Very clean and maintained well.

The parking was unusual and not the safest for entering after dark.

Location was great, parking not so much. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast had lots of good options.

Parking isn’t so friendly. Our bathroom lights kept blinking off and on. Bed springs made for a toss and turn night too. Our door closed but when the lights were off in the room, you could see a rather large gap between the door and door frame. Our TV worked but had lots of black screen channels. The A/C offers such humid air flow that even though we set it to 67, the room was hot and muggy.

Convenient to where we needed to be. Very clean and staff was always pleasant.

Water pressure was not great.

We did not book accessible room but were given one upon checkin. The front desk person provided us with a downgraded room which wasn't accessible as no other rooms were available according to him.

The location in proximity to the Toyota stadium was nice, and the pool was not bad.

We arrived in the rain, and water was leaking on the inside of the property in walls that aren’t even exposed to the exterior of the building. Water was pouring through the electric components of the door opener on the second set of doors on the inside, not the exterior set of doors, and someone’s child was drinking the water flowing down from it without the staff even acknowledging the situation that was happening right in front of them at the front desk. The elevator hallway had water flowing in from the unsealed doorway to the pool area, and first floor rooms and hallway were flooding even though the rain outside was not at flood levels and water wasn’t building up outside. It felt very unsafe and the staff had been so used to it that it was nothing to them. This building is a serious safety hazard, and the staff seems to have been told that this is normal and to ignore all of the problems instead of the owner properly fixing this flooding issue.

Great place to stay no issues!

When I made my reservation my bank account was debited $416.47. The confirmation emails came from Holiday Inn but the reservation was paid for under Hampton Inn. Neither location had our deposit and I have still not been refunded to this date. Very disappointing. I will never go through a booking service again!
