Good location close to center, but on a quiet street. Private indoor parking , but a bit tight and suitable for experienced drivers only. Good breakfast, many options to choose from ( we have stayied only one night)
The furniture a bit old, dirty matress.

Loved having a balcony with leafy surrounds. Very helpful staff. Would stay here again I
20 min walk to main city area but it was pleasant and quite easy. Breakfast was ok

Nice room, big and very clean. Also the amenities are great, there is even an espresso machine in the room. There is also a small balcony, in case you need to smoke.
Staff can be better trained, being there with business I lost alot of time on the check-out.

Great location, short walking distance to Vitosha boulevard. Hotel is new, clean, rooms are comfortable and convenient. Very quiet. Bathroom has all necessary contents and accessories.

The reception staff were great, professional and friendly. The location was ideal and a 5 minute walk to Sofia Medical Uni plus the city centre. Local amenities seconds away. most of all the stepparent was very clean spacious with uplifting interior design.
Highly recommend staying here, I will surely visit again soon.

This is a very "special property" in Sofia! I have traveled MANY TIMES to this city and stayed in many places, but now I have a favorite, absolute favorite place to stay!
Very clean, high quality, very professional staff and leadership-- but beyond that, they were ALL warmly accommodating -- as mentioned, it really is a very special experience!
Treat yourself, whether business or pleasure, you will not be disappointed!

Everything about this hotel is great !!! from the cleanses to the staff, from rooms to service, everything was excellent. despite of the non- very central position, it is located in a quiet neighborhood, immerse in the green, and at about 5 minutes by taxi from the very center !!!

They cheat guests about room size. 50 sq.m. room in reality is 36 sq.m. inside + 4 sq.m. balcony. Also there is no terrase (all hotel rooms without terrase), only small balcony. I moved to Best Western Premier Sofia 54 sq.m. "business suite" and got really big appartment with two separate rooms and two big bathrooms without size cheats.
Also they refused to make a refund for this cheating, refused to enter the room and measure\confirm the size - tipical hotel cheating.
And I realy do not undertand why they pack most breakfest portions into a plastic.
"Garden" and "Business Center" is also fake labels. They do not have a Garden (no private land, no someones garden closely) and there is no businnes center, no shared tables for working, no shared computer.
