Great house! Lots of history

Our family includes a Baylor student and a tech student, so we rented the house for the weekend to attend the game. We loved staying in the house! It is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay! Thank you!

The house is absolutely charming! It is within 1-2 miles of downtown Waco including the Silos complex, restaurants, shopping & Baylor. The house was perfect for our girls’ trip!!!!

Oh my goodness! Charming doesn’t even begin to describe this retreat! The first moment you open the door you feel like your stepping back in time with all the current amenities you would need during your stay. It’s clean, extremely comfortable and was quiet. We enjoyed grilling steaks, seeing our son, freshman year at Baylor. Highly recommend this for a girls get away( we felt very safe) or a family gathering. Thank you Morrow house, for a fabulous stay, cookies and hand towel. ❤️

What a gem for fun and relaxation. Warm and welcoming and every amenity you need!! Our host left a special greeting with cookies, YUM and was gracious when we had tv sign challenges 😊. Location was perfect for shopping and dining and the Magnolia Silos area. Quite neighborhood and natural light and beauty of property made you feel renewed!

My family and I just stayed at the Morrow house and we absolutely loved everything about it! We regularly stay in Vrbo's on our vacations and this was my favorite property yet! The layout was perfect for our needs with the three spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, the overall design and decor are stunning, you truly feel like you are staying in something out of a magazine (because you are!), it was also clean, well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is convenient to all the main Waco sites. Communication and the check in / out process were all also fantastic! Oh, and the amazing cookies, tea towel, and beds that felt like you were being hugged by a cloud were all an added bonus. If I had to say any cons, the only thing I was a bit concerned about was the neighborhood when we first arrived. However, after being in Waco a few days we quickly learned that the city is still very much in a time of transition / revitalization and this was actually one of the better neighborhoods / locations. All that said, if you are going to Waco, do yourself a favor and stay and the Morrow house, it is so worth it!

The Morrow House is a lovely place to stay to experience what Waco has to offer. The host Kimberlee was very proactive with communication and addressed all our needs and more.

The property was wonderful! Decorated amazingly. The property manager was also really good to work with. Lots of little extra touches that made this place special. I would highly recommend! I wouldn’t need to experience any other property when I travel back to Waco sometime in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Morrow House. There were four of us and the house was the perfect size for us. We found the house warm and welcoming and enjoyed all the little touches. We highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Waco!

The home was very clean, and all supplies were provided. We wished it had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the patio, but it is November!!!! We would definitely stay there again.

This home has it ALL! It is charming, comfortable and in a wonderful location! We loved everything about Morrow house! I have rented over 100 places and this is the very first one that I have wanted to rent twice! Do not hesitate to stay at Morrow House!

We came into town for our Son’s wedding. This property was perfect! Every amenity that you would have in your own home was readily available. The communication with the property owner was on point and quick responses with any and all questions. Very easy check in, check out process. Again, this will definitely be our go to property in Waco!
