Lovely place not far from the airport and great for getting to places thank you

ChunHong was an awesome host. The hospitality and willingness to provide assistance in locating local restaurants and grocery stores was much appreciated. The neighborhood is safe at night and during the daytime. We did a couple of walks during our stay. The facility was very clean amd comfortable. Especially the bed. I would recommend this place to anyone needing an overbite stay in Vancouver.

The manager was very responsive to anything we needed. Downside no TV. But we knew that when we booked. I do recommend staying here. Thanks Spring. D&D.

My wife and I stayed here one night before getting on a cruise. We arrived very late at night but the place aaa easy to find and check in instructions were very clear! The room is separate from the rest of the house and is very private, would recommend highly for anyone wanting to stay!

The host is very nice, accommodating, and attentive. My sleep was excellent. The bathroom is very clean and modern. But, as mentioned by other reviewers, the smell of petroleum products was overwhelming as we made our way to the room through the garage. I have suggested to her that she just simply move her mixed fuel for her garden tools out to a shed. The smell initially made us want to move, if we had had the chance. The room is very small and is connected with the main part of her house. There was really no security from the house to our room. I suggested a lock on the bedroom door would have gone a long way to help in our feelings of privacy and security for our belongings. That being said, we did sleep well and were able to visit Stanley Park in the morning and return to pick up our belongings, which she kindly let us keep in her garage, before making our way to the airport after an overnight stay before a trip to Europe. Would we go back, it depends on whether she has implemented any of ours and others suggestions.

We went with Spring because her prices are much better than staying at a hotel and she had good reviews. The place was clean and she has a good security system so we felt safe. She was respectful of our privacy and checked in on us over the Vrbo app a couple of times to ask if our stay was going well. The neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues walking around at night. If you are planning on travelling around a lot and do not have a car, then I highly suggest you be prepared to utilize a combination of the public transit system and a ride-share app. We went all over the area and found that the public transit day pass was the best deal. There is also a public transit phone number you can call and they will help you find routes and explain the system to you. This took us two days to figure out, but we were all over the place after we knew what to do. If we travel back to the area, Spring will be our first choice for lodging.

I have a good stay, how ever the entrance of the unite is strange, I have to pass from garage to enter and there is strong smell of gas, no oven, plugs are weak, Spring is friendly, and welcoming host.

I was on a work trip, needed a bed and a washroom, this place has those and more.

This was a layover en route to Victoria. I would not recommend staying here for more than a single night. On the plus side - the bathroom was the highlight of the “suite” being brand new and clean. Sadly the rest does not quite match up to the standard of the bathroom. It is clean but the laundry which doubles as a kind of kitchenette had an assortment of mops and brushes leaning against the wall. There was a load of washing in the dryer and the tea cups, kettle, microwave, coffee maker etc were all crowded on top of the washer and Dryer. There was no bench space to make tea. We could not understand why the tea things could not have been put away in the cupboards above to make some room for some much needed preparation space. The temperature dropped on the day we stayed over. But there was no heating - despite claims of radiant underfloor heating available in the room. So we had to request extra blankets which the host provided with an extra Doona. We also had difficulty in convincing her to provide us with a flat sheet despite claims on the Stayz platform of provision of “flat and fitted sheets”. I was particularly embarrassed when she said that it was not a Chinese custom to use flat sheets. I believe she meant well. But we seemed to have a communication problem here.

Very clean, and a fabulous bed. Space was very tiny and very cramped. She lists bedroom size as 10x10....this is not a typo. Having to enter through the garage is disappointing. The picture of host in front of a lovely water view has nothing to do with the property. I had to ask repeatedly for information because the answers were vague or incomplete. However, we did get a good nights sleep and that's a critical quality.

Reasonably priced, safe neighborhood, very nice and helpful host. Would definitely come back! Thank you!

May wife and I stayed at Spring's home in Richmond between the airport and cruise dock. Her home is convenient to reach from the airport by taxi (CA $22). Spring provided transportation on our schedule to the Cruise Terminal in her private (luxury) vehicle for the same rate as offered by taxi/rideshare. The room is accessed through the garage service door and is private and comfortable. There are a number of restaurants within 1.5Km walk, or can be reached by taxi. the neighborhood is perfectly safe for walking (we walked to and from restaurants 1.5km away in evening hours with no concern for safety). Spring is personable and helpful, quickly available to assist guests in her home or enroute. Her checkin process was simple and we did not need any assistance from Spring upon arrival to check into the room.

My mom and I were in town for one night before an early morning flight. We enjoyed staying here and the host was so kind and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean with a nice shower. The host even put fresh cut flowers in a vase for us to enjoy! Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you!

The room was just as described. It was clean and tidy, and the host was friendly and welcoming. My only comment to others (not a criticism) is to bring ear plugs and a sleep mask if you are a sensitive sleeper. The room is bright, but during summer that means at night too, and it is close to the airport :)

My wife and I have stayed at this location twice now. We loved that it was nice and close to the airport. Spring is excellent at answering questions and allowed us a later check in due to a later arriving flight. Room and bathroom was nice and clean and we had privacy. Great for a short stay!

Both my wife and I stayed at this property twice in the last 10 days. Both times we found the home very clean. Spring is awesome at communication and always quick to answer your questions. Super friendly and makes sure you are happy with your stay. We would definitely recommend and stay there again. It was ideal for us as we were travelling and needed to be near the airport. The later check in really helped us to be confident that we had a bed for the night.

Pros: close drive to airport, IKEA, Starbucks and great sushi restaurant (Kiyo). Walkable neighborhood. Bed fairly comfortable. Secure door lock. Free parking. Cons: enter through garage which had extremely strong gas odour. There is not separate laundry and kitchen as eluded to in listing picture. Kuerig and microwave on top of washer/dryer. Kuerig had an old coffee pod in it. The only pods available were decaf. Fridge good, but freezer full of their food. In fact owners stuff was through out kitchen/laundry area (such as used rubber gloves, and laundry in dryer). No hand soap in bathroom, but there was hand sanitizer. Previously used bar of soap in kitchen/ laundry area that we used for hands. In bedroom window blinds did not work. Mould and water stains on inside window sills. Thin walls. Instructions on how to use the lock code to open/ lock unclear. Owner came to show how to open but not how to lock when leaving. Outdoor seating area (shown in listing picture) was not shown to us and was in the back around corner. It didn’t feel right to use as it seemed to be part of the house area and not the guest area. Overall, an okay place to stay for 1 night.

It was our first time using this platform it was quite seamless. Our host was very friendly and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

My wife and me had a comfortable stay at Chunghong’s place. It was quiet, clean and the hospitality and kindness with which were were treated will not be forgotten. The location was perfect as all restaurants in the Richmond area that we wanted to check out were nearby. The night market is just 7 minutes away! I recommend her place if all you are looking for is a safe, clean, easy to access place that is conveniently located in Richmond, BC.

We liked the location, and Spring was in constant contact with us. On a side note, watching a raccoon "walk" up to the neighbor's front door was a fun surprise.

The host was really nice and always replied quickly to any messages that were sent. The place was very clean and great for a vacation. It was also in a great and safe neighbourhood.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a night before our flight home! Cheap Uber ride to the airport, walking distance to bus stops to explore Richmond and surrounding areas. Great stay!

Hey, if you are two and need descent place to stay with essential comfort, then it would be the best choice for money. It is close and convenient to the airport, though you do not notice any traffic. The bathroom is all new and great. Ample parking in front of the house if you choose rental, Small plaza with all you need just within 5-10 min walk distance. The Host is very nice and helpful. She is readily offered any assistance at any time even way ahead of our trip.

Everything was as described. A nice clean, comfortable and warm place to sleep. The host is very friendly, generous and helpful
