The tv did not work but they fixed it. The toilet and shower were a slow drain and finally the toilet plugged up in the middle of the night for no reason. We were going home the next morning and let them know. Still a very nice place to stay have stayed here before and would stay again.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very concerned and helpful. The only problem was that the room TV was out throughout the hotel and Comcast was working on it but we left before it was fixed. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and it was close to retail and to SLC so there was plenty to do

Ordered a queen bed room but had to stay an extra day so I got a king bed room-too big for one person The problem was there was no hot water when I arrived almost checked out

When we checked in, the lady was rude and didn’t give us any info and when we asked for a different room because the upstairs was jumping on the ceiling she told us that she had no other room and to “just deal with it”. Very disappointed in the hotel

Two dresser handles in the room were broken, which was a little unexpected. I've stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past few years and the rooms have always been great.

Check in was quick and easy. The indoor pool and spa were nice, unfortunately I didn’t have time to enjoy them. The breakfast was pretty nice as well. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, and cereals was enjoyable. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable along with 5 pillows and a nice sized tv for me to watch before going to sleep. I enjoyed the stay.

There was no hot water for morning showers and front desk acknowledged that boilers were out, but did not compensate guests. Couldn’t take a shower in the morning - water was ice cold. Would not stay here again.
