Visited Prague

The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is most confortable. The only issue we had was the lobby. It is dark and has a unfavorable odor. Once in the apartment you have it made!

The apt is beautiful. The location is amazing. Everything you need it there. The owner is quick to communicate and seems to have an answer for any question you might think of. I’d stay there in many times again.

We were amazed at how spacious this apartment is. Super comfortable for 3 couples. Convenient location. Kitchen was great. We made large Xmas dinner for us & did bkfst there daily. Plenty of glasses, dishes & silverware which was so nice with so many of us. Raves from the coffee drinkers on the coffee & cappuccino maker. All bedrooms are king beds (two twins together) with typical Euro bedding - bottom sheet & separate comforter per person plus a king blanket/spread on top. We'd definitely stay here again!

Stay here you won’t be disappointed! Rached was an excellent host. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of privacy with 4 large bedrooms and a nice central living room and kitchen. We loved our stay here and if we ever find ourselves heading to Prague again in the future we would definately book here again!

We stayed in Prague post our 8 day Viking River cruise and we fell we saved the best for last!! Rached is a great host!! He helped arrange any transportation we needed. He was great with all communication and recommended a few restaurants. This penthouse has a great location with some great options for restaurants very close by as well as grocery shopping near by in the mall.

We were a group of of 3 couples. The rental was very good for our group—great location and spacious for each couple. Having a washer and dryer was important as we were halfway through our 15 day trip through Central Europe. Prague is a wonderful city and very friendly—this rental is great for this —clean, spacious and enjoyable. Would stay here again.

The property manager met us outside the building to take us upstairs. The apartment is a private penthouse with its own elevator entrance! One thing to note is that the elevator is VERY small, only for two people, so if you're claustrophobic or are in a wheelchair, this is not for you. Otherwise, you need to be okay climbing six flights of stairs. The apartment itself was large and clean and tastefully designed. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kind of utensil and cookware you'll need to make a meal, including spices. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. You are located walking distance from many things including the river and the Kafka head. There is a convenience store/mall around the corner if you need to get any small groceries or toiletries.

The apartment couldn't be better! For four couples, it was perfect! Location was ideal. Pick up service from airport was much appreciated. Our host, Rached was nice and attentive to our needs. Many thanks.

This was a great, clean apartment for our family of 8 adults and young adults. We had plenty of king size beds, comfortable mattresses, and spacious sitting arrangements. The location was an easy walk to the sites. One issue: It was hot in July, 2023, when we were there. There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms and living room. If they were all on, it would trip the circuit, so we couldn't run them all at the same time. Go in a cooler month and stay here!

Great apartment for friends and family to relax in Prague. There are four bedrooms with king beds, big double living room, dining table, and kitchen with dishes and cookware. We didn’t cook but loved the easy breakfasts and snacks. Windows provided good airflow and we had no problem with noise at night. Bathrooms are fine; there are two showers to share. Location is convenient, close to tram and metro stops as well as a handy small shopping complex with eateries and market (next to the Rotating Kafka head statue), and walkable to Wenceslas Square and Old Town. Host Is friendly and responds quickly to questions. This was a wonderful home base for our visit to Prague!

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The four bathrooms and ample space made it a great place to stay in Prague. The location is in walking distance to the old town and made shopping and eating out easy. We would highly recommend staying here.

Communication with Rached was excellent prior to, and during, our visit. The apartment is as shown in the listing; it is very spacious with plenty of facilities for 6-8 guests. The apartment was warm on our arrival and the heating remained on constantly during our stay, which was much appreciated during the cold weather. There was constant hot water so no worries about running out if you were the last to shower. The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is on a quiet street with bars and restaurants nearby and easy walking distance to most of the sights. We would definitely recommend this apartment for a large group and would stay again if I have the pleasure of returning to Prague.

We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of room to spread out. There is a grocery store, food court, and coffee shop down the street. The apartment was immaculate. Highly recommend.

Communication was easy and the apartment was perfect. The location we very convenient and yet quiet.

We enjoyed our stay in Prague. The apartment was spacious and clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. Although it’s on the sixth floor, we appreciated the exercise we got on the stairs (after enjoying all that great Czech food), or a great option was to take the small elevator for those who couldn’t climb the stairs. Rashed was welcoming and responsive and we highly recommend staying in this apartment. It was perfectly located to all the attractions we wanted to enjoy.
