Convenience to the beach. Price is decent. Dog friendly for my service animal.

No actual employee on property and nobody answers the phone; no table or couch in room, literally only the beds and the tv stand;

location was good. Beach was good. room was fair. no staff in office at all. pool was not cleaned till middle of the day on sat. and sun was not cleaned at all. loud noise and music late at night
was not aware that you had to text if you needed any thing. No maid service at all

The location is good an quiet. Friendly people, when we seen them.
No good parking. Everything was virtual, so it made it a bit difficult to get say, towels an such. Room wasn't cleaned all the way before we arrived. Fridge barely worked. Holes in the wall, an if not a hole a bad fix up. Had to text to get assistance. Just was not at all what I was expecting from the pictures.

Room was not bad for the price. And the fact that is literally right next to the beach is awesome. The pool is great too! Easy check in and check out! Will be back for sure!

Very clean and did not smell of cigarettes or animals.
No hot water when i went to shower. Was definitely disappointed. I couldn't give the kids a bath before i left so they were miserable the whole ride home

There was no one there for check in and we still got charged for the room. No one ever returned a phone call.

This hotel is close to the beach, a short walk, and the staff is very friendly. We were there on my birthday to see a band that was within walking distance.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The only issue I had ( a very small issue because we only stayed one night) the bathroom door would not close completely.

We were never told there is an ice machine or that if we needed more towels to ask ,I actually heard you tell another guest about the towels,and found the ice machine by accident 4 days after I checked in .
We were using same towels all week because we weren't told we could ask for more .and ice ,was never told about ice machine or vending area found by accident

The staff was delightful, warm, and welcoming! The facility is immaculate. It was the most affordable option in the area, most likely because it could use a little updating, but the staff take great care and pride in the mai tenancy of the facilities and the service they provide.
