A group of 13 of us flew out to Utah for a college friends wedding and this home was perfect for this occasion. It allowed us to have a beautiful and comfortable place to come home to each night after our wedding festivities had finished. The hosts were very good at communicating with us and we could not have found a better VRBO for the week.

Our stay was very pleasant-plenty of space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and the view is so nice! We used to live nearby, so our stay was like coming home! Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful home. I rented this for a 4 day sewing retreat for 6 people. This huge space worked perfect for us. We would definitely retreat here again in the future. My only complaint is it list a hot tub on the listing. There is no hot tub only a huge jacuzzi bathtub in the master bath.

We had a great time in this spacious unit. Easy access to skiing. Plenty of room for some sewing. Lots of separated sleeping spaces and baths. Huge cooking and dining areas. Super Bowl in the home theater was really nice. Loved the sunsets and views of the lights throughout the night. Will gladly come back.

This property was great! The view from the balcony and sunsets were amazing. Quiet neighborhood. Contact with the hosts was easy. Lots of space and places to sleep. Fully stocked kitchen. Has everything you need!

The views from the giant windows were breathtaking. The rooms and conditions were precisely as described and we were not far from downtown. I spoke with the owners a lot before and during our stay and they were very accommodating and up front with everything. We would certainly stay here again and we are all grateful for the hospitality and comfort.

We rented this property for a work trip and were blown away by the panoramic views. Bryan and Amy were also fantastic hosts and communication was stellar throughout our trip. The house was clean, rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities you'd expect. The huge master suite was definitely a step above the rest with a large seating area and very comfortable, king bed. The master bathroom was also very large with a jacuzzi tub, beautiful walk-in shower and double vanities. The separate toilet room also has a bidet, which is a nice touch for the tush! ;) The main living room, downstairs den, and kitchen were all comfortable and had everything you need for a trip away from home. The deck was great for taking in the amazing views of Salt Lake City and the mountains. The basketball court and in-ground trampoline are also really nice touches and would be awesome to use in nicer weather. There are little things that could use some updating, but I'm not going to nitpick as I've never been in a house (including my own) that I couldn't say the same about. There is a very strict no smoking and no pet policy, so make sure you plan for that accordingly. This is also not a house to throw loud, drunken parties because it's in a very quiet neighborhood and guests are expected to respect that. It doesn't mean you can't have a great time because we definitely did!

First off, WOW! This place was everything it was explained to be and MORE. Myself and a group of 9 of my closest friends stayed here for 3 nights and it was such a fun experience. Between the basketball court, the theatre room, and the amazing view from the comfy balconies, we were set for the weekend. Not only were Bryan and Amy accommodating and welcoming, they were there every step of the way! From recommendations on where to eat to all the necessities the house needed, they went above and beyond.

This was an amazing house to gather our family. The kids LOVED it- The view is incredible. Nothing was missing except maybe tin foil and baggies, everything else and more was provided. We did have trouble with no window coverings- the sun just hit you in the face no matter how hard you tried to get away from it- but I guess the view is worth it. Everyone's biggest complaint- the BOWLS! you can't eat cereal in them!- hahah IF that's all you can find to complain about that means it was pretty great! it was perfect. We did struggle with the parking- there is very little and maybe that information should be in the over all description- We did the best we could with older people getting to the house- the park was too far away and we were told the wrong name but we did finally figure it out. I recommend this to any family of 12! We had a perfect stay!

Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to host our wedding. The house had more than enough to host all of our family. The views alone are breath taking. BEST SUNSETS IN SALT LAKE COUNTY! The owners were always available to answer any questions and help out with the set up for the wedding. What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home with more than enough room for the family. If you're planning a wedding, this is a must book venue!

It was a large home and held a lot of people. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. No one slept well at all. We didn’t have enough paper towels, and towels were limited. The dish washer needs serviced I believe. It isn’t working properly. The fire place in the living doesn’t work either. There was plenty of beds and blankets. The view is beautiful.

Some buddies and I were looking for a good Airbnb to stay at while we were up in the valley for a ski trip. The location couldn’t have been better and the house was even better than the pics indicated. We would go skiing during the day and then come back and relax in the theater room. And even had a basketball court!! It honestly made for the perfect trip. Nice and spacious and just a really good atmosphere. The view from the house was amazing. The hosts were very hospitable and accommodating to our situation. Can’t say enough about how great this trip was and how much of a role this rental played it in!

Amy and Brian were very gracious. Although we didn’t ask them to come or fix anything, we do know they would be there for us. We love the solid communication and their checking in. The house is 15’ from SLC airport and 45’ from ski resorts. The balcony view is stunning. My kids love the trampoline and basketball court. Overall a great experience.

The house was extremely clean and net. Had an awesome view as well! It exceeded all of my expectations! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this property. Plenty of space. The theater room area is a bit complicated to work because it still uses a receiver, but the kitchen and master bedroom suite more than made up for it. This view was seriously one of the best.

My family of five recently spent a week in this property while on our annual sojourn into SLCity for some Alta skiing! Of all of the various rental properties that we have utilized in SLCity over the last 12 years, this one ranks as our favorite! Plenty of space … this place can comfortably sleep 12 people, with room for a few more if needed. Spacious living / kitchen area … plenty of bathrooms with showers! And the view out the back of the house looking over the city / valley is priceless! Linens / Toiletries / Etc: Quality linens provided and the simple things were provided (paper towels, toilet paper, quality bath towels, some get you started items in the cupboard) that we frequently do NOT experience with other rental properties. These 'simple' provisions always leave an impression on our family and this property did a great job on this. Outside amenities: It was winter time, so we did not get to enjoy the back porch and such, but the teenagers still got down to shoot some baskets (in the snow). As stated, the view towards the west was spectacular and saw various deer in the yards in the neighborhood. Kitchen: Plenty of pots / pans, silverware, coffee pot, etc. I would recommend updated the cooking skillets soon. Only down side: Though my teenagers like themselves some Netflix, I would recommend adding in cable / satellite service … we missed out on some college / NFL football games that we would have enjoyed being able to watch. Overall, this house is as advertised. It is a high quality property that will not disappoint those who choose to stay in the property. Owners are very responsive to questions. We WILL be back to this property next year!

This home was everything I hoped and wanted it to be. We were 4 families (16 people ranging from 2 years to 70+) coming to Salt Lake to celebrate a wedding. There were many comfortable bedrooms in many configurations that fit each family's needs. Wonderful and comfortable nooks and rooms with large sofas and seating to accommodate all types of groupings. The kids loved it, the adults loved it. We all had space and most important to me - enough seating to accommodate a large group for dining. Well appointed kitchen made meals memorable - no scrambling trying to find enough dishes and utensils. There were kitchen basics and pots and pans that made fixing a meal so convenient :) I really can't express my gratitude enough to Bryan for helping my parents find the home. They are not technologically nimble and Bryan guided them there from a great distance. Very patient and kind. This means so much to me. My parents were the first to arrive. My nephews were just so excited exploring the home. It truly is a unique and beautiful home. Also - the Christmas decorations made it feel like home. If you have a large group and want to spend time together, this would be a great place. Did I mention the gorgeous views and that it is only minutes from downtown Salt Lake?

Great house, great view, great low maintenance owners. Bryan and Amy were always accessible and did check in to see if anything was needed but other than that, they let you enjoy the property.

With a great location and plenty of room for lots of use. I would definitely recommend this house and will be staying here in the future.
