The property for the most part was as listed. It was very clean! The instructions in the email were very clear and informative except the code to enter the residence was incorrect. Had to call the owner to gain access to the property with a different code. But it was very quick! The Texas Heat is very real and the A/C in the house took a longtime to cool the house down. It doesn't go below 72 degrees, therefore the house was very warm for the most part. The beds were worn in and need to be replaced, you definitely sink into a dent that was created by previous renters. There are no face cloths provided in the house. Overall, the stay was very good! Definitely recommend for large groups.

I originally booked this townhome to celebrate my bachelorette trip with 8 girls! We had a great time and the house was very spacious for all of us. The master bedroom was huge. Lots of space for entertainment! We had brunch on the back porch on a cute table. Great time with memories I’ll have my whole life. The owner was very responsive about any of my questions.

Great townhouse
We had an excellent stay at this property. It is extremely clean, modern and new - and exactly as shown in the photos. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The location is very close to the Museum District and Med Center, our family enjoyed accessing the Zoo and Natural History Museum in just a 5 minute ride. The neighborhood is lively and there is nightly music and activity, which was louder and busier than anticipated. Overall it was a great stay, just be aware of audible neighborhood music in the evenings. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful.

Our stay
The location was nice. A few things could have been better. No hand towels downstairs, no rags in bathrooms. No top sheets were put on the bed. Kitchen pots and pans are very worn out and there are minimal dishes. One of the beds is very creaky and uncomfortable.

Great location, plenty of room
Home was a good size for our group with space to spread out and enjoy time together. Location was terrific - quick Uber ride to downtown, good restaurants within walking distance. Well stocked, with the exception of hand soap. Management was easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Did not meet expectations
This rental was great for our location and housing needs, but I was disappointed to find that there were no pillowcases on two of the beds. I had to go out and purchase them which was not what I would expect for a rental in this location and at this price.

The house is beautiful in a great hip area.
We loved the neighborhood! There were restaurants within walking distance and a Whole Foods one block down the street. We were in town for a conference and had 10 people in the house. The home offered enough room so that we weren't on top of each other.

Terrific home away from home!
We were in Houston for our son’s graduation from Rice and booked this house in the Montrose area. It was clean, easy to get to, had plenty of space and lots of light. Shops were close by for groceries and sundries. We would definitely return if the need comes up in the future. Thank you, Colleen and family

Amazing and beautiful.
This property is absolutely perfect. It is exactly what is described and then some. The location was/is central to almost anything in the Houston area. It is truly amazing and very beautiful. The house is equipped with everything you might need. The outdoor space is great as well. The water fountain/globe feature was fantastic. I absolutely would recommend this property to anyone. The size of all the rooms are more than adequate and comfortable. Likely one of the nicer properties we have stayed in. We will definitely book it again when traveling with family to Houston. Our adult children say that they all felt that they had their own space and privacy. There are many great restaurants nearby.

Home is well maintained and outfitted with everything you might need. A couple minor hiccups were promptly taken care of . NOT the owners fault, nor something they could have reasonably predicted -
battery died in automatic door lock, which locked us out briefly and an issue with a trash can.
Things which are handy to know.
3 bedrooms are upstairs.
Master has its own HUGE private bath.
Remaining 2 bedrooms are near each other and share a bath which opens into one room and a hallway. Bedrooms do not have tvs - I thought they did, but those are pictures.
Also on the top floor, between the master and other 2 bedrooms is a sitting area with tb & sleeper sofa.
Another sleeper sofa is in the living room on the ground floor along with the half bath.
We plan on staying here next time we are in Houston. Close to everything.

Very clean, lovely modern environment, great location and owner excellent to work with.
If you want to be close to everything, in a clean, modern space, then this is a great house! We loved walking to the Bayou, eating at local top restaurants and also cooking in and grilling with our adult children. Lovely space, very clean and with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and even dropped off a hair dryer and extra cooking dishes for us. The master bedroom is huge and the bathroom very spacious. We enjoyed having coffee and wine out on the patio and the living space was great for movies and board games. We especially liked having a large dining table in addition to the breakfast area. It is very clean and well maintained. You can walk to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely rent this house again.
