L’emplacement etait parfait: proche de la gare , de la rue commerciale. Le personnel a toujours été à notre écoute pour nous donner toute information nécessaire.

Location was about a 7-10 minute walk to the train station. About a 15-20 minutes walk to Daimaru and Nishiki market. Modern and very new hotel. Great for families. Room was very spacious for Japan standards.

It was better than we expected. It felt like our home for 2 nights, Japanese style house. They provide you with everything you need. There is pot, plates and utensils. We even cooked our own breakfast and dinner after we bought the groceries ourselves of course and the appartment smell was great afterwards with good ventilation available. Everything is near you or just within minutes by the bus.

Lovely hotel, very close to main attractions and transport, and only a short walk to restaurants. Super helpful staff who advised us on the best bus or train routes everyday.

The staff were most definitely the best part about this place, highly accommodating and easy to communicate with in different languages (English, Vietnamese). The rooms were stylish and clean, just abit cramped for 5 people.

Location was alright, mostly everything you had to walk for sadly, however it's location felt safe and friendly in the surrounding area.

Super clean and spacious, lots of amenities and convenient laundry area, very friendly and helpful staff, can also rent games which was very cool, loved it here

Just wish the location was a bit closer to the big shopping area since we carried a lot of stuff but wasn’t too bad we’re just lazy

Great space for family of 5 with cooking facilities and great amenities. The apartment was modern and clean. Supermarket nearby with buses close by. About 10 min walk to train station.

Our family loved this apartment. It was in a nice quiet street but close walking distance to shops and train station.

This hotel makes me feel very warm and welcoming during the whole time we are there. The reception staffs are so helpful. Specially thanks to a Taiwanese girl at the hotel front desk, she’s so helpful and gave us a lot of great advice for traveling around Kyoto.

The location is a bit out of the main street. Need to walk around 8 mins to get to the area for coffee, food, subway.

房間很大，可以一次攤開約5個行李箱，並且有廚房及豐富的設備可以租借，單人床也很大很好睡，地點距離鬧區四条走路約5分鐘即可到達，附近也有多間超市可以採買，櫃檯有台灣服務人員非常熱心及友善，讓我們感覺像住在家裡一樣。

The location was nice and central. But also extremely quiet streets which were so lovely. The staff were also extremely helpful and the lobby had so much useful information

前台的接待人员态度很不错，有会中文的员工，酒店离便利店也近，附近安静，休息的很好。房间卫生ok，有咖啡机，小厨房该有的都有。出门走几步就是公交车站，几站就能到京都站，出行方便。同行的朋友对Mimaru也很满意，下次来旅游还会选择这里；）

We all loved the Pokémon themed room. The staff also pre-arranged birthday decoration and we ordered a cake in advance which was all ready for us on arrival.

It is in a quieter part of town and we had to use a taxi for most journeys.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was a great set up.

This is by far the most comfortable and spacious apartment hotel we have ever stayed in as a family. The coffee machine was a very nice touch. The in-room mobile device gave information on which washing machines and tumble driers were occupied and for how long - very clever! The textured wall paper made the place feel very Japanese yet modern. The beds were very comfortable.

2 suggestions; more towel racks on the wall in the bathroom, at present, only two on the door. And larger size pajamas(buttons came undone easily)for non-Japanese size bodies, or better still yukatas.

All staff are helpful and excellent! I request for help, they help me to solve the problem and follow up all , although I had check out and leave Kyoto! Thank you for all of the team, special thanks Elia!

当日の予約だったのですが、部屋も想像より広くて全員ビックリ‼️大人４人でも快適に過ごせるソファーやベッドに大満足でした。少し遅めのチェックインだったにもかかわらず、スタッフの方に美味しい焼き鳥屋まで紹介していただき堪能してきました。もっと早めにチェックインして部屋でゆっくり過ごせば良かったと逆に後悔したくらい…（笑）また次の機会があれば是非泊まりたいです。お世話になりありがとうございました😊

パジャマのタイプがセパレート型だと良かったです
