Great family property. Great location, worked well for us.

For our family of 4 the place was perfect.

This condo is in a great location. It was a very short walk to the bus stop to get to skiing. The ski closet outside the condo was great for storing our equipment after a day of skiing and the hot tubs and pool are nearby but not too close that you hear the noise from it. Full kitchen with everything we needed and good sized area for family game nights.

We had to check out earlier than expected and we had to take out the trash!!!

The condo was great. Convenient for getting to and from the slopes as well as getting into town. The condo was clean, and the setup was fine for 4 guys for 4 nights. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location! The hot tub was nice and the condo was clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend the pull out couch, better to bring an air mattress if you need someone to sleep out there. Other beds were comfortable.

Easy renting process through VRBO. Not exactly walk to lift with skis, but shuttle bus service is prompt and accommodating. Kitchen is well equipped but bathrooms could use a refresher; toilet required a new float and water never stopped filling. Steps need to be sanded, otherwise an accident in progress. Overall, I would recommend this condo.

Good size condo for a family of 4.

We really enjoyed our stay- the views and accommodations were great. We did have some shower hot/water turning cold and back again, but everything else was very nice. Well stocked kitchen and lots of games. Location is perfect for walking to the slopes.

Easy process, good communication, nice big living space, very well equipped kitchen - best we've had recently. Very responsive to the one question we had. Nice and close to multiple key areas. Would definitely stay again! Thank you

This property is not walking distance to the base in winter if you are hauling skis and have kids hauling skis. It’s 0.5 mi to the lift, and part of that is uphill. That said, the shuttle bus is super easy and comes every 20 mins. Besides that, this is a great property. Great amount of space for our family of 4. Kitchen has everything you could want/need. Beds were all comfortable. Two big hot tubs for the complex.Kids loved the heated pool. Nicely decorated, well maintained, and the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in.

Very clean, plenty of room. Management very good at answering questions/concerns. Need car or shuttle to ski--it's a long walk with ski gear/boots. Overall very good property.

Place was immaculate. Had everything we needed. Great for family. Bus service was superb to the slopes. Runs every 20 minutes. Walk to ski slopes would be difficult in ski boots and older individuals

Beautiful views, lots of natural light, well stocked, and very cozy condo! Easy walk to the ski resort/gondola. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the property! Check in and check out was very straightforward. Would recommend!

This was a lovely unit that met our needs perfectly. Everything was thoughtfully attended to from extra supplies like baggies and tinfoil to humidifiers. There were some miscommunications with the manager. A delayed entry time was not communicated and additional sheets were not delivered. But we were able to get in and they let us know that there were extras of everything in the closets. I would recommend to anyone!!

We did not have the privilege of staying at this property due to a maintenance issue. However, on our way to Steamboat, Itrip informed us through text messaging and then found us another similar property before we arrived in Steamboat. They were helpful and even brought us a bottle of wine to apologize for the inconvenience. We were grateful to not be left out in the cold and still get all the things we were hoping for from our stay. THANK YOU!

WE had a great stay and it was close to where we spent our time. THe condo was clean and well stocked. I have a request. there was a picture of a colorful deer above the fireplace. Can the owner of the condo please advise where I can buy this or at least what company it was purchased from so I could order one. Please. Rhonda

Enjoy everything in the place really nice

The place was very clean when we arrived. Easy check-in just go to the room and insert the code at the door and you’re in. the kitchen was very well stocked including all the spices that you might need to cook. It also had all of the pots and pans for anything you might want to make. And it had several games for children. Our unit was close to the pool and overlooked a bit of a wooded area so it was private and lovely to look at. It had plenty of towels and toiletries. The only thing I found lacking was it Had only one television and I think it should’ve had a television in each of the two bedrooms or a minimum another one in the master so that the children could watch what they wanted to watch and the adults could watch what they would like to watch.

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rockies condo- the rooms worked well for our 2 girls, 11 and 13 yrs. It got warm during the day but easily cooled at night with windows open and the provided fans. The balcony was really nice to sit on and enjoy the sunset. The pool was great and close - very nice daily activity! We appreciated that the condo was stocked with basics and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, great stay - we loved the location - short drive to town, close to grocery store, trails, botanical garden etc. This was a great week in Steamboat and would definitely stay at this condo again!

The place is clean, well managed and even fully equipped for cooking meals. Our kids loved having the pool right there to cool off during our summer visit. Just a short walk/bike ride/drive to the base of the mountain, close to hot springs, hiking, Old Town. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Property was nice. Clean. Accommodating. Kitchen was stocked enough to cook. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice and hot and clean. Recommend for long weekend stay.

This condo was super nice. Its updated with granite countertops and all modern conveniences, even a coffee maker that uses either grounds or pods. We had everything we needed for our summer vacation: plenty of fans, dishes, pots & pans, etc. Bathrooms fully stocked with soap, shampoo, and lotion. Beds were comfy. Balcony overlooks a nice meadow and is calm and quiet. I'd definitely stay here again.

We live coming to steamboat and this 2 bedroom condo did not disappoint! Very clean, quiet and in a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rockies condo complex. The space was perfect for our family of 4. We had plenty of room to relax, and even were able to all enjoy yummy sandwiches from Yampa Sandwich Company on the patio after a big bike ride on the mountain. The nights were comfortable with great fans and open windows. It is a quiet neighborhood but so close to everything! The pool and hot tub area is well maintained and was super relaxing. Jason's team does a fantastic job of keeping the place in great shape and it was VERY clean when we arrived so felt very comfortable and were able to really settle in and spend some quality time together as a family before shipping the oldest back of to college. Thank you iTrip Steamboat! Highly recommend for a getaway to Steamboat any time of year!

The condo was perfect for a couple/small family. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the patio, outside lawn area and pool.

We were a little nervous to travel right now but found this place clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and are still talking about it!
