The house was nice. It’s age is showing. 2nd floor bathroom needs a new toilet seat. Trash can on second floor (kitchen)needs to replaced. The sofas need to be aired or cleaned. They have a distinct odor that doesn’t smell clean. The location is very good but I would look at others units in the same area.

This is the second time we've stayed here. Its a very nice property. Very clean and well maintained. Good location, just across the street from the beach. We'll likely stay here again next year.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Upon arrival, the house was very clean. The location was perfect and only about a minute walk from the beach. There were several restaurants within walking distance and very close to popular Myrtle Beach destinations such as Broadway, Barefoot Landing, and Tanger Outlets. This is a great rental property and a great place to stay.

This house looks just like the pictures. The management company are very responsive and friendly. The house could have been cleaner in bathrooms. TVs need to be serviced because they kept going out every few minutes. Didn't like having to park in the garage because of limited parking. Street is very narrow so hard to get into garage spaces. Yes, we would stay here again because of the short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house this week and was glad it was available at the last minute. The house was clean for the most part and we only had to do some mopping for the property to be ready for our stay. We do recommend that a thorough cleaning to the carpets and dusting is done in the less seen areas. Living room was a good size for our group, kitchen was stocked with cookware, spacious fridge, and the balconies were nice. The downstairs/1st floor area with sofa bed was a nice added space but definitely cold and unable to warm. Overflow parking was helpful because we needed more than the allotted 3 spaces. Please secure the headboards somehow to avoid knocking every time we moved in the beds. Otherwise, we loved the space, the house, large table, and would stay again if available. Overall, very satisfied. Too few consumables for duration of stay ie. garbage bags, laundry detergent, or dish washing soap. No evidence of recycling.

The experience was more stressful than anything else because upon arrival we found dead COCKROACHES in the master bedroom and pieces of dead cockroaches throughout the carpet in the master bedroom. The carpet on the top floor was filthy and had NOT been cleaned in any way prior to our arrival. We contacted the rental office immediately and received no answer. Sent an email and received no response. Called again and left and voicemail to no avail. Searched the home for a vaccum so we could clean the room ourselves but there was none. We were forced to be at the "beck and call" of the rental office, when we finally spoke with someone at 1 AM, until they got around to speaking with the owners to see what they wanted them to do 😑. They ultimately sent a housekeeper to vaccum (which was roughly 20 hours later) and offered to send pest control to fumigate the home while were were there (not conducive to our health). The housekeeper came into the home without a mask. The maintenance man also entered the home without a mask. The first time was to replace the elevator light bulb. The second time he came to the home to fix the shower curtain rod. Upon his arrival he banged on the door as if someone had locked him out of his own home without giving my wife time to let him in. Then he entered the home without permission. He was immediately asked to wait downstairs until my wife got down there and as she was getting off the elevator he was proceeding upstairs (completely disregarding her request). She asked him to put on a mask and he became disgruntled. When asked to use the elevator (due to having child safety gates on the upper floors) he was also disgruntled. He even made a remark about my wife being "sensitive about someone wearing a mask" when advising that he would return after we left to fix the curtain rod. He apparently returned to the home without the knowledge of my wife, mother, and sister because both garage doors were open when they came downstairs 3 hours after he had left through the side door earlier that day. All doors were closed and locked when he left previously. The customer service was nominal and the regard for the health, comfort, and wellbeing of myself and my family was non existent.

The beach house was perfect for our little group. We had 4 adults, 3 teenagers, and 3 toddlers. The house was perfect for creating a quiet place for the kids to sleep upstairs, for the adults to congregate on the mid level and the teenagers to play games on the lower level. The house was only a 5 min walk from the beach and super close to family friendly activities and bars for night life! We loved it and would return!

I had a pretty decent experience. The property do need to update their beds, the actually mattress and head boards. There was not any good cooking utensils. Hardly any decent pots/pans to cook with. Also no grill, giving that it is a beach house that's wired.

A big thank you and shout out to the wonderful people of Luxury Beach Rentals. I literally had a rental that cancelled on me and family the day before we were arriving. I looked online and found this 5 bdrm house, sent a message to the property owners who responded back literally within 30 mins letting me know it was available and informing me of the parking situation at the house. The property manger was great and answered all of my questions and I was able to book this home right away and save our couples Valentine’s Day get away. Thank you so much! The house was very clean, more than enough space for everyone (5 couples), and also enough room where in town family was able to come over and visit while we were in town. The house is very spacious and the elevator was a huge plus! The house didn’t have a grill but I emailed the property manager and they responded right back letting us know that it was ok to get one as long as we didn’t bring it upstairs. So we did just that, bought a grill and had an amazing cookout for the entire family. There is parking for 3 cars at the house due to the small street the properties are on but there is ample parking on the street directly behind the house. We had no problems with parking at all it was just perfect. Thank you for saving our trip Luxury Beach Rentals. We will rent again!

We loved the MB house! It was VERY clean & the layout was perfect for our family & the large open main floor allowed us to host big family dinners most nights (with 13 total, with relatives from nearby). The house had nice furniture and was well decorated & very comfortable. The location is good & the neighborhood/street has some charm, but be aware it is across from a busy condo building, which has a water park, so a bit noisy during the day. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch, in the mornings & many evenings for happy hour. It was not very noisy on the street in the evenings/at night (not sure if it might be during busier, non-Covid times?) other than the nightly random fireworks that seemed to be a thing? Overall the house is pretty well equipped & we loved the big table for meals & hanging out & playing games, but kitchen could use a few more wine glasses and definitely more silverware, as we ran out quickly (with only a family of 5 staying there) & could use more seating in kitchen area (if the stools would be replaced, that would be helpful, as those can be used at counter/ kitchen and move easily to living room or porch, as needed). The only other suggestion is to replace the video game, which is pictured but not there... it would be a nice extra to the house. We mostly ate in, but found pretty wonderful authentic style Italian from Ducatis (off of 82nd but they deliver there!) and good burgers from the River City Cafe (right across the street on Ocean blvd). We were glad to have the use of beach chairs & the garage was a plus (very tight to park in, so be careful). We enjoyed walking & running around the area, and of course it was great to have the nice, wide beaches ~a block away!

Great property! Great location and roomy for the family. Well stocked with cookware. There were more items than indicated on the listing such as hair dryer, soap, etc. Was hoping the arcade gaming table that we saw in the pics was still there as I had told the kids about it, but I know it's probably easily damaged by a lot of children visiting. The sofa and loveseat are worn and not very sturdy (sink right in) but all the other furniture was nice. We had an issue with the AC But they sent someone that night to take care of it. Thanks again!
