The room was large and comfortable however the towels were really rough and did not look clean. Also my request for extra water and cleaning the room next day was not adhered to.
The staff were not very pleasant at checkout.

Hotel is in prime location. Right next to the KSRTC bus terminal. It makes easier for travelers. Hospitality and staff are really good. They have restaurant and food is so good. I could not use complimentary breakfast. Check in and check out process made it much easier. Safest hotel for solo female travelers. Thumbs up!
Cleanliness can be improved bit more. It is good so far. Door has key holes which must be covered. It needs immediate attention.

Good food at reasonable prices. Food once ordered comes reasonably quickly.

Location very near to KSRTC Bus Stand, vegetarian restaurant is there in the hotel, awesome tasty foods, breakfast was buffet service, tasty food, neat and clean room, friendly staff

The room was spacious. The staff were really courteous. The towels were clean. Bathroom and Toilet was clean and functional. It was good value for money.
The only drawback was a pungent smell in the room. May be they should let air into the room every now and then and let sun come in to the room. It usually happens like that when a place is closed for a longer time in places in Kerala due to humidity… But you get used to it after a while. Just that when you enter a locked room suddenly, it kind of smells like that.

Very courteous and helpful staff... very mindful of our requests as well. The restaurant was excellent... lots of options and good service... overall an excellent stay

Proxity to Topintown marriage hall where we had a function and stay at this hotel.Vegetarian only restorant.

We had not opted for breakfast but had lunch which is ok. Not much of choices
Payment was not supported by overseas credit card. More upgrade must be done to support international travelers so that we can recommend to our friends and family overseas. Thanks!

Located next to KSRTC it is very easy to find.
Using this hotel as a base, we went to multiple places.
Access to the reception is a problem; we were blocking traffic to their restaurant while we unloaded/ loaded our luggage for check in/ check out.
Otherwise, we would easily walk to the car park which is the back side of the hotel building within the same premises.

The room location was good. Room was spacious enough for two people.
The price is high for a non ac room.

There's is nothing to mention.
1) Staff Behaviour - We have asked balcony door key thrice, they didn't even give it. And they haven't told anyting about complementary breakfast. On second day only they gave coupon.
Overall staff behaviour is the main thing is very bad here.
