We had such a wonderful time at this bed and breakfast. The food was delicious. The hosts, Dana and Retha were so charming and helpful and in the short time we were there, we felt like they were family.

I absolutely loved EVERYTHING! Dana and Retha are the most gracious hosts! The breakfast was delicious and the whole atmosphere of the place is just lovely. From the amazingly comfy bed to the sensational tub. RELAXING at its best!! I will definitely be back!! Ive already recommended this place to friends as well

The couple are very sweet and welcoming. The main house where you have breakfast is Beautiful and makes you feel like you're at home. The cottage we stayed was perfect! It's a piece of country nestled next to town, just the perfect getaway to unwind and reconnect with the one you love. I Highly recommend this place! :-) We will be returning!

If I had to say something, it would be the grounds was a little cluttered, but Dana did mention that he was renovating, so that's justified.

We loved Dana and Retha, they are the best hosts ever. Property was very clean and welcoming. Our suite was perfection and the big whirlpool tub was amazing. We had homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived. Breakfast was amazing! We will definitely be returning!

Dana and Ritha were great hosts. The location was peaceful and just the right distance from town (Waco). The breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bed in our room was a little soft for me, I have a hard time sleeping on anything but a firm mattress.

Hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about a variety of attractions. Breakfast was delicious and conversations were great. The room was cozy felt like our own private bungalow.

the location, nestled in a beautiful landscape with lots of trees and and a flowing creek; yet close to major points of interest in Waco. the couple managing the property were great and the daily breakfast was really good. the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated; appeared more like a cottage

The property was beautiful, the beds were really nice, the rooms were set up very nicely and pretty. they even do special requests for anniversaries (I’m sure other holidays/specials days they probably do too) I had a bouquet of flowers and champagne sent to the room. The flowers were lovely and this getaway didn’t cost outrageous amounts.

The breakfast was wonderful and plenty. The hosts were just sweet and wonderful. The location and set up us very nice.

The mini split was a bit loud. Windows didn't open
