The welcome was heart-warming and the availability of the owner was expectional along with its cordiality. The porperty was furnished with everything we hoped for and clean. it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in a sojourn in Dubai.

This penthouse was better than we expected. Had an amazing 10 nights here, the view is incredible. Lovely safe area, restaurants and hotels and supermarkets all within a few minutes. The bedrooms are done to high spec as is everything else., We will definitely return soon.

Amazing Penthouse in Dubai Marina, with a breathtaking view of JBR and Palm Jumeirah. Easy and perfect way to communicate with very gentle Alex. Supermarket right next to the building, such as bank, stores and restaurants. Only 2 minutes to the beach on the other side of the road. All in all a superlative experience, as you would expect in a city like Dubai. Would love to stay here again and recommend it to everybody visiting Dubai!

We arrived during the Monday evening and as soon as we entered this beautiful apartment we knew we were going to have a fantastic holiday. There were four of us (a group of friends) and two of them were celebrating 50th birthdays. They couldn't have wished for a better way to celebrate. The apartment was spotlessly clean and it felt so homely and comfortable. The layout of the apartment is excellent and the four of us didn't feel like we were on top of each other ... we each had our own bed to sleep in (and we all slept very well) and there were two bathrooms (and 3 showers!) The kitchen had everything we needed and Alex the owner really does think of everything - we didn't need to take dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, tea towels, washing up liquid ... it was all there for our use. The utility room had a washing machine (with wash powder supplied) which was very useful. The decor is lovely and we all felt so happy to have discovered this beautiful apartment. Upon arriving, we walked out onto the terrace - this was a real 'WOW' moment for us all - the lighting is beautiful and creates a very relaxing environment in which to watch the world go by down below us. The view in the daylight is equally as stunning - the Palm Atlantis was ahead of us, and the Burj al Arab was in the distance to our right. We were lucky enough to experience UAE National Day during our stay and also, Dubai were hosting the World Air Games. There were air displays every day we were there ... and the runway was right in front of our terrace. We saw so many different things during our stay including aerobatics, hot air ballons, parachutists, paragliding and so much more (including a shooting star!) There were also 3 consecutive nights of fireworks which were right in front of us too. Jo the agent who looks after the apartment contacted me and popped in on our first morning to show us a few things in the apartment and gave us the keys we needed to use to get into the building. She's a lovely lady and spoke excellent English. She also visited us on our last morning and was kind enough to organise our taxi transfer back to the airport. It is sometimes a little worrying when you book an apartment with someone you don't know ... but Alex the owner has been wonderful and answered any questions I had promptly. He popped in and said hello during our stay. The whole booking process is excellent. Thank you Alex for letting us rent your beautiful apartment - we will be back! :-)

I spent 4 nights here with my friends for a special birthday. We were all absolutely blown away by this property. The views are just stunning. Alessandro the owner could not have been more accommodating with our stay. He kept in touch prior to,during and after our stay to ensure all was well. He went out his way to adapt things to our needs. Will definitely be back!

I would definitely give it more than 5 starts if i could!! Breathtaking views, very clean, spacious bedrooms, spacious living space. The host was amazing and very helpful during our stay in dubai always ready to answer any questions regarding the property, the city of dubai and any other concerns could easily be discussed. We loved the beautiful furniture and decoration throughout the pent house. Waking up to the beach view from the main bedroom was honestly the most amazing experience I have ever had. Definitely recommend staying here.

The most amazing view you could expect, breath taking! If you suffer from vertigo, this apartment is not for you:) It's a Penthouse with huge balcony. Lovely and clean and excellent host for our 10 day stay.

We came the 3° time in 3 year, and every year we are super happy! The apartment is what we need, just in the middle of Jbr beach promenade and the view is superb! Thanks to Mrs Hla and Alessandro for the warm spport . We willlback next year in oct. so no so hot like now :-) Ciao Ciao Marie

We stayed at this apartment last year and it was amazing!! The apartment is beautiful and spacious with the added bonus of the outside terrace with loungers. The views are spectacular and the owner of the property is lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The terrace was spectacular. The bright blue skies, breezes, and amazing view made it a wonderful place to spend time. The location in JBR couldn’t have been better. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping area. Our family of four was quite comfortable in the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped and spacious apartment. It was enough space for our family of 8 adults and one kid as we spent most of our time at the terrace enjoying the amazing view or at one of the 4 swimming pools. Everything you need is within walking distance; shops, restaurants, the beach. We hope we can revisit your apartment one day Alex! Thank you!

Very nice apartment with a fantastic view! Perfectly located close to restaurants, shops and beach. The apartment is in a complex that has pools, gym and also a supermarket, all of them good. We were 6 persons; 2 adults with 4 kids and there were plenty of space for everyone and internet worked perfectly for all of us :o) The big terrace, that was safe, had all the furniture needed and also a shower. We got good information and service before and during our stay. We are very pleased with our total stay, there is really nothing to complain about. We can highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back!

Dubai Beach Walk is the best tourist area of Dubai, this penthouse is truly amazing the best point of the walk. Many restaurants, shoops and all services are very close. The house is amazing, all services and facilities make this apartment unique. The terrace is the strong point There is no terrace with this view, is priceless. I was 3 months ago and booked the house in a year I would recommend booking well in advance! Great location, great house.

Best view in Dubai marina We spent one week, that is really the best terrace with an incredible view. i suggest it!

We stayed in this amazing penthouse since April 15 One thing that we can never forget is this terrace with incredible views We could not get away from this terrace can be seen across Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, the whole walk, the Burj al Arab Beautiful and with all their amenities. We were in 6 and we spent 1500 euros, our two friends who were at the Westin hotel under of us have spent only two Euro 2800 .... But we were always in the penthouse to looking at the view VERY BEAUTIFUL

Great View, Great location, Great atmosphere. The owner was great and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I loved the place and will definitely come back again. To wake up and see the view in the morning was wonderful, every time, even when the weather wasn't clear. To all prospective tenants, i highly recommend this penthouse.

I rented this apartment for 4 months from January to May 2012 and I didn’t want to leave. The property is one of a kind in the area as no other apartment has such a huge terrace and amazing views. The interior of the apartments is immaculately clean and and fully equipped. It really is a home from home with everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent. Just below the apartment is The Walk where you have a wide choice of restaurants with every kind of cuisine possible. The local supermarket will deliver anything you want to the door within minutes and there are hundreds of delivery restaurants if you want to enjoy dinner on the fabulous balcony. The owners are extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had a very pleasant stay in their apartment. Nothing was too much trouble and I am looking forward to renting again next year.

We had an amazing stay in JBR thanks to this beautiful and large 1 bedroom flat. It is fully equipped, well decorated, very clean (with included maid service) and brand new quality furniture. The terrace is huge and the view on the Palm and the beach is simply stunning. The location is excellent with supermarket, shops, restaurants and the beach just down the flat. Very good customer service with owners. I recommend this property and will rent it again with any doubt.
