Hair in shower drain - not cleaned. TV did not work. Staff said new TVs put in and could not help us as did know how they work. Not helpful in locating lost jacket. Multiple phone calls with no response from housekeeping

The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal

So, we generally love staying at Homewood Suites. I was pretty disappointed in this one though. The rooms were much smaller than most Homewood suites with only a pull out couch in addition to the King Bed. We had to request a roll away, which was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress felt like it was 20 years old with worn out springs. We asked for additional pillows and were told they weren’t available. While I was taking a shower, the shower curtain literally fell down! I’m also not a fan of this trend of “for your convenience, we only clean the room every other day”.. My convenience?? It is not convenient to sleep in a dirty room! I still pay the same rate, so no, it’s not my convenience, it’s your pocket book and we all know it! It’s sad to see the price of the hotel arena has lost pride in their industry. Start cleaning rooms EVERY DAY! That’s what we are paying for!!

The rooms were large and comfortable. The bed was soft and excellent to sleep in. The room had great temperature control as well.

The common area trash cans would fill up quick and stay that way.

Felicia at the front desk was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The suite with 2 bedrooms was absolutely lovely.

elevator on our side of the hotel was out and made for a long walk for our mom who is 90.

Loved the breakfast ! Also I left a brand new shirt in the closet (with the tags still on it!)and after we checked out they called me and had it waiting at the front desk for me to come pick it up! Such kind front desk attendant and great facility!
