Design is nice, and views are ideal e.g. for photo session. Clean and quality bed linen and towels. Top notch location - close to city centre but not in it. Easy "contactless" check in and check out experience via codes.

No dedicated air conditioner in the bedroom, and the one in lobby effectively didn't work (it produced humming noise but no cooling). Certain facilities are not in good shape - e.g. the toilet bowl cover was broken. And yeah, the trams are loud, heard even when windows are closed, and run almost thought the whole night.

Central location and friendly host who replied quickly. Good secure environment with comfy bed too. Liked having fridge and dishwasher to hand.

Shower leaked / flooded. Air con was a bit temperamental

Good location, a very cozy, clean apartment with absolutely new furniture.

Ewa is a great host, my sister arrived before me and Ewa was there in person to give her the keys. During our stay, Ewa also reached out to ask if we need extra towels etc.

When we needed information, the apartment manager did not answer messages or even call.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, it had a lovely view onto the street, it was clean, modern and had everything I needed. The host was helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely stay at Academia on my next visit.

The location was really good, only 5 minute walk to market square, 15 minute walk from the castle, public transport links outside, excellent cafe next door (step in cafe/bistro well worth a visit), 20 minute walk to the jewish quarter.

Promised a taxi from the airport included in the price that did not show up so had to pay for our own taxi, being accused of demanding a taxi to the airport when we only asked could a taxi be booked because we had no numbers, abusive message from apartment owner over the taxi.

Beautiful features like the huge windows and remote control blinds, so clean and well presented. loved staying here!

the only thing is that the trams go past all the time which can be noisy especially if you have the windows open- I know this has been mentioned in other reviews. it didn’t bother us, but when we did have a window open we did notice how loud it was.

Wifi didn’t work during our stay.

Lovely bright, clean apartment in a great location. The apartment had everything that we needed and was less than a two minute walk to the old town. we had a great stay!

Location - Short walk to any attraction or restaurant you may want to visit during your stay. Spacious - Plenty of room and lovely view to look out on in the morning. Very high cleaning standard observed when we walked in. Host - Ewa was so helpful during whole trip. With daily checkin to see if anything was needed and very helpful with any requests. Super Host!

This apartment is perfect! It is central to both the old town and the Wavel so well within walking distance of lots of interesting museums / attractions / restaurants. It is light and airy and very cleverly designed to take care of a tourists every need. It is very secure and well placed opposite the city University. Ewa is the most amazing host going above and beyond to cater for any and all eventualities ( including mislaid wedding rings 🤭) I would highly recommend that you stay here during your visit to Warsaw.

The store were broken so we could not open it to enjoy the view properly. Also the door was a bit hard to open I guess the open system was a bit broken too. When we arrived we did the code but the door did not open. Luckily the cleaning lady was there and opened the door for us.
