Good value and quirky plus close to Metro and amenities . Nice little bar next door with nice staff

Owner/ agent not exactly a communicator, don’t expect a reply quickly, if at all. For example , when you go to a property and the keys are hanging out the lock on arrival in full view of anyone passing , and you send an e mail to let them know, you expect a reply! Even more so after their rather cheeky set of e mail instructions with exclamation marks and highlighted letters all over it , as if it was meant for a child. Other issue was someone banging on front door at 2-3 in the morning on 3 nights out of 4. Granted not a fault of the owner, but also not good , especially if there were lone females or young children in the property. Finally, I’ve got rash on both legs due to mites/ bed bugs after having itch each night in bed. Hate to think how long mattress has been on the bed…

They don't have the parking and the parking that host suggest cost 2 lev per hour, so for full day you will pay 48 lev!!! If you have the car, this apartment not for you. During our stay (2 days), 1 day we didn't have the hot water.

WE have stayed at the property several times before and have never been disappointed. WE love it.

spacious apartment in great neighborhood

Location was brilliant. An easy walk to the shops, parks and attractions. The apartment was fab with plenty of room and beds to choose from as well as two bathrooms. An assortment of kitchen utensils was supplied as well as a fridge and kettle for a morning cup of tea!

Very high ceiling is perfect.The decoration of the house was superb.it was a very large flat with New furniture and two bathrooms and two TVs.

There is no kitchen in the flat.The kitchen appliances are very limited😔 we cannot cook at home

Was clean and is big apartament.

The dor was impossible to close for inside. Communication was perfect but when I tell to make invoice they start to tell me need to pay extra tax 20%.

It was very spacious, everything was comfortable and clean.

Lack of pan for cooking.

The location is good, close to the lift and the main stteet, but on a quiet side street. Staff are friendly and helpfull.

Travelling with family of 5, this place was great! Very good location, close to everything. 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms was absolutely perfect for our family. Would come back

Very good located near all main city spots. The interior is very nice with lot of details, which makes it really special. The rooms are quite big with high ceiling creating a good room feeling. Check-in by key locker is very comfortable.

Unfortunately no possibility to store the luggage after check-out in case you have a late flight. The communication could be smoother, sometimes you need to run after answers. Very noisy in the morning because of the central location and bad sound isolation. Kitchen equipment very basic.

The apartment is located in the centre of Sofia, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It is really interesting furbished, you feel like living in an artist's house.

The apartment has no air-conditioning and it was really hot during the night. There were no mosquito nets on the windows so you couldn't open the windows to have fresh air. Next to the apartment there is a bar with concerts so it gets noisy if you open the windows, at least until midnight.

Nothing

This property has no screens on the windows and no air conditioning. It's a trivial expense and absolutely necessary in a city with temperatures of 35+ celcius. It was 41 celcius in the apartment. Management/owner does not care about providing a reasonable place to stay. I booked for 4 days but immediately left and asked for a reasonable resolution with the management but they unscrupulously refunded none of my reservation.
