The staff was quite helping, the rooms were clean, the facilities were ok for a single person to stay. And it is located at the heart of gold souk, so its a happening market place for visitors to explore, and for the rest of the Dubai travels the metro station walk was 15 min away.

The metro station being far on foot, if it would have been near that would have been great. apart from this everything else was okay. Also the hotel is not very spacious for family stay. Also the traffic is very bad in the area.

Location is great.

The bed was dirty, and there was no central air conditioning.

The staff were amazing,could you believe ,one of the Gold i bought in the market dropped unknowingly ,they send me picture of my Earing which i was looking for ,that they found it in the room i slept.I was so surprised .God bless them all. With this i rate them 100% because of faithfulness of the staff and well manner .

The manager was reasonable at compensation.

The place was not clean and the description is misleading. Not all rooms come with a balcony even though it is listed that it does. It looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned for a very long.

The reservations were done online and we we’re supposed to pay 726 aed and the staff on the reception charged us 916 aed and didn’t hand us receipt also

it was very well situated (literally at entrance #2 of the Gold Souk

the traffic around it. it was literally impossible to get picked up there for tours at lunch time, in the afternoon, or evening.

Getting taxi is not the most convenient and accessible to and from the hotel
