This house was wonderful for the weekend with my daughter and grandson from NC. Had alot of extras including huge kitchen and lots of items to cook. The back patio was shaded and great to teach my grandson how to cast his fishing pole. All in all 15 stars. Warning he is a Packers fan. GO VIKINGS. LOL Thanks for everything

The owner was very nice, the house had everything that we could have possibly needed, and the neighborhood was great. I would definitely recommend this property!

We had a great time staying at this property. The owner even provided a decorated Christmas tree. The home was very comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity presents itself.

This house was perfect for our family. 6 Adults. Plenty of space for all. We especially loved the covered outdoor patio and fire pit. Fully stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of laundry and cleaning supplies for our week there. Steve was a great host- he checked on us to make sure we got in ok and had everything we needed.

When I was shopping prices of 3 room suites, VRBO listed Steve’s property at a more than reasonable rate. It was very spacious and well laid out. With our hectic schedule moving from one house to a temporary space, and then into our new house, the week passed in a blink of an eye. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the amenities we thought we would enjoy like the community pool, the BBQ, and fire pit we planned on using to make s’mores. Steve was a gracious host and made these readily available. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who needs to stay in San Tan Valley regardless if it’s one night or a month.

Beautiful home with pools and parks, very quiet neighborhood. Home owner has everything you need with grocery stores close by. Wonderful place to stay if your wanting to be out of the cities.

We rented this home to stay with our adult children. It was clean, had a very well stocked kitchen and had plenty of space to spread out. We appreciated the large gas grill for preparing meals in the backyard. Steve left great notes and was quick to reply to any questions I had before or during the trip. No issues and we had a great stay! Thanks Steve.

We gathered family from across 3 states and met in AZ. We hadn't been together for over a year. It was a perfect space to be together and enjoy our time. The pool and amount of parks within walking distance was perfect to keep the younger family members entertained. We also made s'mores in the back yard fire pit. Was perfect, just like being at home. Steve was a great host.

You will not need to wish there was something there, as it will likely be there. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor fire pit was used several nights! We had to contact Steve about trivial things while we were there and he responded within minutes? We would definitely stay here again!

It’s a nice house that was well stocked with the essentials. The owner let us check in 2 hours early, which we really appreciated. The only negative was that the house was not cleaned. It was very dusty and the master bathroom had not been cleaned at all. The backyard was peaceful.

This house is exactly as pictured. It is beautiful, spacious, and very well stocked. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the convenience and comfort this home provided. The owner is very accommodating and a pleasure to get to know. Would definitely stay there again if we ever get back to that area.

We stayed for about 10 days at the house. It was spacious, clean and quiet. The house had everything you might need or want. Loved sitting on the patio in the mornings with coffee and at the pool later soaking up the sun. Weather was perfect. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the hospitality. Ed and Lendy

There was nothing we did not like we were there to work and it was nice to get off work and not go to a motel. The owner is awesome and the house is clean and comfortable.

Our first winter away from home and it was absolutely perfect ! The home was just as it was described, and the neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet!! The owner was very nice and any questions we had he was very prompt to help us.

The beds were very comfortable, great TVs since the weather wasn’t the best and awesome out for seating!

Home was just as pictured, furniture updated and clean situated in a quiet neighborhood. It was well equipped with everything needed for our stay (tons of dishes, towels, and kitchen appliances). Owner was very easy to work with and checked in with us prior to arrival and departure. The access to park in the garage was a plus. There are plenty of places to shop, eat, golf and hike in the area; however if you are looking to do things closer to Phoenix, you do have a longer drive (45-60 minutes depending on time of day). We really enjoyed our stay!

The owner provided everything needed for a relaxing vacation. There were TV's in most rooms with good directions on how to access them. The kitchen was well stocked, and contained all the appliances one might need-coffee maker, toaster, blender and toaster oven to name a few. Each of the 3 bedrooms had new and comfortable mattresses on them. Both bathrooms were provided with luxury towels and there was a spacious master closet for our clothes and baggage. The house has been newly painted and decorated. It appealed to the men in the family because it was streamlined, with few frills and fancies to clutter up the place. A laundry room with a new washer and dryer was available for our clothes. The living room is huge and could accommodate a large group of people. It was the least used area, however, probably because the family room, with the adjacent kitchen and patio, fit our life style better. The back yard is small, but contains a grille and comfortable chairs and coffee table for early morning or evening events. The house is close to an open space for walking, and not far away from a small shopping center which includes a Fry Supermarket and other services. It was a short drive from there to the Biscuit Cafe, which has excellent breakfasts, and the Queen Creek Olive Mill, that serves food as will as selling wonderful olive oil. The owner was very cooperative. We found we had some questions when we first arrived. All it took was a phone call to resolve them. It takes over an hour to get to other Phoenix locations of interest, so plan on long drives if you want to see many Phoenix sites, but for comfort, quiet and a safe location this house fits the bill.
