not necessary.

It’s easy to drive to both of these beach. Also it’s location is private and silent, which made my family can enjoy our vacation more comfortable! 3.
