Goed hotel, schone kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Gratis koffie / thee in de lobby. En mogelijkheid om een waterfles te vullen. 1x gebruik gemaakt van de fitness ruimte deze is top. Bij het aangrenzende tabel 7 bistro kan je heerlijk ontbijten (wel tegen betaling).

Wij waren in Houston voor het Rolling Stones Concert. Verder is Houston niet een hele interessante stad om te bezoeken voor toeristen.

Check in - was impersonal. Room was quite small but we only needed somewhere to sleep

I really liked the location, as it was close to public transport and I could walk to watch the NBA games at the Toyota Center

I stayed at this hotel for over a week and the first night was very disappointing. I had already paid for my reservation, I arrived at night to check in. The next day, I went out to do my tour of Houston, when I came back, the attendants said that my reservation was for 1 day... After I showed the booking and payment receipts, I discovered that they had checked in on someone else's behalf! In other words, I don't even know if I stayed in the room I had reserved... I thought it was absurd. Very young and unprepared attendants and the hotel manager or a senior manager did not get in touch to apologize for such a basic error. Next time I go to Houston, I won't stay at this hotel, I strongly recommend that you who are researching don't stay either.

Property was fine

The staff was terrible I called 7 times and they kept hanging up. They gave me the wrong room and did not change it or refund me or offer me a different room. We ended up staying somewhere else.

I stay here for the convenience of already being in downtown the morning of the Chevron Marathon and the value is good.

Dirty bathroom with rubbish left from people before. TV kept cutting out every 5 mins, had to restart so gave up. Staff not too helpful when signing you in. Room looked diff from pics

O espaço do quarto é muito bom.

Great location, we could walk everywhere downtown. We were there for a concert and baseball game. Rooms were quiet, beds were confortable

Water availability. The reusable water bottles were empty most nights we were looking for them. There also wasn’t a mini fridge so we could keep them cool. Not a big deal about the mini fridge, but I do wish there would of been more water bottles available

O bistrô anexo ao hotel serve boas refeições.

O staff da recepção no turno da manhã é ruim no atendimento aos hóspedes, são ríspidos e não dão atenção às suas necessidades. Cama/colchão ruidosos e desconfortáveis.

The central ac made a whistling noise, kept me up through the night.

Staff was awesome nice, especially cook and bartender at table 7 restaurant inside the hotel, the hotel was nice and pleasant and upscale appearing, food was great and drinks were fun at the restaurant, cook was in good spirits after ordering only 5-8 minutes to closing the kitchen. The tender was nice and personable and cool enough to let us stay in for a few more drinks since we arrived at the hotel close to 9 their closing time, enjoyed and appreciated that very much due to traveling is stressful sometimes. Bars and restaurants near by, rooftop ones and not too much homeless or panhandlers in the area. Water bottles were provided on each floor, which was so convenient, latte and coffee section in the lobby provided free as well.

but the A/C in room did not get cold it was hot all night had to use wet wash towels on our body while we slept and the toilet wouldn't flush had to remove the back lid to self flush and it ran all night. Bed was decent comfort, room was very clean, older hotel but still nice, but really need to fix the air conditioner throughout the hotel for sure asap.

The location downtown was is excellent. It was close to many activities.
