It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Great location. The receptionist Stephanie was by herself and she was very busy. She never let it get to her she greeted everyone that came in and made sure she would be with them as soon as she could. She even delivered things up to rooms after she got everyone checked in.

We were greeted with the sweetest lady who was personable and genuine. I didn't get her name but she was absolutely wonderful.

Safe convenient location, great staff, nice comfy beds. Very clean!

Breakfast was ok some of the muffins were hard like old.

TV was not working properly, it was turning on and off constanly

There were only 2 towels, washcloths, etc but we had 3 people. Didn’t like the height of the beds.

Not a lot of options as far as restaurants go.

We were celebrating our anniversary and she upgraded us from a king room to a king suite, and wrote Happy anniversary on the card envelope. We just had a wonderful time.

Pool which was indoors is under renovation. We were told we could use a partner hotels pool., but that it's an outdoor pool.

This property was close to everything we came to Waco for. Easy access to the property and had several restaurants close to hotel.

The swimming pool was under maintenance repair so we couldn’t swim. We were told we could go to the hotel next door. However, their pool was outside and just seemed weird that was considered a solution. I would have liked to known when booking that there was a possible problem with the pool, rather than finding that out upon arrival.
