L’hotel è nuovo e pulito. Anche se non proprio vicinissimo al centro è collegato benissimo dalla metro. Il ristorante superlativo, cibo e staff eccellenti.

Location. Poor view. The room was too warm and couldn't turn down the heating. Breakfast selection and it's service.

Really impressed with this hotel. I will definitely stay there again. Front desk staff perfect. Room perfect. I highly recommend it. A proper professional hotel. With professional service. Not like the usual Bulgarian bad customer service.

Struttura carina e pulita. Posizionata un po’ fuori dal centro di Sofia ma con un comodo parcheggio privato interno. La camera piccola ma confortevole. Bagno molto comodo e materasso morbido. L hotel ha anche un ristorante italiano che sembrava molto buono ma che non abbiamo provato.

La reception non aveva una persona fissa quindi a volte abbiamo aspettato che arrivasse (molto scomodo perché necessario per L apertura del garage).

Най доволни бяхме от наличието на собствен паркинг, тъй като това е най големия проблем когато пътуваме с кола.

В целия апартамент който се води за трима имаше само един стол на масата.

Чудесно беше, както всеки път в който сме отсядали! Чисто, топло, уютно, удобно като локация.

Everything was fine!

I suppose the decor (outside of the room) was nice, and the hotel in general was quite new - if you want a Brutalist / Stalinist experience (think bedrooms with no shelves / cupboards / chairs / bedisde tables, just bare concrete celings and walls with an unmade bed and a TV in it), then I guess this would be to your taste?

1. The room was boiling hot, but the air-con can only be set to 'heat' in winter (no cooling), so they over-heat the rooms and open the windows (!), which would work expect that the hotel is opposite a noisy lorry-park (at the front) and surrounded by private noisy appartments that are part of the same builing (at the back) 2. We had to make our own beds (the linen was in the cupboard) - more like an AirBnB than hotel 3. Every day they took away the used towels and didn't put out enough new ones 4. There were no shelves / cupboards / chairs in either bebedroom 5. One bedroom had no bedside tables - no shelves / cupboards / chairs / bedisde tables, just an unmade bed with a TV (like a prison cell!) 6. The bedside tables in the other room must have been max. Eur 10 each - they looked like they came from a discount sale 7. There were no hooks in entire apartment, none for coats, none for towels - there wasn't even enough room to hang all the towels in the bathroom 8. One bedroom had no plug sockets at all (but then it also had no bedside tables anyway!) 9. There was only one spare plug sock in the main 'sitting' room, as all the others all used by their appliances 10. On the first night were not able to get room service as restaurant too full and they "didn't know when [they'd] be able to get around to delivery" 11. The room had a balcony, but with no chairs / table or anything on it, so we couldn't enjoy the view of the noisy lorry-park opposite ;-) 12. Breakfast is only from 8am at weekends (!), and if you want to leave earlier they will make you just a tiny soggy sandwich instead 13. The waitresses at breakfast were the rudest and most miserable I have ever seen 14. At breakfast they play the radio at high volume, like a cheap disco whilst you eat 15.

Очень красивая и комфортная комната,очень чисто. Удобная кровать, красивый и интересный дизайн. Кофе машина Лавацца с плоскими широкими капсулами,их 2 штуки,не знаю,обновляют ли. Балкон ,выходящий в тихий двор. В общем-все понравилось и удобно,что можно всегда пойти в итальянский ресторан,который на первом этаже.

Все понравилось. От ужина в ресторане как то ожидала большего. Завтраки хорошие и кофе и свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок-отличные. Район в 7 минутах от метро, там 3 остановки и ты в центре. В общем-я получила удовольствие от дизайнерского полулюкса и рекомендую от души. Остановлюсь еще раз,если буду в Софии
