We stayed here for a weeklong vacation with extended family. It was lovely! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. It was close to everywhere we wanted yo go including multiple spring training baseball stadiums. Would 100% stay again.

Enough space, grear outdoor pool/hot tub. Good for families. We had a great time!

My family of 5 (21+) enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, spacious home. There was plenty of room for all of us to stretch out & play games (provided) in the evening. The back yard was inviting & provided opportunities for family bonding time. The location was convenient to get to a variety of activities (Food tour, Sedona, shopping, hot air balloon etc…) Nice option if you, like us, have outgrown hotel type accommodations. Owner was very accommodating & responsive 😊

While not long on “bells and whistles”, we were very pleased with the pots/pans/utensils/tableware/etc. offered in this rental. We were able to prepare all our meals including a multi-course Thanksgiving dinner without having to purchase tools for the kitchen. Very thankful for this surprise

Great trip and location. Just what we were looking for! Bedrooms needed drawers and hooks for clothing so they didn’t have to stay in the suitcase. Otherwise all was good!

We were there for a 5 day 12 hour a day conference. It was so perfectly located and met the needs of all 5 of us.

Tim’s home in the heart of Scottsdale is an absolute oasis and was a great place for us to spend 2 months! The back yard is adorable with a gorgeous pool and plenty of seating, areas to play games, and just hang out. The home was immaculate, there was plenty of room for all the friends and family, the neighborhood was safe and quiet; we hated to leave! Tim is an amazing host very quick to respond, he answered so many of our questions and truly helped us as we transitioned to living in Arizona. We highly recommend this property or any property listed by this host. Enjoy!

This was our first trip to Arizona. We came with our adult children and their spouses. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed many hours in the pool. House was exactly as advertised and check in and check out was extremely easy. Tim was quick to get back with answers to all my questions. I would recommend this place to everyone

This is the ONLY home rental that I have ever read “Leave the cleaning to us, enjoy your vacation” Seriously, made my week! Tim was incredibly helpful, even let us borrow a cooler for our baseball tournament. The pool was great, and the house was thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen was complete with the extras you never want to have to buy, spices, olive oil, pan spray, etc

The home was great and being able to swim after a long day at the baseball field was perfect. The overall property was clean and very pretty. The host was super attentive and quick to respond to any questions. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

PROS •fully tiled floors •open rooms & spaces to meet with family •Nice decor •pool, hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, lights, are awesome! •high up door handles to pool- child safety feature CONS: •We replaced 3 burnt out light bulbs •Bar style door knob on casita to match house •Hooks/hanger in each bedroom for clothes and towels •Table/desk to do make up/business, a mirror, nightstands, ceiling fan, bigger AC (current can’t keep up) recommended in detached casita •Stack washer/dryer for more room •Exhaust fans in all bathrooms •Luggage stand (took one from house) for detached casita •floor fan (took one from house) for detached casita •Sound bar/radio/music player for inside and outside •Exterior fan w/misters •Hooks in shared bathroom •iron for clothes •spring hinges on casita doors •floors turned our feet black •under the couches were pretty gross Communication was well in the beginning. However, the detached casita really should not be labeled as a bedroom as it gets way too hot and has a hot water heater in it that isn’t enclosed and also not in the picture posted. The A/C also broke one of the days we were there. The owner was on it as far as replacing it BUT the kiddos were cranky and over heated. In addition to that, the pool guy came and put chemicals in so we were unable to swim for 3 hours. The crane had blocked us in so we weren’t able to leave. Asking for compensation but owners communication has completely changed.

We had a great time had a few issues but they got resolved quickly. Good trip

This property is everything as described and more! Tim called prior to check in to welcome me and see if we had any questions. The house was very spacious and had all the bells and whistles for our 10 day stay. Would recommend this property to anyone with a big family or friend group.

This property was perfect for our family gathering! Tim was easy to communicate with and genuinely concerned that we totally enjoyed our stay. The house was so welcoming when we arrived and nicely stocked with necessities. An open living/kitchen floor plan meant that our family could truly spend time together. Lots of outdoor seating and poolside games meant that everyone could enjoy the Arizona sunshine in some way. Location was close to the airport and other family friendly attractions. We would definitely stay here if we should return to Scottsdale in the future. Thumbs up!

We had a great stay in this home with seven adults and an infant. Plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Nicely updated house on a quiet cul de sac with easy access to freeways, old town, restaurants and golf. Very nice back yard with combo hot tub/pool. Kitchen has everything you need. Excellent, friendly communicator with the property manager. Only issue is that the casita does not have a bathroom (have to walk over to the main house). Not a real issue for us, but something to be aware of. Overall a great house for our annual golf trip. Thank you!!!

Tim has a beautiful house. We were in town to watch our kids play softball for spring break. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and fire pit during our stay. Would definitely stay at his house again and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. Nice modest neighborhood, easy access to everything we wanted to do. House was exactly as advertised with a wonderful heated pool and hot tub that we really took advantage of. Only glitch was water heater went out on us for one day but Tim took care of it as quickly as he could. A relatively minor inconvenience that could have ruined our stay if he hadn't taken care of it right away. Overall really happy with our stay!

We were looking for a comfortable place with easy access to everything. This place fit the bill! Tim proactively let us know we were able to get in a little early, which was a huge help since individuals arrived at different times. There was a great manual for how to use things, and Tim was available for questions. The home was clean and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and fire pit area, as well as the close proximity to Old Town. A true gem!

The house was a fantastic place to stay for our family including extended family. Everybody was happy, had plenty of space, great setup to gather for meals and to hang out. The neighborhood was great and had easy access to everything needed. Everything needed for an exceptional stay was available. Tim was quick and easy to communicate with. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This house in Scottsdale was great. Living space was super comfortable - awesome couch in the living room, gourmet kitchen and open to dining area, and great bedrooms with FANTASTIC mattresses and nice bathrooms. The outdoor space was even better - pool with hot tub, gas fire, dining area and outdoor games. But the absolute best part was Tim, the owner. We got stuck in Phoenix due to bad weather in Seattle, and Tim was super flexible and made his home available to us at the last-minute. He made sure we could get in quickly and easily, pre-heated the hot tub for us, and was always available. From someone who had 5 family members who were pretty upset to be stranded in Phoenix and miss Christmas, he really came through to make it a memorable and very comfortable holiday away from home. His hospitality was very appreciated and there's nothing more valuable than a VRBO host who is personally invested in making sure his guests have a great experience - Tim is that guy. :)
