Pool view was very nice... ambience was so good...pleasent stay with family..

Pool.games are good entertainment for children...food are so good... campfire and songs are very relaxing for family.. overall value for money... relaxing area for family..

Service, delay in check in, unlike in picture only one pool is clean, dusty and smelly wardrobe, smell of mold in either pillow or of the bed, tiny rooms without proper vent and absolute no view from the rooms even though it was informed that one of the room is premium, indoor play area is a joke except the chess board rest everything is partially or fully broke, absolute no welcoming when a guest enters the property (you have to carry your luggages in open yourself even when it was raining with the rooms situated away from the reception). Zero resort vibe , too small with little to no facility to categorize the property as a resort in India.

Staff was good and very accomodative... Location wise good.. Food was also good.. Fun entertainment on Saturday evening..

The swimming pool could have been maintained well... It was very dirty and was not cleaned even once in 3 days of stay. In the games room, half of the things were misplaced or broken.. There was no snooker table..

Swimming pool could have managed better

The location is beautiful, and the resort area is also clean and calm. It is more suited for families with kids and elderly people. View from lighthouse is beautiful.

Not much to do once you are here. No tea estate walks possible. Isolated area with no eating places nearby. The dinner in resort has only buffet which is pretty expensive at 500/- per person. Rooms were smaller than what is shown in pics. They refused to refill drinking water and said they can only give 5 litre cans which we need to pay for - that was irritating.

The property looks like it was a really great place a few years back, but the rooms / cleaning seems to be out of date and less well maintained.

Location. Property is located amidst tea estate, pretty green surroundings and landscaping is nice.
