Parking very narrow and need to go up until level 6 which I end up went down and requested the apartment guard for better parking space at the lobby. The deposit I found it too expensive and only realised about it after booking made. I only stayed for few hours just to sleep at night (check-in late night around 11pm and check out early morning next day around 9am). Yet, no reply on the deposit refund 😓 and silent mode on that. Not sure why they need such huge amount for deposit on short stay and took long time for refund. Makes me feel uneasy about it. Hope I do not need to make this issue big or any police report needed 😬

This is the worst experience I have in my life.

This is the worst experience I have in my life. Not only the air conditioner down, and sleeping with only fan for two nights, the service also not very good, they don't even want to give any rebate for the problem mentioned earlier. When we try to talk about this issue with them, they totally dissappear and not reply anything. Next, the door for the bathroom is broken as well, very unique experience I have in my life.Lastly, please don't choose this apartment, they will get deposit from you personally, and when you try to asking the deposit back, they will try to ignore my message.

House is clean. Overall not bad, but there's opporturnities for improvement. Host late reply but friendly and give complete information for check in process n check out process.

I've stayed with similar apnmnt with cheaper price but better in welcoming guest and etc. Got cockroach but got ridsect. 2 remote no battery, spare battery is old xpired. When check in got 3 wet towel think not supposed to be there. When reach mail room cant enter, guard ask to wait for host, called host no answer but later replied said flood so its ok. Guard helped. Damage deposit rm300 too high, my mistake only realised read it after booking confirmed. Host ok but when i everytime ask, respond 2,3 hours later. Deposit late return. I trsnfer depo asap when host want so i shud expect the same asap return since no damage n i follow each instrction including switch off all electric n throw garbage to the garbage room. But later evening host said mybank issue, so its ok.
