Very comfortable bed, clean,quite environment, friendly host, great location, kitchen has all essential needs, parking on site, prefect distance to universal studios, would definitely use again and definitely recommend.

Debbie has a lovely property near Hollywood and many exciting offerings in Los Angeles! Her unit is clean and comfortable with many amenities. Most importantly Debbie is an awesome host; she was welcoming and offered tips on exploring the surrounding areas. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay - clean, spacious and peaceful accomodation. Great part of town, close to good coffee, food, shopping and then a short drive to the main sights. The host Debra was really friendly yet respectful of privacy which is a great balance to strike! And always responsive with our questions which we appreciated. Will stay again!

We had the best stay at the cozy bungalow. Debra was amazing. We arrived just in time for the first hurricane in Los Angeles history so that was awesome. Debra made sure we were safe and had emergency lighting just in case the power went out. The room is well appointed. Cooking facilities are just what a person needs to make simple meals. Stay overall was just great.

This was the perfect place to stay in the LA area. The house was clean, the pool was perfect, the location was convenient and our host Debbie along with her dog Moose were very kind and made us feel at home.

The place was just as described. My partner had seen the listing over a year ago when planning a birthday trip. It got booked before he made up his mind and was super bummed. When he started planning this trip, we saw it was available and jumped on it. SOOO glad we did. The location is great. I was working from home and there was no shortage of coffee nearby. We were there on a VERY warm week and the pool was an amazing way to end my workday. I highly recommend Debbie’s place.

Debbie's place in Valley Village is a perfect spot to experience the Valley. It is centrally located and in a quiet walkable neighborhood. The casa is very functional with a large shower with great water pressure. Debbie was welcoming when we arrived and quickly provided answers to my questions.
It was very private even though a guest house on her property. I would definitely return here again!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting friends and family that had moved out to LA. Debbie’s place was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, and homey. Truly 5 stars. The neighborhood is residential but walkable to some shops and restaurants. We rented a car while here and Debbie let us park on her driveway. LA is such a large city but the rental is located within a 30 minute drive (traffic depending) to many attractions like Beverly Hills, the Getty, Griffith observatory, Hollywood, and Santa Monica. Thanks again for the great stay!

Host was really nice! Met us at the property and gave us a tour and some ice. I was worried about the noise from the freeway but I didn’t hear a thing and slept like a baby. Comfy bed, great water pressure, Netflix, beautiful patio and pool. Location is only about 7 min to some AMAZING restaurants in studio city area!

Super-comfortable studio, well-supplied with everything, spacious, right off a beautiful pool area, in a wonderful residential neighborhood. The host Debbie lives in the main house and was right there for any questions or problem we might have had. We loved everything about this stay!

Perfect little spot! It was right down the street from where my sister lives when I came to visit her new baby! The bed was super comfy with really nice sheets and pillows! The little kitchenette had everything you could need. The shower was huge and plenty of hot water. The closet was huge with a ton of extra blankets and towels.

I was flying to CA for the first time ever to visit our son, who had recently relocated to Los Angeles, and I purposely chose a property where the owner also resided for safety reasons. I was very happy with my stay. Debbie and her son Ben were super friendly and responsive, and checked in with me during the week to make sure that everything was ok with the property. The house is in a safe neighborhood and located within walking distance to a very nice grocery store and several places to eat. I had everything that I needed to stay for the week, and also had plenty of privacy. I would definitely stay here again!

Great pool location and value
We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Can't say enough about the pool, just great. Very quiet and private and you can get wherever you want to go without much LA traffic. You can walk to a lot of places and a movie was being shot on the street the day we left. The host was very helpful. Some minor appliance issues, the A/C was a little noisy, and the refrigerator couldn't make ice - neither was much of an issue for us. There is no stove but there is a hot plate which we used and it worked fine. Thanks for a great stay in Valley Village.

This is a cute place just to use to sleep and maybe lounge by the pool. It’s super quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and with lush trees. Ben was nice and super helpful with great energy.

The pool is great
This is a nice place but maybe a bit neglected. The owner handed us off to a "co-host" who wasn't available. The host's adult son ended up letting us in and handling a few issues we had on arrival (AC didn't work, keys stuck in doors). The bathroom has swinging doors that don't fully close, and the water smells bad in there. It's well-equipped with a small kitchenette, linens, etc. The pool is the best thing about the place, and the son did all he could to take care of us, which we really appreciated.

This was our second stay at this location and we hope it won’t be our last. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to a grocery store, Starbucks and other small cafes. The pool is a luxury we don’t have at home and love to enjoy during our stay. Debbie, the hostess is very sweet and checks in to make sure you have everything you need.
