House is conveniently located near shopping and eating in Hyannis. Also close to a small beach and the ferry port. Owner was nice and easy to communicate with. Beds are a little soft.

Perfect accommodations for a family vacation: Grandparents staying in the main floor king size bedroom suite with nearby bathroom; Parents in upstairs queen bedroom with sitting area and TV; Three kids (ages 7, 9, & 11) in upstairs bedroom with 3 separate beds sharing bathroom with parents. Comfortable, well stocked, and great location - A+!

This was an amazing property in terms of space, facilities, and location. The only thing to note is that the yard inst fenced in. I may have overlooked this in the listing but I thought it was so I waa surprised when it wasn't. That aside, eerything else was a dream.

The house was perfect! Lots of space and well equipped with anything you would need!! The home was spotless and Lillian was incredibly helpful and very quick in her responses to any questions we had! We slept in the downstairs master and the bed was very comfortable and we felt right at home!! Not a single complaint! 10/10!!!

Well maintained, spacious 3-bedroom house with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing Cape Cod vacation. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, quiet (dead-end street), outdoor deck w/ grill--al fresco dining was much enjoyed.

Communication leading up to our stay was clear and we received prompt responses to any questions. Self check-in instructions were easy to follow. The house was a great size for 6 of us and our small dog. We loved the location on a nice quiet street within walking distance of the beach, marina, and downtown Hyannis and also appreciated the binder of local information and suggestions. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the window AC units and fans made the rooms very cool for sleeping. The kitchen was large, clean, and had all of the appliances we needed. We appreciated the provided coffee and other useful items like beach chairs and towels hope to have the opportunity to stay again in the future!

This house is just as it is described: location is great for Hyannis restaurants, ferries to the islands and choice of multiple beaches. It is close to the hospital which made it easy to find: just follow the hospital signs :) The house is extremely comfortable and clean with large bedrooms and plenty of room to either sit outside on the deck or play a game of cards at the kitchen table. You don't need to bring a thing to enjoy the beaches. Beach chairs, boogie boards, water noodles and beach umbrellas are plentiful along with well sized beach towels. This makes this house even better for a family not from the area and worried about having the supplies needed for beach going. We used the beach pass for Kalmus Beach which has a great snack bar, restrooms and showers. The owner was very responsive when emailed or texted, although I only needed to contact them on day 1. The bedrooms are all airconditioned and the main living area is not, which was not a problem at all. The cool Cape breeze kept everyone comfortable at all times. If planning another Cape visit this house will be on my list...

This was our first family vacation to the cape. The hospitable hosts leave a welcome book that tells you everything you need to know for your stay and are easily accessible if needed. This home is exactly as advertised. It is very comfortable, well-kept and truly has everything that you may need, and more for a short or long trip. (Beach chairs, hammocks, highchair, stroller, pack ‘n play) It has a beautiful yard in which the kids could play. It is also only minutes away from the beach, town, grocery stores, and highway. I would highly recommend this rental.

Lillian was very helpful and answered any and all questions. House has EVERYTHING you may need for vacation. Rooms are large and comfy. Would absolutely stay here again.

The house and location were fabulous. All of the items that one might need in the house were there and in good working order. The location was perfect. Very very close to what seemed to be a private beach. Was actually public beach - but sparsely used. The restaurants and downtown area was just 5-10 minutes away. House was very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed sitting on back patio relaxing while kids played in the yard. Host, Lillian, was outstanding - very accessible for any needs. I highly recommend this location.

The house was perfect for a relaxing long weekend! We were able to walk to the beach and downtown with no issues and the house was very comfortable for just hanging out in too. If we're ever back in the area, I'll definitely look for this place again.

Very clean and great location

We had the best time at Bayview Getaway. The house is adorable, comfortable, and accommodating. They have thought of ALL the necessities and amenities that families need for a beach vacation. To top it off, it's in a great location that is close to everything. We highly recommend taking the hy-line ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard...amazing! Also, a beach pass is included in your stay and Covell's Beach is wonderful! If you want to trek further north, Head of the Meadow Beach in Truro is gorgeous!! There is so much to do. The house is sparkling clean and a perfect family getaway!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Lilly has everything you could possibly need in the house including beach supplies, towels, booster chairs for kids, kitchen supplies. The outside area was big and if we had more time I could have seen us grilling out and spending some time on the deck and hammocks. Her booklet had tons of great restaurants recommendations and we had dinner at a couple of those places. We were in walking distance to the Hyannis port where we hopped on a ferry over to Martha’s Vineyard which was a ton of fun. I would stay at Lilly’s place again without a doubt!

Clean house had all the basics covered, as described in listing, and is a short drive to nice beaches, restaurants and shops in Hyannis, Barnstable. Pet friendly, quiet and relaxing stay.

The property looks exactly as it is described on the listing - 5 minutes walk from the beach, great space and clean and good quality amenities. It is sparkling clean and tastefully decorated in the Cape Cod style with attention to detail in every room. The bedding is excellent and and stylish. Everything is in perfect working condition. The owner is very responsive answering any question promptly and in a very friendly manner. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives as a very rare find. We like to spend time on the beach and go the Inflatable Park with kids. We enjoy easy food shopping and many restaurants close by,

This home is beautiful and well kept. We would definitely return. The owner takes great pride in maintaining a rustic yet elegant feel to the property and making sure visitors have all information helpful to their stay. The owner created an information booklet with directions, restaurants and local businesses which was extremely helpful. The location is excellent, only minutes away from the ferry to Martha's Vinyard. It is a great place to stay for day trips to the Vineyard. I highly recommend this property.

The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. It is centrally located and easy to get around the Cape. We had easy drives to local beaches, the National Seashore and Provincetown. The house had all the amenities we would expect and a few we were pleasantly surprised to find, as well. There was a binder containing information on the area, places of interest, beaches and restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone, and look forward to visiting again.

My family just finished up our week at Bayview Retreat and we loved it! The house is well located for the beach, family activities, downtown Hyannis and the ferry. It is located at the end of a cul de sac so it is also very quiet. The kitchen is brand new, beautifully done and well stocked. It was so nice to have all the linens supplied. There was even soap in the bathrooms and laundry detergent in the basement! I would definitely recommend this home for families and couples alike. Thank you for sharing your home!

We spent three delightful days on Cape Cod, enjoying this beautiful home. It has everything you could need for your stay--great kitchen, TV & cable, even beach towels provided. The home is in a perfect central location to explore all of the Cape, and is a delightful 5 min walk from the beach. The town of Hyannis was darling and every night we ate at another delicious restaurant right on Main Street. The shops were fabulous. We wished we had planned another couple of days for the area. My family and I (2 adults and 2 children) stayed at the Bayview Getaway in August 2014. We found the home to be very comfortable for a family. The house was well appointed and lacked for no amenities! The newly remodeled kitchen had everything necessary for us to make whatever meal we chose. Two baths allowed us to have all the luxuries of home. They even provided shower caps, toothbrushes, hairdryers and anything we may have forgotten at home! We had only one rainy day at the Cape, but were able to spend it at "home" watching movies and playing games. We could not have been happier with the accommodations! We will be back in the future!

My family and I could not have been happier with this house rental! We were extremely surprised at just how much larger it was then we had expected. The access to the beach at the end of the road was ideal for the kids as was the yard. We spent every night taking a walk down to the water. It is a very quiet location and it was so well stocked with almost anything one may forget. This was absolutely a better alternative to a hotel and actually saved us money with being able to cook our meals. It was much more relaxing to not have four people cooped up in a hotel room. I will definitely rent again and truly can't wait for next summer!

The amenities of these Cape rental were wonderful, everything as described and very thoughtful appointments! The home, kitchen, deck & lawn were very clean and comfortable. Julia was extremely responsive and organized and a pleasure to coordinate our vacation with. A great location if you want to have a low key vacation with a variety of experiences. Our favorite activities during our visit were: -walking to nearby "Dockside" restaurant and dining on the patio overlooking harbor. -exploring the National Seashore beaches with our dog -watching windsurfers in the late afternoon at Kalmus Beach -bike riding to Hyannisport neighborhoods -parasailing out of "Red Jacket Beach Resort" -window shopping & JFK museum in Hyannis -WALKING to Ferry for Martha's Vineyard excursion

We spent five nights at Bayview Getaway in June and it was wonderful. A great location and the house is equipped with everything you could possibly need -- very well stocked kitchen (with coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and basic condiments); beach towels; comfortable beds; a good TV; etc. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch, walked to the beach each morning, walked into town for dinner, etc. The house comes with a parking pass to the local beaches which was just great -- we explored several local beaches (and parked for free!!!). A really wonderful stay.

Quiet location, but only a 10 minute stroll to the harbour and the Nantucket ferry. The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Plenty of places to eat out within easy walking distance. Convenient for day trips to Barnstable (for great whale watching), Falmouth, Nauset Beach and all the other delights of Cape Cod.
