The air con was more a radiator in the floor that was not as cold as I would have liked.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. The team was very helpful with everything we needed and excellent hostes.

We only didn’t like the fact that there is no breakfast at premisses and we had to leave to the nearest bakery to have it. The place is not like a hotel, it was a flat turned into suites as the name says. It is all about the bedroom.

The room was super clean and there is coffee machine and tea provided. The staff were very friendly. Location is also excellent.

Room didn't have a good sound proofing and it was noisy until after midnight.

Outside however was quity noisy and the place was hot - making the choice between opening the window and keeping the place silent was not easy.

It was a convenient location and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a cafe across the street and various food options all around. The taxi stand is within walking distance and pharmacy not far away. Plenty of shopping around (up the street towards the symphony building but further past it. Also the property manager is a wonderful and helpful man! He gave me his name but with my travels back to Paris I forgot as I didn’t write it down. I would stay here again and recommend.

Great base to explore Palermo - right in the middle of town. Very clean and comfortable with friendly owners and staff.

It has parking right next to it and is in the heart of the city. You can step out and simply walk to everywhere. This is a small bunch of 5-6 rooms together on a floor. It is not a hotel with a lobby or a real reception. But the service is good, the rooms are fully equipped and very modern.

The floors above, when occupied, can be quite a disturbance as you can hear everything including footsteps, shower etc. Check out time should be extended to at least 11 am. Simon was very helpful but every time you need something you have to call him on his mobile as no1 sits at the reception area.

Great location (in the center of Palermo), rooms very nice and clean (cleaned every day), comfortable beds, an additional plus for parking. Simone who looked after us during our stay was always very helpful! Thank you very much Simone for the surprise for our honeymoon :)
