The cleanliness of the place

During the breakfast, the coffee is away from the main dining area.

Clean room

Asked for 1st floor room as i have a 70lbs older dog. When i arrived i was told there were non available EVEN though i had booked 2 weeks prior. So was very inconvenient to have to assist my arthritic dog up and down the stairs. Was downpour rain as well which made is interesting. The front desk person was unconcerned with my challenge. The rooms air conditioning was terrible. Super muggy. I wont stay there again. Disappointed that a Hampton Inn was represented like this. I guess the bonus was there was a great potty area for your dogs. And a lit parking lot.

Breakfast was minimal, eggs tasted bad. Hot tub was a lot smaller looking in person vs picture on website. Bed was SUPER uncomfortable.

I only had time for coffee in the morning. It was good; I would recommend it.

A bit pricey compared to what I have paid for right down the hall but a good value for the present.

The Jetted Tub in the Suite was Amazing!!!! The staff was nice and accommodating.

The TV and Wifi wasnt the best. We brought a streaming device and was not able to use it because we could not get that connected to the Wifi. If the TV was a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. that would have been fantastic!

Location is conveniently close to freeway. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Everything was perfect. No complaints at all. Awesome job

The 4 days I stay no housekeeper clean the room that was a bummer
