I had a great stay! The communication with the host was easy and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is conveniently located and very quiet. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and will surely go back again.

The place was great except for the ff - no toiletries so better bring your essentials just in case. - there were no bins inside the room. Luckily I saw some plastic bags from the cabinet and used them for my trash. - lastly, the leakage in the bathroom. I didn't notice the bucket was served for the water dripping from the sink so I used it as a bin but the bucket was filled with water the next day and had to drain it.

Quite far from the airport & groceries. The place is inside the subdivision & not on the city centre. Wifi signal is also weak. Water heater is also not working.

I like it when we can retrieve the keys as instructed from e-mail. Big and airconditioned rooms. I also like that they have cold/hot shower. You can cook food if you bring something. The beds were big as well and provided an extra foam. We were also able to clean our stuff and have it dried before we checked out. The place is also secured and private and near SM Davao.

There were trash from the previous guests in the laundry area and the sink clogs when we stayed there, from the previous guest as well I guess. Although there was sufficient water in the second floor, we've noticed that the walls needs a bit of cleaning. Although there was a television, we couldn't really use it as there was no cable and antenna needs fixing to even watch a decent non-cable stations. The contact person was quite unresponsive as well. Although we contacted them late as we were from Mt. Apo, they were quite unresponsive. Specifically, when my friend left her towel in the room and would like to get it back, she couldn't retrieve it when we went there. Contrary to the instruction that it was left for pickup, there was no one there to talk or to get it from.

If we’re talking about value, all I can say is you get your money’s worth for more than 1,000 Php a night for twp bedrooms.

We travelled there for work. And we’ve had a problem acquiring the keys to the place which resulted in some of our colleagues unavle to attend some of work events because they can’t leave the apartment unattended.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. There were cobwebs in the ceiling. Drainage at the laundry area was bad. A part of the closet was broken. There were towels left inside the closet which I assumed were used or dirty since they were not folded. There were no clean sheets for the extra foam. Parking was also good for just 2 vehicles although one can park on the street outside. WiFi was also very slow.

Checking in at the apartment was hassle-free, instructions were very clear as to how we'll go inside. It was also very spacious for us (we're 3 travelers). The rooms were spacious than how it looked like at the pictures. The kitchen area, dining, and living room also have enough space for us to cook, eat, and watch tv. We also appreciated the quiet environment of the place. Overall, it was a good place to stay in with some improvements in the amenities.

The wifi was not working throughout our stay, or it might be that it's just really slow. We ended up using our mobile data instead. The bathroom could have been better if there were enough rugs and the curtain was longer. There was also no hot water so we made use of the kettle to mix with the cold shower. We also thought that toiletries would be replenished daily, unfortunately, it was not replenished so by the 4th day we are already out of tissue roll. The location was also quite far from the city proper but it's near SM Davao. In addition, since it's not along the main road, it's hard to find a taxi around or other public transportation from the place itself.
