Nice

I like the people working there. They were very friendly. We had to book a limousine to Natrang for the next day. we returned to the hotel in the middle of the night and he helped us book a limousine! And the hydrangea flower was everywhere, and it was so beautiful, and nature was really nice to enjoy!

I didn't like the breakfast so much. I think because there is no air conditioning(whole Dalat city has no air condition),it didn't feel pleasure, nor the food was that great! but other than that! we loved it!!

Friendly staff, clean, great views. Good place if you’re planning a resort escape, but not good for exploring Da Lat.

So-so food. Hotel is much further from the city than advertised - on top of a hill, on a very busy road, so walking is not an option. We booked a bungalow with a shower and bath, but no shower, only a wand. Walls are paper thin - we could hear our neighbors speaking at normal voices. Not what we’d expect for an isolated “relaxing” presort.

Location because we like being outside of the center but still being in close radius to the center via Grab. The view from the pool was great! Helpful staff especially with organising tours. Quick laundry service (within 24h).

We were disappointed that the spa was closed. The shower heads in our room need descaling and the light switches too complicated. The breakfast buffet was sufficient but unfortunately not cozy as displayed on the pictures. Also, the Western breakfast options were all cold, although being situated under heat lamps. Overall, the dining room gives too much of a cafeteria feeling. During our stay there were couple of noisy family groups that unfortunately also made a racket in the middle of the night which forced us to get out of bed and to shush them. That was unpleasant and annoying.

The facilities is very good, the staff is nice, and the breakfast is amazing.
