Unique, well appointed condo in great walkable location in downtown Wilmington. As noted in earlier reviews, it is noisy at night until the bar closes but the noise makers help. I would pack earplugs to help blunt the music, also. Great layout and nice view of the water from the deck. We enjoyed our stay!

This place was a perfect location, much more room than pictured!

This place was perfect for our visit with our adult children. All of the restaurants/bars are very walkable. The beds were very comfortable. It is above a couple of noisy restaurants but we didn’t hear a thing with the white noise machines provided. We didn’t really get to enjoy the outdoor deck very much because it was so cold for our trip. We would definitely stay again. The host was very responsive.

Great location.

The property was very nice. We rented this place for Christmas and it’s right near everything in downtown Wilmington. My only complaint is that it is a little loud as it’s right above a bar, which we knew about before we booked. It was just a little louder than I had expected, however, I’m a very light sleeper so that doesn’t help either. The sound machines really helped a lot. This place had everything too which was great. For example, they supplied you with laundry detergent, dish soap, and dish washer detergent. This place is perfect for visiting the riverwalk and is close proximity to everything. Also, it’s really nice that you get two parking passes. One last thing I will mention is the stairs to get to the property. The stairs are a bit difficult to climb if you’re older so just keep that in mind when deciding to book. There is a railing which makes it easier. My 69 year old father just had to go slow up and down them but he was able to climb them.

Fantastic location surrounded by seafood restaurants and great riverview plus all day sun on the deck.

We were in town for the Ironman competition. The unit was exactly as it looked online. The parking was convenient and a big plus for our stay. The location was close to everything and the white noise machines made the nightlife noise a non-issue, we all slept well! I spoke to Brandon before our arrival, and he was very easy going and great to work with. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Property was very clean and had all the amenities. Comfortable beds and couch. I wish I had known about the outside steps going up to second level condo. I’m older and this was difficult but I loved the inside and porch with a view.

Can’t beat the location! If you plan on staying up late and being close to all the bars and restaurants in downtown Wilmington then this place is for you! Could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was a great stay!

The place was very clean and felt very comfortable. We will definitely seek this place out on our next trip.

Just as described by the host and others that have stayed. apartment was well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials and plenty of towels. Family really enjoyed all aspects. Music at night is not a problem if you have IPod with great headphones for sleeping. I have to say, it added to the charm of the place!

The condo was exceptional and the locations and view perfect. Beautiful deck for enjoying the river view and friends. The stairs were not easy for me but the view was worth the climb.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Excellent location, roomy accommodations, clean & comfortable. We hope to return next year!

Nice downtown loft

The location can't be beat. Beautiful river views and in the heart of the downtown area. It is convenient to everything - ice cream shops, restaurants, bars, and cute shops. We parked our car and except for a trip to Carolina Beach did not need to use it. We would stay here again. The property needs a little attention - a small leak in the bathroom sink and the ice dispenser needs attention.

Great Spot in the heart of downtown. Clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable beds. The LED party lights under the bar were a nice touch 👌. Thought it could be loud due to location but it wasn’t - score!

It was a great location unfortunately the weather wasn’t warm enough to enjoy the outside space but we loved the location we walked to the venue and to restaurants and bars.

We stayed here for a work convention instead of a hotel. location was great, getting in and out was easy, parking work perfect. The location is above 2 bars Monday seemed to be the busy night at those places. The noise didnt bother us.

Great property and perfect location in the heart of Wilmington next to Cape Fear river and many great restaurants. Older condo remodeled but needs some areas to fix. Would rent again we loved it! Owner was helpful!

Walking distance to ALL of our favorite bars and restaurants. We wanted sun and seafood and thanks to the deck with river views and southern exposure had plenty of both. We're already planning another visit in fall.

We had a wonderful stay. This building is close to a number of restaurants and bars. Making it easy to walk and not rely on having a vehicle. Would highly recommend staying here.

Brandon, the host, does a good job developing the expectation regarding the condo's overall condition and its relative location to potential street noise. They also provide good white noise machines to assist with potential street noise. The condo and location was perfect for us and our objectives. We had a short, but good experience.
