The location of the property is excellent. It is within walking distance of downtown North Conway. The indoor living space is excellent. Great natural light in the main living space and very nicely separated into areas for eating, relaxing. The outdoor hot tub is a great bonus for end of evening relaxation after swimming/hiking. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and ware. There are two queen bed rooms that are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The space works very well for two families. The additional bedroom space in the basement would work best for teenage kids. There are plenty of games on hand. The shuffle-board game was a big hit and got quite competitive each evening. Some towels are provided for outdoors/hot tub, but best to bring your own to use during your stay. We were swimming most days. The laundry facilities are top of the range. Excellent living space and excellent location.

Great location in North Conway. Short walk to Mt Cranmore and the center of town! It was a bonus that we could see the 4th fireworks from the driveway! The house was perfect for our two families for a total of 9 people. Owner was very responsive when needed (rarely needed). Will definitely look at this house for a winter rental!

Our family highly recommends The Fours! The hosts were great to book, check in/out with, and included very clear house rules. They also gave detailed instructions for operating everything in the house as well as provide recommendations for local activities, restaurants, shopping etc. This house is beautiful! Every room has been completely renovated and everything was very clean. The main living/dining area is very large, open concept layout perfect for everyone to gather. There is a fabulous kitchen with brand new appliances and fully stocked with everything you would ever need. The bedrooms were all very nice with comfortable beds and linens. The bathrooms were renovated, and towels were provided. The basement holds a separate, very large hang out space with puzzles and games, a cool shuffleboard table, couches and tv. The deck area is huge with a dining table, brand new grill, and hot tub. We were only a family of four staying, but this house would be a great home base for either a very large family or a couple of families. The location of the house is perfect. We stayed in mid-June and were centrally located to many great hiking trails, waterfalls, and everything the White Mountains has to offer. It would also be an amazing place to stay if you are into winter activities since you are so close to mountain resorts. You can also easily walk to the downtown main street for restaurants and shopping. We were grateful to have such a lovely home base for our vacation!

I would highly recommend the Fours to a family looking for a relaxing ski vacation. The house was clean and the kitchen is well appointed. This was our second year at the Fours and we will be back again. The owners are responsive with any issue that arises. Book with confidence!

Host was extremely professional and communicative. We knew exactly what to expect, how to check-in/out, house rules, local recommendations, etc. the layout of the house and location was perfect for our family. I definitely recommend this property.

Our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids ages 10-12) rented this house for MLK weekend. We've rented other houses in N. Conway before but this was by far the most spacious and well-appointed. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the kids shared 2 bedrooms. The kitchen and dining areas were roomy enough for all of us to gather and be comfortable. The basement mud room was huge and very convenient to get everyone (plus their ski gear) in and out of the house with minimal effort. We were a 2 minute drive to Cranmore and about 15 minutes to Attitash. Very close to downtown N. Conway. Overall, this house is well-designed for a group trip. I'd highly recommend it!

Newly renovated home is thoughtfully laid out. Very clean, has all the amenities you could ask for. Location can not be beat. Summer or winter. 3 minute ride to town, just outside Cranmore. Great for adults and children. Will book again.

The Fours is the perfect getaway in the White Mountains. The house is clean, well appointed and has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a comfortable stay with multiple families. The owners have a great taste too! Enjoyed being able to walk to downtown North Conway and it's just a quick jaunt to the Saco River for tubing! Endless hikes nearby. The owners were super responsive.

We've been renting in the Mount Washington Valley for many years - we love getting together with family and friends from away because there is so much to see and explore in the area. This rental far exceeded any expectations we had! The place is huge with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and areas for everyone to feel like they have their own space. Our group consisted of two families (4 adults and 5 kids total). Master bedrooms for both couples felt luxurious and each kid had their own bed. When we weren't out exploring the area, we all enjoyed the AMAZING shuffleboard table and a dip in the hot tub at the end of a long day. We also loved being able to walk to town. So many other things I could say about this place - if I could give more stars I would! Can't wait to come back and rent in the winter. Thank you, Jill and Norelle, for creating an inviting and functional home away from home!

We had such an amazing time in North Conway. The home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and homey. Jill was great to communicate with and very accommodating through the rental process and during our stay. The location is perfect with easy access to all the historic sites and shopping. We planned a long weekend away to bring the kids to the water park. There were 12 of us, including 8 kids! This house was perfect. The big kids loved the basement and bunk room and the toddlers had lots of room to roam. The house is beautiful and centrally located to downtown. It was so nice having 2 master bedrooms for 2 families. Both spacious and newly renovated. The hot tub was very relaxing in the evening. And the owners were kind and had great communication. We hope to get back and stay again!

Highly recommend this property! Recent renovations are well done, the house is updated and very cozy. Most importantly, it was very clean. We stayed for four days with two families (4 adults & 6 teens/children). The owner, Jill, was responsive and easy to work with. It is super close to the center of town and Cranmore Mountain. There isn't a better spot in North Conway. The house was perfect, even better than the photos. The owners were super responsive and the house had absolutely everything. The location is walking distance to Cranmore and the center of town. We will definitely be coming back in the future

We had a group of couples and friends that enjoyed the property for a weekend. The wifi was great for those who worked from home and there were many ski resorts within 5-15 minutes to visit. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to easily cook meals at home. It was a very chilly weekend so the house never quite got warm enough for a two day stay, but there were plenty of blankets and a fireplace to use. The location is 5 min walk to downtown which we took advantage of for a little shopping and restaurants. Hoping to go back again for our annual ski weekend!

I have only good things to say about our stay at Cranmore Birches. The house is great. Clearn, spacious, well furnished, a great large living room area with fireplace, light and views all around, great large open kitchen. We stayed there in 3 adult couples with two kids. Adult couples each in one room and the two kids together in one room. The downstairs games room is fabulous. The ski boot area is handy when visiting in winter as we did. We came for skiing at Cranmore Ski Area which is literally a 2 minutes drive or a 5-10 minute walk. The outdoor hot tub is niceeee! The owners are very very responsive and always ready to help out with any question. What else to say... you can tell that the owners furnished the house with love and attention. We hope to come back again next year.

Our two families with young adult children (total of 8 people) had a most enjoyable Christmas. First get together in over two years. Covid safe and convenient to Cranmore for skiing. No need to use they lodge at the mountain we were so close. Very well outfitted. We were able to prepare all meals, including a turkey dinner on Christmas. Didn't want for anything needed to prepare it. Very comfortable with lost of space.

Great house! The multitude of bedrooms and bathrooms allows everyone plenty of space and privacy, while the common areas were ideal for family dinner. Jill was very professional throughout the booking, making the check-in process a breeze. Enjoyed amazing days skiing in the area and retreated back to The Fours for home cooked meals in the evenings. The hot tub was a much appreciated bonus aiding recovery after a tough day on the slopes. Best house in North Conway :-D

We had a wonderful family getaway! The Fours offers so much room for everyone. We were there Thursday through Sunday and didn’t even leave the house. There were 10 of us all together and still plenty of room. The kids loved the huge room downstairs. Highly recommend. Close to everything.

We had only two couples, so the two masters were perfect for us. The home is well stocked, very clean and a great gathering space. Communication with our host was always very timely. It’s well arranged for a ski visit, so we’ll have to return when there’s snow. Would definitely return and we recommend a stay at The Fours.

We loved it very much in our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the layout of the house, kitchen was well stocked, comfy beds, the hot tub, lots of games for young kids, and shuffle board was a great hit for teens/adults. Enjoyed our family vacation at The Fours! Together with my brother’s family our group consisted of 4 adults, 4 teenagers and two pre-schoolers. This house had it all! We loved that each parent set had their own master suite complete with comfy beds and updated, modern bathroom fixtures. These rooms as well as all of the other spaces in the house were spacious, clean and organized. There were ample sleeping options for our group and no shortage of bathrooms. The teens enjoyed having a space for themselves on the lower level where they could play shuffle board, video games or just hang out. The little ones also enjoyed this space and all of the books and legos that were there for them to use. The kitchen was used to prepare all of our meals over the course of the week and came fully equipped with every cooking implement or utensil one could need. The communal living space was perfect for our large group to gather in the evenings to play games at the large family table, watch movies on the comfy sectional or work on puzzles in the sitting area. The large deck was a great place to sit and relax, take in a fitness work out, or soak in the hot tub. The furnishings, appliances and decor were all new and clean making this house feel comfortable and homey. The Fours is such a great place that we are hoping to come back again to enjoy during ski season.

We had a terrific time! The place was spotless and everything we needed was readily available. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Jill was very responsive and quickly resolved one very minor issue. It rained the day we arrived and we were able to keep everyone occupied with all of the games and activities. The weather was good the rest of the week and we found plenty to do in and around North Conway. A huge thank you to "The Fours". BTW, the newly added handmade shuffleboard table in the basement was a big hit. Great job Mike!!

This house is very, very nice! Plenty of room for our group of 2 parents, 3 adult kids and their spouses, fiances, significant others. Open layout of main floor. Very nice and very well equipped kitchen. Very nice rec room in basement with an incredible homemade tabletop shuffleboard. Wrap around deck and nice hot tub. 7 minute walk to center of No. Conway. We would definitely stay here again. The property was great in summer and would be even more awesome in winter for skiing!

What a great place! We loved everything about The Fours. Clean, well appointed, nicely laid out and super comfortable. The hot-tub and fireplace were favorites but I have to give Mike a shout-out for the shuffleboard table. Well done (lots of fun)! The location to Cranmore couldn't be better and even the ski prep space was great. We got snow while there and the driveway was plowed without having to call. Will definitely look to book again. We had the most wonderful stay at The Fours. The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained (including the hot tub). It was even more spacious than we'd thought based on the pictures. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the equipment that we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. And Jill was incredibly responsive to our questions. We couldn't have asked for better. Thank you!

Location of the property was perfect for all of the group's varied daytime adventures, particularly the trails off Hurricane Mtn Rd and Cranmore. Equally convenient to all of downtown NoCo's offerings also. The house itself was very nice and comfortable, wide open common spaces to hang out, and plenty of rooms to get away if needed. Would definitely look to stay again if coming back to mountain bike.
