Nice apartment north of downtown. Friendly, helpful property manager on-site.

I accidentally left my cell phone in the Uber drivers car late one night. Apartment manager Larry was a huge help, he allowed me to use his cell phone to contact Uber. They returned it the next day to him as I was at an event I could not miss For work. that kind of service is hard to come by, so I can highly recommend him and the apartment. Very clean, very nice accommodation. It is not in downtown Salt Lake but if you are looking for something a few miles away, it's a great choice especially if you need a kitchen. Nacho House, A small Mexican restaurant that I thought was pretty good, is just one block away.

This was a wonderful place for sisters from out of state to meet and get a good night sleep before continuing on our journey. Thank you!!

Larry was amazing and is working on the website address listing. Super clean with everything you need. Sour dough bread is a big bonus. Only thing we might add is two more bed pillows. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I highly recommend this apartment. It's in a very safe area and not too far from downtown. Larry is very kind and hospitable and it's a cute little apartment, very clean and cozy. For next time though, I will want to bring my own pillow. One pillow was super flat and the other was fairly hard. I put both pillows together which helped but I know everyone has a preference so I can see that they accommodated for both. However, that's more of my preference rather than a complaint. The price was great! Out of all the other places, it was the lowest price per night with the highest reviews. We both give our stay five stars and will definitely be back in the future.

Our little apartment was spotless! We loved the sourdough bread and how well stocked the apartment was with staples. Bed was comfy! Pictures were accurate. Larry sincerely cared about our comfort amd was super helpful! Highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at this little getaway. Larry the property manager is amazing. The apartment is clean and has all the ammentities you will need. It is about 8 mins from downtown, 2 mins from grocery and 1 min from gas station. There is a lil park across the street to do your daily run in. There is a back deck so you can eat ice cream and watch the glorious sunset Salt lake city has to offer. Any time I go to salt lake I will stay here. Perfect apartment and did I mention the bed is COMFY!!

I think it's a good place to stay, the only thing I didn't like was the curtain that is in the bathtub, I felt very enclosed, but in everything else very well

We were greeted by the the grounds keeper upon arrival, Larry, who was incredibly nice. He helped us with our luggage and got us comfortable - he responded to a text very quickly. The location is kind of difficult to find especially with some road closed signs, but we found it. There are stairs, so getting heavy luggage up and down was not ideal, but we made it work! Very cozy to stay overnight.

Larry the house manager was amazing. He checked us in, gave us a nice history lesson, and helped us with our luggage. The unit is clean and even has snacks in the fridge. The other two best things about the unit is it's 10 yards to an outdoor smoking deck and the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

We were there for just one quick night. The building is old but the place was nice. Communication was great. Larry, the building manager, was very friendly and helpful.

I am so glad I found this place and wish I could have enjoyed it for a little bit longer. The place looked exactly like the pictures posted. The host was quick to respond and so was the property manager. I will definitely vook again if I have the chance to. Also the art work was beautiful

Great location just off bus line, park across the street, convenience store with produce at the corner, and I had everything I needed! They thoughtfully provide some food staples to get you started. And Larry is an absolute gem!

I stayed her one night because it was close to the airport, and I had a very early flight, but everything was perfect! The drive to the airport was very short. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedroom was very comfortable. It was quiet and the perfect place to stay before heading to the airport! I would definitely stay here again when in the area!

3 blocks from my grandkids is a high attraction! A very clean and quiet apartment. The apartment manager was couteous and prompt. My second stay here and I'll be back. Great for 1 or 2 people and way nicer than a hotel room.

Great checkin experience to a cozy, spacious apartment near downtown. Very comfortable bed, nice appliances, and was even gifted some eggs and bread to enjoy! Had a wonderful time here and in the surrounding town. :)

Stayed here at the start and end of our southern utah road trip. Very close to the airport and seamless check in and check out. Kitchen has everything we needed.

Very close to SLC airport and exactly what we needed for staying a night before heading down to southern Utah. The apartment had everything we needed for cooking and the building manager Larry was so friendly and greeted us when we arrived, even late at night. Super quick check in and check out. Will be staying again before our departure from SLC.

This property is an older studio apartment that has been nicely renovated. Great amenities and a very pleasant manager who is onsite. It is clean and well maintained. Safe neighborhood with a nice park across the street where we met and played with our grandkids. The wrap around shower curtain was a first for us. It worked, but is compact. The stairs are also steep with short tread length as commonly found in older homes. Overall we we very comfortable with our stay.

This was a great place, very hospitable and welcoming. Everything was so clean, and really homey. The location was a short drive to downtown with some good restaurants in between. Highly recommend!
