very helpful staff and easily one of the more impressive hotels in Dalat the room was clean and well equipped for a couple nights stay, had we stayed longer than a couple nights we would have probably upgraded to a more spacious room

the selection at breakfast was very good but the experience is a bit manic, lots of guests cutting across each other, the layout of the room is such you have to squeeze past several tables and guests to reach your table or the buffet.

At the center of town, close to everything.

Situated right above the market so it’s noisy, you can hear honking starting at 5am. Like any other hotel in Vietnam, the bathroom is poorly constructed/ sealed so you’ll end up with water leaking all over outside the enclosure after you take a shower.

It was such an amazing and satisfying staycation with Hotel Colline. Hotel room is very clean, services are amazing, location is perfectly close to the city center. Most importantly, I have to give a big thumb up to one of the hotel staffs, with the name of Miss Phuong Thao. Her passions towards her job is incredibly impressive and beyond expectation. She is very attentive and always give us really good recommendation on all the local delicacies and sight seeings to us. Her warm and highly passionate attitude towards her job made our first trip to Dalat superb and unforgettable ! Thank you Hotel Colline. You’re lucky to have such passionate staff with you. We will never be hesitate to repeat all our subsequent staycation in Dalat with Hotel Colline!

Nothing except the location

The property is basically junk. it will take an assay to describe how everything is very poorly made, the bathroom is a complete joke and disaster. a couple of glass panels instead of walls, very small and leaking water everywhere. The room paint, built in furniture and finishing os beyond horrible (as if a child built it) and the quality is so poor. everything os already chipped and broken. The mattress, like everything else is super cheap and the hotel doesn’t provide a clothes iron.
