The apartment was clean and spacious for 7 adult and 1 child. The owner made it super easy to communicate with. The apartment was ready for us when we arrived. The pool was clean and well maintained. Jobos and Montones beach is super close to the apartment. Plenty of restaurants near by. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely location, right on the beach. Christmas is a great time for surfing or watching the surfers/ great entertainment. The property is spacious and comfortable. There are no hanging chairs so perhaps those pictures should come off the property pictures, the kitchen supplies are not great so perhaps pack some necessary items if you plan to do most of your own meal preparations and dining. Wonderful vacation

This place was amazing. The pictures don't tell the full story of how beautiful this little area of paradise really is. Just waking up to the ocean views was amazing.

We had 7 of us. The apartment was good for our needs. The only big issue was the power was out for 3 days of it. Which wasn’t the owners fault. The whole island was out.

We arrived in Puerto Rico several hours before 3:00 check in. We asked owner if we could check in early and he said no. We even tried getting into the community to at least relax and use pool and they wouldn't let us through. We had to drive around the area for several hours before we could check in. We had been travelling since 3:00 a.m. and were exhausted. Condo is nice and spacious but lacked TLC. Freshly painted but no towel racks, toilet paper dispenser, threadbare towels, no kitchen towels, placemats, cheap silverware and kitchen not well equipped with minimal pots & pans that were deplorable. We like cooking more than eating out and expect to have the tools needed to enjoy the condo. Pics on VRBO were not recent; swing chairs missing, living room furniture different. Poor WIFI. Three t.v.'s but when we finally got cable only the living room set worked. We are not nick picky people and rarely give a bad review but felt we had to this time. Communication with owner was not great. On a positive note, the area is nice with lots of things to do, Rincon, Jobos, Montones, Crashboat, Shacks, and lots of restaurants. The community is nice and quiet and the beach is wonderful for walking but not swimming. Too bad the boardwalk has not been repaired.

Small group of friends and family - the apartment was spacious, convenient and so close to great beaches and restaurants! Our daughter loved the pool - would definitely return!

The property is perfectly situated. We stayed 6 days, 5 nights and managed to have a wonderful time. We had direct access to the beach and beachfront views of the ocean from each balcony and it was only a 20 minute ride to Crash Boat beach on the Caribbean Sea. It was also convenient that there is a food truck community right up the hill. Arnaldo was very accommodating because we did have a couple of hiccups when we arrived, but he stayed in contact with me to make sure that we got a resolution to the major issue. The only reason that I didn't rate this with five stars is because there was also a big issue with ants in the condo, so much so that we were all forced to wash all of the bedding everyday. Arnaldo did indicate in his check in instructions that we might see a waterbug or two around the premises, as this is normal being so close to the water, so we were expecting that. However, we were not expecting to have to contend with the onslaught of ants that we encountered. Aside from this though, it was still a great vacation, and Arnaldo is a good host. I would recommend this place in a minute, as long as they get an exterminator in to take care of the ant problem.

The condo worked very well for me and my family. The fact that it offers 3 patios in this 2 level condo was a nice bonus. It overlooks the pool but you can see the ocean a little further out. The security officers at the gate were professional and super helpful. The bedrooms were comfy and the vibe of the condo was great. The only issue we had was that we lost water and electricity in some of the rooms in the middle of the night but the AC's still worked and it was all back on by morning. I would reserve this condo again.

Great location, secure, well maintained. Staff at residence were very friendly and helpful. Dated but functional furniture. Kitchen lacking some supplies. Close to BQN airport and Jobos beachMontones which were perfect for my 2 yr old grandson. Pool kept clean but workout room dated and nonfunctional. It exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay in Isabela!! We will be back in the future. There was not any reason to get in touch with Arnaldo while we were there, but when emailed prior to our arrival he got back to us quickly. Thank you!!

Arnoldo maintains a lovely property very close to Jobos beach. His communication is excellent and he was very helpful when we locked ourselves out. The pool and security onsite are great. It’s close to all the restaurants in town but secluded enough for a good night’s rest. Nearby San Antonio has a great Econo grocery store and the Harina bakery is excellent for breakfast. A+ stay in Isabela.

Plenty of room to spread out when traveling with others. The pool is perfect and so is the location. It is nice to be able to walk to restaurants, shops, etc.

We loved our stay at this condo. Great set up with all amenities. Views from patios were stunning. Short ride to supermarket, but convenience store is practically on property . Local restaurants close by on the beach. Only negative, and the owner mentions this in the “rules”, is that the pool was closed for a big chunk of our stay. This was not an issue for us..... I highly recommend a stay at this property.

We loved our experience in PR. The apartment has a great layout and it's steps from the beach. The view was amazing and just minutes from the airport. The location was perfect for us. It was in a quiet and relaxed area- not crowded like San Juan. It was so close to these amazing little beaches. I snorkeled for the first time at Shacks beach and it was incredible! Arnaldo was awesome to work with. He responds quickly to any question or any fixes to the apartment. He even has a little binder with helpful information about the area such as restaurants and grocery stores - that was a great help. We are already talking about returning next year.

This place was just what we needed when visiting Puerto Rico for our first time with family friends. Arnaldo was great to work with, very helpful in answering our questions, and made our trip easy and enjoyable. It was great sitting on the veranda and watching the ocean, we even saw whales breaching off shore! The location is perfect for exploring the western side of Puerto Rico and the kids loved the close access to the pool on site. We look forward to the next time we can visit Puerto Rico and continue to recommend this place to our friends and family. Thanks for the great accommodations!

We spent 8 nights in #9 and had 4 adults and 4 kids (aged 11-18). The unit was perfectly sized. Arnaldo was fantastic at responding to every question and request we had. When we thought we had a water issue, he was there immediately to help us solve the problem. When we requested more beach towels, they were delivered quickly. The upstairs had a master bedroom with a bath and plenty of room for the boys in our group to have their own space (ages 11, 14 and 18). Downstairs had three bedrooms (one a master with bath), living room and a small kitchen. The kitchen was a little small to be very functional. The outside decks were nice and had good furniture for relaxing. The unit could use some updating overall. The bathrooms didn't have a lot of space for toiletries, which was a little difficult when sharing. There was a very nice washer and dryer available for our use. There are currently water restrictions in place every other day, which really didn't impact us much. We just took quicker showers and only washed clothes on city water days. I would recommend having Arnaldo show you how to work the water tank system if you have any questions on it. The unit is part of a relatively quite complex with a beautiful beach out front. You cannot swim in the ocean in front of the complex because of the reef but the water is so crystal clear that it's great for exploring. We saw many fish, sea urchins and even an octopus. It is about a 15 minutes walk to Jobos beach, which was excellent for snorkeling, surfing, swimming and just relaxing. Because we had a car (which is a must), we also drove to several other beaches in the area. Crashboat Beach was super fun for the kids because there is a pier to jump off of. We also hiked to Survivor's Beach, which I would highly recommend. There are several nice restaurants and a grocery store within driving distance (although we usually cooked in the unit). There is also a basketball court, which our boys loved even though the rims need some work. Finally, be sure to visit Old San Juan. It was one of our favorite days! Overall, we had a great experience in Puerto Rico and would definitely visit again.

Owner responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Well located property that is close to the beach, great restaurants and grocery stores and other services. You wil need to have a vehicle at your disposal to fully enjoy the location and surrounding area.
